Worst billing service EVER. First bill went to the wrong address so this company sent me to collections. The collections agency had my address - no problem. 2nd visit, I requested to pay in office due to this issue, I was denied. I requested to verify my address with the front desk and it was correct. No bill was sent for a month. I called the office to pay my bill, and was told the bill would come soon. Service date was 6/22/2020. I received my bill on 8/24/21! Over a year later. The phone number on the front of the bill leads to the wrong company and the woman who picks up is rude. A different number on the back of the bill never picks up and has a continuous busy tone regardless of which selection number I make. Ive tried all of them. For 2 days in a row at different times of day - same issue. This phone number also states to pay online. However you need an online bill code to pay and the invoice does not provide one at all. I create an account with the system expecting to get in. Still cannot pay this bill with a created account. I called this actual orthopedics office and they are now taking my information down manually with pen and paper. They do not have any record of my account number or name in any system and cannot provide me a confirmation of the payment I just paid a few minutes ago. Is this 1989? Terrible!
