Well we did sneak peak with the DYI Gender reveal home kit. The kit got to my house two days after ordering it. I did EXACTLY what the instructions said. And as days went by after sending it back to the lab we get an email with “unable to process” so they said they could send me another kit or to contact them. I contacted them through email because that’s the ONLY way to get in touch with them. Specially with this office been temporarily closed. Anyway told them on the email I didn’t want a box again I wasn’t going to poke my fingers and give them more blood. They didn’t reply until 3 days later saying to submit a refund request and see if it was approved and they keep 25% of the original payment. Note the email they originally send me told me they would send me a new kit OR to contact them. I send the email that same instant they send me my email with the “unable to process” result and now I have a new kit here at home when I SPECIFICALLY said I didn’t want a new kit I wanted my money back… yet they still send it, took 3 days to reply to my original email and now has me submit a refund request and to wait another 2-3 business days for their approval. I told them not to send me the kit and now I have to resend it and wait to see if they approve my refund and I’m sure they still keeping that 25% when they were not supposed to send me a new one and the original was not “able to process “. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Lack of communication and need better customer service or to hire more personal to stay on top of their work and to listen to their customers.

It was a great experience for my partner and I. The sonographer was so personable and warm. She laughed with us and made us feel at ease. It was so amazing to see our baby boy on the screen. We highly recommend Sneak a Peek Baby!

Great experience at this location, she took the time and took many pictures of the baby. The pictures were very food and clear, you could see every aspect of the baby.She was also able to confirm the gender. Make sure you drink plenty of water, not just for the ultrasound but throughout your pregnancy.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Sneak- a-Peek Baby for our 4D ultrasound! Alysha and Lorri were super nice and very patient. Our baby was covering his face with his hands throughout the ultrasound but they gave us additional time to make sure that they captured pictures of our babys face. The printer wasnt working either (only at the time of our visit) but they personally dropped off the ultrasound pictures at our apartment the next day with a cute little card inside! Not to mention we recieved the 4D ultrasound pictures and video through my email the very next day as well! The location is kind of hidden but not too hard to find. I think this is a new business because there isnt a couch in the ultrasound room or anything fancy yet. But you really cant beat their prices for a 4D ultrasound. The owners made sure my husband and I were satisfied with everything! 5*

I went to this establishment back in October and purchased the gender reveal package. I was 14 or 15 weeks at the time. At that visit I was told I was having a boy. Fast forward to my anatomy scan I was told I was having a girl. I reached out via email and explained the situation and requested a refund. I received an email back from Alysha stating that they would need documentation to issue the refund. Being skeptical because of these conflicting results I opted for the blood test for accuracy. When I finally received my results, I sent over the document. A few weeks go by and I haven’t heard back. When I try reaching back out, I find that they blocked my email address from sending them messages. I received a “failure delivery” email stating I’ve been blocked. Mind you I haven’t had issues with my previous emails. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend anyone to sneak a peek baby.

Great experience-- was able to bring the kids to show them their baby sister in 4D. Very sweet experience.
