They put thru my CARE CREDIT charge incorrectly, and i am being charged interest. ISABELLA has blown me off, told me she would get it corrected. NEVER HAPPENED. Spoke with Dr. T and he said ‘ISABELLA WILL CALL YOU BACK AND GET IT CORRECTED”. NEVER HAPPENED. Called back spoke with ISABELLA again, she is now blaming it on Dr. T, told me “HE WILL CALL YOU BACK.”NEVER HAPPENED!!!Isabella is rude, and rarely answers the phone. This place used to be good at old location. Dr. T has lost a lot of business INCLUDING MINE!! Go elsewhere.

I found this place on Google and decided to give it a try. Id had 2 consults in other places but as soon as I went in for the consult with Dr. Tachuk I knew this was the right place for my cosmetic procedure. Waiting for first time patient was average, maybe 20 minutes to check in and filling out paperwork. The office looked clean and organized, I noticed a lady going around the office cleaning and disinfecting. The front office girl was very nice and helpful she brought me the clipboard to my seat in the lobby with a smile. The most important thing.. the doctor is the one you see for a consultation in this place, not a nurse, not an aesthetician like in mostly every other place.. here i spoke with the doctor and thats amazing given the fact that in my 2 other consults I only spoke with the staff and doctors were nowhere to be seen and thats important to me knowing that a doctor is the one recommending this or that treatment. I havent done the actual procedure so I will update this review on how it went after I get it done. But for now, I can give them 5 stars, no question. The only thing I noticed is that there was a little bit of misscommunication with their prices, I got one price over the phone then a different price once I got there. And Id recommend you to schedule your appointment online instead of calling the office, why? Because when I scheduled my appointment over the phone I was told there was no availability until April 9th..more than 2 weeks out, then I noticed they have an online scheduling system and they had same day appointments.. so dont call, go online and schedule that way so you get the appointment when you want it. So two minor issues, the prices and the scheduling but still.. I wouldnt take one star away. Compared to the other two name-brand clinics i went to, this place seems to be way more professional. Its big chains compared to small private offices where you get more personal care and quality of service.Update: After this review I went back for my procedure appointment and I just cant give this office enough stars. As I expected my visit was great, friendly staff, Dr. Tachuk very professional and kept checking on me making sure I was comfortable and everything was going well. The treatment I had done was excellent and done with attention to detail. Theres not enough words and stars for what they deserve. I have been going to Dr. tachuk for almost 20 years and will continue for the next 20. Give the man a syringe and you will look 20 years younger. One of the reasons I think he is so talented is because he really cares. Bottom line, the man is a genius and I have never been disappointed!! I almost forgot....Inna!!! Every staff member is the best, including the doctor. They take the time to get to know you and assist in the best way possible to deliver what you are requesting. They provide feedback and explain the best options to you. They are not pushy by attempting to sell you a product. They know their craft quite well, therefore, you are well taken care of. And they are open on Saturdays!!

Im not easy to target, but Yolanda made it look easy, obviously good training and experience. As a new patient I was a bit worried to try Viva Medical. My worries were unfounded. The facility was clean and top notch. The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. Anna did an excellent job with my Infini treatment, after a week my skin already looks better. The staff at viva wellness are very nice and accommodating. They always remember who I am even when I call they know exactly who I am. They are all very friendly too. The doctors here have provided me with more resources and information concerning my health than my own primarily care physician so to me that says a lot and their practice. I started this new weight loss program they have here and it has been amazing if youre really ready to loss weight and keep it off viva wellness is the place to be as long as long as you do your part and follow the plan they set up for you I can guarantee you that you Will begin to notice weight loss in that first week. Im a daily on the scale person and Ive seen my scale decrease daily. I lose about a pound a day when Im active and eating more healthy. In my first 2 months I lost 40 pounds. I have been coming here on and off for years and the service, from the office staff to the Dr., has been amazing. Inna Brovenko has been especially helpful. She is not only very kind but efficient; and always goes above and beyond. She returns phone calls promptly, even after a long holiday break, which I have found to be lacking in many businesses today. Often times I have to call them back. The customer service exhibited at Viva Wellness could be a lesson to many out there, as it seems to have gone by the wayside in many businesses.

Ive been getting my skin care products here for awhile now and everyone is super helpful. Inna is knowledgable about all of the products and services. She brings a smile to my face every time I see her! They have a great selection and they take the time to figure out the best product for you personally, they dont just try to sell you the most expensive product.

Terrible experience. got shifted around from empty room to empty room for two hours, not much experience with the doctor because I never got a chance to meet him but the girls don’t have much knowledge of what’s going on/ what’s right for the patient, kept asking me what I would like to do and what program i would like but i’m not a doctor so how would I know what’s right for me when you can’t even explain what’s in these injections your recommending? not much of a ‘consult’ when your just telling them what you want. seems like they just want to give you supplements not actual help.

I went to Viva Wellness to purchase some skincare items and a lovely lady named Inna directed me in the right direction of care I needed. I explained to her what I was trying to achieve as far as skin care for my face and some problem areas I have with hyper pigmentation/melasma and she knew exactly what to recommend. She was friendly & helpful. I would recommend anyone looking for cosmetic services to try Viva Wellness first.

LOVE LOVE - Very Affordable, professional medi spa. I love the variety of new services. Dr. Michael has a very good eye for symmetry( translation= you will get superb fillers in your lip, cheeks, etc. I am so very happy I found Viva. He gets busy so if you get a last minute bee in your bonnet to get filler, you may have to wait a lil bit. Also he doesnt work on Fridays.

I went in for weight loss. I met with someone by the name of Maxim. He didn’t have my best interest at all and kept trying to up-sale me. When I told him that probably won’t work for me I just wanted what I came for he became very ignorant and rude. I ended up walking out so upset, because it took a lot of confidence to walk in and talk to someone about my weight. I was completely embarrassed.

It’s super hard to find a place were the prices are reasonable and you can trust the doctor that you will be happy with the results. I found that at Viva Wellness. Marci, Brynn, and Alicia are super nice and are always smiling. They are the front desk ladies. They make me feel very welcomed every time. Dr. Tachuk is very precise and knowledgeable in his work. I have been coming to Viva Wellness for over 12 yrs now. I am very happy with the staff at Dr Michaels office. The office manager Inna is very knowledgeable and professional. Nurse Janet, Alicia and Christina are very helpful with the different services that are offered at Viva Wellness! Dr. Michael and Janet know exactly how to place the botox making it last 6-8 months and making the injections look completely natural.You will be thrilled with your results. I drive from oceanside to come to Dr. Michaels office and have referred several friends who come here as well. I dont write many reviews but I had to write a review for Viva Wellness!

If I could give zero stars I would. I came here on a Groupon for an full face IPL w/ microdermabrasion. However, I only received a partial IPL. My left cheek was hit with the laser three times and the top of my nose. I didnt want to return for the microderm. I tried to get a refund from Groupon but was denied. So I scheduled my micro appointment. You will not believe what happens next! I arrived at 12:45pm for a 1pm appt. I signed the clipboard, with my name and what I was there for, micro. I also checked in with the two receptionists. They did not introduce themselves and they were not wearing nametags. I was ask if I had been there before, I stated yes for an IPL treatment and I was finishing up my groupon for my microderm. She chatted with the other lady, printed me a content form and told me to sign it. Alittle after 1pm, Sally the RN came out to talk to me. The office was fairly busy. She said she had one person in front of me, but she would clean my face and to follow her back. She ask a few questions about my skin, I explained that I had an IPL from Janet which I was not happy about and was here for my microdermabrasion. She said she was going to have the front desk lady put numbing cream on my face in 15 mins, and that would take 15mins to set in. I said I didnt know I needed numbing cream for a microderm. 35mins later the front desk lady comes in and starts applying the cream. She asks if I have ever had micro needling done. I said no, I booked for an microdermabrasion and thought that was what my groupon covered but maybe I was wrong. She continued to apply the cream. I wait another 40 minutes for Sally to come. She takes me back to the procedure room, and as she starts needling ask me what made me get this procedure. I explained to her once again that I thought I was suppose to be getting a microdermabrasion because I thought that was what was included with my Groupon IPL. She stopped, and said no, this treatment is very costly and something completely different. I said well since the time I have checked in and for the two hours I have been here, I used the word microdermabrasion several times, and have explained to you and your front desk staff my confusion and concerns. She had stopped the procedure at this point, and said she would check with the front. Another 10 minutes go by, and no sally, I get up to see what the heck is going on. Sally is selling products to another client. I am upset now. I ask her what is going on, I have been here for over two hours, my face is numb, and you started a treatment that I may not have suppose to received. She said return back to the room and she will be right with me. Once back in the room, she said she was sorry, that it wasnt my fault, the girls upfront are new, and she would talk to the manager at their next staff meeting. She shows me the consent form I signed, saying see here on the top it says microneedling. However when I had read it that part of the header that states microneedling was covered up by the large clip portion on the clipboard. She further stated that my appointment had been booked wrong, under micro needling not microdermabrasion. I find this weird because I had cancelled a previous appointment for that treatment. Arent medical staff suppose to double check and confirm?! At this point, I was so confused. She finishes the procedure, which mind you I never got a consultation for. When it was over, I got up and said is that it? and she said yes, like nothing wrong had happen. In fact, she said well it looks like you lucked out, you are getting more than what you paid for. I left feeling sunburned and with no post care instructions. I left the office at 3:15pm. Not a single person in that office listened to me. They failed to verify any and all important information. Not one of the front desk girls said anything during this whole ordeal. It is the most biazarre medical experience I have ever had. manager call pending

I have been going here for some time for diet reasons. Last week while waiting to be seen. The two ladies at the front desk on a Tuesday were whispering and looking at the computer. Out loud they say they cant see me and out loud in front of 3 other people waiting tell me why.. This was very unprofessional and i was embarrassed and left and will not go back.
