This place has the best staff. I have seen multiple nurses here for several different treatments and they are all consistent as well as down to earth. Everything was easy from scheduling the appointment to the appointment itself. Each provider I have seen made me feel really comfortable by guiding me in the direction of being a better version of myself and keeping my look natural. They do AMAZING work and I would highly recommend this place.

Know that you are in the best of care here and being treated professionally with the best equipment and at competitive prices.

Very unprofessional with their employees and staff. Ther seems to be an environment of discrimination amongst certain staff members towards other staff. It is recommended to seek other employment options with alternative companies if looking into this company.One employee in particular, Brittany, has been shown to discriminate against other employees. Stay away from Prime!

I had a fabulous experience at Prime Med Spa Carmel Valley. I have had two visits with M.J. For Botox and filler.She is very skilled and through in her work. She took her time to understand what my goals were and explained my options to achieve them.I couldn’t be happier with the service and treatment I received from her.The spa has high standards for cleanliness and sanitation. During these times this is very important to me.I met the Operations Manager Matthew Colantono who was very helpful. He is very knowledgeable in the products and services. He also helped in the process of what product to use to achieve my goals.I highly recommend this med spa to anyone that is interested in these services.

I wish I wouldve never purchased the laser hair removal Groupons for them. I am so upset that I was told at the beginning that I would see 90% hair loss at a minimum after six sessions. Well here we are six sessions later and still hair everywhere. One star because the staff is nice and make you comfortable but I really wouldve appreciated the honesty with the results. I was so excited when I heard I would only need six sessions that I bought packed for almost my whole body. If they were honest up front I wouldve bought more packages for the same area so I could see some results. Im not one to complain but at every session I kept telling them I dont see much change and no one seemed to care. I would at least think if you had a customer that spent a ton if money buying a package for all areas that they would at a minimum offer a deal to purchase more so I could at least see results I paid for

I went to Prime Med Spa for laser hair removal and I love this place. Not only are the staff very friendly but they took their time with my treatment and I am now seeing significant hair reduction. I am really happy with my treatments here so if anyone is looking to do laser hair removal I would recommend coming to Prime Med Spa.

Had a great consultation and treatment with a PA Rose at Carmel Valley location. She took the time to assess my personal needs and explain the products and services that could help restore my more youthful self. My first treatment has been an IPL photo facial. It was great. State of the art equipment is used in beautifully decorated treatment rooms. Looking forward to receiving more services.

I have been going to Skinny Beach for the past two years, I love the staff! I should know this by now, but I believe my normal tech is Nikki? Anyways, I LOVE her!!! I always have the most professional, yet fun appointments. Even though they moved far away, I will still continue to use them. I even asked them about some of their other services now! Their new office is even better than the last one!

I purchased 6 sessions of the Brazilian laser hair removal. My last appointment was in Sept 2019.Everyone was real friendly, but I always did feel rushed through my appointments. Im overall very disappointed with my results. All the hair has grown back and seems even thicker than before 😔. I feel I have wasted my money and my time...this was my first time ever doing something for myself and it didnt work. Very disappointing:/

Ive been going to Skinny Beach for years and theyve gone through some changes but: BRENNA is the queen of lips and Botox! Shes at the Carmel Valley/Torrey Hills location. Ive seen her twice now and shes easy to work with, knows what Im talking about and does exactly what I want, goes above and beyond. Ive been to a lot of places all around San Diego, but now Ill only go to her. I drive all the way up from the Mexico border where I live for Brenna because I just dont trust anyone else, I really dont. And if you live closer to Skinny Beachs Del Mar location, see LISA! These ladies have boosted my self-confidence so much, just so grateful! Its ALL IN THE LIPS!

I love this place. I’d been to two different med spas in La Jolla and San Diego before finding Skinny Beach. After my first appointment, I was done looking for a place. I’ve had plenty of services from vampire facial to under eye treatment. Pregnant now but looking forward to returning for tattoo removal and my usual services. I LOVE this place.

I purchased a Groupon 2 IPL treatments for Skinny Beach Med Spa wanted to go to Del Mar office because it is closer to my house but had to go to the Carmel Mountain office for the IPL machine. I have done both my treatments and each time I entered the office the young gal up front was very friendly. I had two different people do my IPLs Lisa was very thoroughand informative. : )

Even though I havent been yet at least Im sure the doctor at least put himself out there trying to help and offer reduced services it better than what I have personally gone through getting released from way before the outbreak no surgeon called me back and I had a ton of questions and was put off and not called back with each and every dr. Yesterday O finally had a hint if you have something the matter they would rather have you come to the hospital than to expose yourself unessasarily than to come to the office. ESpecially if its a private practice some offices are just not taking anypne ther are now standards you have to meet to get an appt it does not matter how much money you have if you have been sick and they screw up and cover up and now maybe Il be getting death threat, but at least what I say is true

I would give negative——star. Their laser machine for hair removal DOES NOT work waist of money and time. Of course they give you tons of excuses why the hair is not going away. And on top of it all the nurse burnt my side burn and it’s not going away. Don’t waist your money and time.

I went to this spa for laser tattoo removal and left with a blister four inches long and one inch high, I had to go to the emergency room where they declared it a second degree burn. I’ve had several laser tattoo removal treatments done and never had this happened to me before. I spoke with three people from the spa about what happened to me and not one of them offered me a refund for the service that left me injured or offered to pay for the hospital bill. I highly suggest going elsewhere, this business doesn’t deserve your money.

Contacted this place because they claimed to have a vaccine for covid19. turned out it was a fraud and the owner was arrested by the FBI yesterday. almost lost $4K as a result. Beware.

I had an amazing experience with Dr Staley and his team. After losing some weight and volume in my face, I went in for a consult to discuss fillers. Ive had juvederm in the past but was hesitant due to the price tag and temporary nature of it. They recommended nano fat transfer which involves taking some fat from your abdomen and adding it to areas of your face with minimal incisions. They give you an anxiety med and laughing gas if youre a scaredy cat like me in addition to the lidocaine for abdomen and face. While it was still an invasive procedure, I appreciated the attention to my comfort and the casual conversation between the team throughout my procedure. With one go they were able to tackle all areas of my face that I wanted to address and Im two days out with very little swelling, almost no bruising and no need for pain medication. Looking forward to seeing how it settles in over the next month and Im recommending them to my family and friends! So happy with everything!

I paid $800 for Volbella under my eyes and the nurse completely butchered it. Now I have tubular lumps under my inner eyes that cast weird shadows and I’ve wasted $800. I’d like to go see them in person to see if they can do something about it but they closed their location near me without notice and it’s a very expensive Uber to fix a problem I’ve already wasted too much money on. I will be pursuing this.
