DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They only scam you out of your money! I paid for the $200 package and only ever received one stuffed teddy bear and 12 ultrasound photos. What is more, Ive attempted to contact HR via email as I was instructed to do so by the telephone rep and have NOT received any contact. I will be filing a report with the BBB.

Don’t know the technician name because she didn’t introduce herself or my granddaughter. We already knew the gender thank goodness because she just said, “baby isn’t cooperating…”. We all came from high desert, Los Angeles and Oceanside to meet for a great experience we’ve experienced other places. Absolutely horrible customer service! She didn’t tell us anything throughout the visit except 3-4 sentences. Being a nurse I pointed out some features and she just clicked clicked clicked and ignored the fact that these are precious moments for families and remember that this is a premium service as well. Smile, engage the customer, congratulations, anything?? Terrible service and same pictures with same angle of the baby, too bad. Didn’t read these reviews prior because I couldn’t imagine a terrible ultrasound , until today. We will be having others soon to celebrate our first granddaughter. Hope you all get this out of the review, save your money and go somewhere else!! Technician looked like Angry Bird!

Ive been to A Baby Visit several times in the past when I was pregnant with my daughter. In 2018, the service I received was great! The service I received today in comparison to the past was awful. We paid for a 15 minute session and the tech tried to stop the session 7 minutes after she started. When I brought up the time, she said her timer had gone off but shed continue if I wanted her to. Our appointment was at 11:15, she started at 11:15 and tired to end the session at 11:22. Once she started the session again, I asked if we could see more 2d images, she said, yes and once she found an angle you could see the baby, she just left the transducer in one spot until the session ended. I believe she was trying to be kind by letting us continuously watch the same image but from what I read, holding the transducer in one spot for long periods can cause excessive heating and damage fetal tissue. Now Im worried she may have caused damage to our baby or my placenta. The FDA does not recommend going to non medical clinics for ultrasounds and I guess my experience is the exact reason why. We will not be going back and I dont recommend anyone else go here.

If I could go lower I would. Rude on the phone rude in person the baby wouldnt move so they gave us a 5 minute window start to finish less than 3 to move the baby an they told us to come back. Couldnt be more disappointed in a company. We will never recommend this company to anyone. $65 dollars wasted for a 5 minute visit that gave us nothing but trouble then refused to give us a refund.. They were late taking us back then rushed the whole appt. WORTHLESS!

The tech was nice but didn’t take any great shots of the baby . I paid 65 for 3D and all pictures were distorted . They tried saying the baby’s face was super clear but when you see the pictures you can rarely see anything . I got like a 2 okay pictures out of everything. Plus the printer wasn’t working instead of getting the 3D pictures like that tan color , the colors printer hot pink /red very bad quality . I just wanted to get nice shots and they refused to redo the session. Definitely recommend going anywhere else . If you do decide to go here please make sure she is taking good shots during the session si you can get your money’s worth .?

I had an amazing experience here ! I found out I was having a boy at 13 weeks and they let 5 of my family members share this experience with me, due to Covid at my regular health provider I have to go to all my drs appointment alone so it was nice that I got to experience this with my family .❤️ I went again at 15 weeks and 29 weeks and got 4D/5D ultrasound at 15 weeks it was still to early but at 29 weeks the lady took the best pictures of my son I couldn’t believe it ! They were so clear you can even tell that he looks just like me it’s crazy .

Do not walk, RUN from this establishment. My wife was shown into her appointment 10 minutes late. They moved her stomach around so roughly that she left the appointment in pain.When we got home I called the manager to explain our experience. The manager rudely spoke over me and blamed my wife for not voicing her discomfort. I would have explained our side of the story, but the representative would not stop talking over me. By the end of the conversation I was being yelled at.During COVID I am not allowed to join my wife for ultrasounds at our health provider. Tonight was supposed to be a memory of a lifetime and now my wife is in pain and crying in the next room.DO NOT GO HERE

Worst customer friendly service I’ve received for ultrasound appointments. Couldn’t rebook an appointment with my 3rd redo card because they were fully booked and when I tried to rebook at a later date they were very rude about it. I wouldn’t recommend coming here before 4 months because they can’t find the gender apparently and they keep giving you redo cards. Even though they say they are able to detect gender around 14 weeks of pregnancy. And the lady was very rough on my stomach during ultrasound.

I went to get an ultrasound on Mothers day, I have had 5 pregnancies and had gotten an ultrasound for all of them, I have never had such a horrible customer service, I would definitely not recommend this place anymore, she was late going into my appointment first of all, I brought my 4 kids and husband along with, sure they were a bit all over the place, she was not very friendly, I paid for the $89 package and it came with a bunch of photos, which all are the exact same position like she snaped 10 photos at once, I did not get to hear the heartbeat like it comes in the package and she did not show me the gender when I asked and said sorry cant find it, she kept looking at her watch and then said ok ur done. Granit it was not my 20 min video. I was very displease for spending that much money on what I got.

The facility is nice, but what they don’t tell you is that your time that you pay for to get scanned includes the 10 minutes it takes to print out the pictures as well. Got one good clip of baby’s face that they take frame by frame and turn into pictures. So my 20 minute window to see baby turned into 10 minutes and only one view of his face. Also my pictures that were printed they gave me at least three of the same pictures to pass off as them getting the shots they claim they will on the website. That should be mentioned in the website as I would have chosen somewhere else to spend my money instead of getting ripped off at a baby visit. Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone unless they want to be ripped off and waste $89 dollars as well.

Update:I have just received my two 5x7 photos. One with a scratch on the babys face. I received these twenty (20) days after my visit with them. I have not received an email response from them, nor have I received my photo album.I also reached out to the BBB, and this business has ignored both of the BBBs attempted correspondences.Original review:I had an unfortunately terrible experience with San Diego’s A Baby Visit.I went in on 4/9/21 at 5:00pm at exactly 29 weeks for my birthday, and I purchased the “Spoiled Baby $149” package.Within minutes of arriving, I was asked to lay on my side, and could no longer comfortably see the screens. Yet, it turns out the baby was still not in a good position for the photos. The tech did not have me walk around, drink water, or even the juice they told me to bring in order to get baby to move. She just kept me on my side, and I stayed in hopes of ending up with an amazing photo package.In the spoiled baby package, I was supposed to receive 100 colored photos by CD. To my extreme disappointment, when I went through the time stamped photos, I noticed that 97 of the photos were duplicates. Time stamped as the following:5:08:38 x21 TWENTY-ONE photos of the same second.5:09:35 x175:10:47 x55:11:43 x25:12:40 x85:13:38 x55:15:59 x95:17:00 x55:17:32 x105:18:17 x55:19:41 x45:20:57 x2I was also supposed to receive 36 colored photo prints, and two 5x7 photo prints. The tech informed me that she had started running out of ink, so I could either take the green 5x7’s, or she could mail me new ones. I agreed to have new one mailed to me, as I paid for high quality photos not green unrecognizable streaky prints. To my dismay, when I opened the 36 colored prints to show my parents, they were all green and printed with insufficient ink. By the third page of photos, you couldn’t even tell it was a baby we were supposed to be seeing.I was also supposed to receive a photo album. This was not given to me. When I called that night in regard to the photo album, I was assured that it would be mailed to me along with my 5x7’s. However, the gentleman who answered the phone didn’t even bother to ask my name.I have waited for my mail to arrive for over a week now. 7 mail days included, 9 days total. I have received nothing.After all of this, I think the worst part of it is I emailed this company Sunday 4-11, two days after my visit to voice that I felt I didn’t not receive $150 worth of quality service. I kept it polite, but voiced my issues with my visit. No response. The Friday after, I forwarded my email letting them know I was still waiting for a response. No response. Saturday, I sent an email through their website instead, addressing the fact that I have been waiting a week to hear back, and asking for a reply via email, hoping this would work better. No response. They took my money and ran with it is basically what they’re making me feel like.If you want to spend $150 on a small stuffy with a heartbeat, two very cheaply made keychain frames, and illy printed out “photos”, this is your place.

Had a great experience with them. The room is spacious and comfortable and the images of our baby boy were exceptional! (Im at 36 weeks) I’m so glad I found this place my family and I really enjoyed it. I forgot to ask the tech her name but she was great and shared great tips to get baby to wake up and be more active, we even got a couple smiles! Thank you for the unforgettable moments!

Such a good experience! Our baby was sleeping and covering his face the whole time so we were unable to get any shots of his face. We were told we could come back within two weeks to get better pictures rather than just being sent home with whatever pictures would be taken. We were able to get an appointment the following morning and she was determined to get good pictures & to help us out! Super comfortable and cute place! I’d recommend them before anywhere else definitely.

Shoot were done right and didnt even get any pictures because they said I had to come back for a redo when I called to schedule the guy on the phone was super rude and unfortunately I had a super hard time understanding his accent and he refused to reschedule my apointment! So they just took my money!

My husband and I had a great experience seeing our baby. The technician, Darlene was so nice and when my baby was not cooperating, she suggested to play baby shark, and it worked! We had the best photos of our baby and we absolutely love it! The place is quiet, comfy, and really welcoming! Highly recommend this place!

Such a great experience! I came in to find out the gender of my 15 week prefnancy, and brought my toddler along. The place was clean and super cute. I loved that they had a screening room type set up with a projector and lots of couch sitting for any guests you bring. The staff was so great with my toddler and she had a great time. Baby was curled up but the tech knew what to do to get her to move and show the gender. We got some great shots on a DVD and the the tech was kind enough to email them to me too. I would recommend this place to anyone; we had a great time! And you cant beat the prices.

So the workers who initials are kc was just so wonderful!! My baby was pretty curled up when trying to tell the gendeethe first time. But she didnt give up. She still tried for a while and it was nice to be able to see the baby for a while on the ultrasound. The second time we came back she was just as sweet. And we will forever have that memory on video of her telling us the gender .the comfort of the room is also all around excellent. Warm gel, comfy bed, comfy couch and chairs. Definitely a moment to remember.

I love this place, came to do my gender reveal and my 4D. But it’s hard to give it a five star because I came to do my 4D November 11 and at the time, they told me they will call me to pick up my color pictures because they didn’t have color ink at the time. I waited a month and still nothing from them. It’s also hard to reach them because when I called, the guy just told me to email them and I tried but it’s not an actual email. I just want my pictures.

We are so so happy to have found this place! We traveled out to San Diego from northern Utah for my baby shower this past weekend and decided last minute that we wanted updated pictures of our baby girl and wanted to share that with my parents and close friends. We were able to go in on a friday night, check-in was easy, packages offered were great (definitely more bang for your buck out in Cali than anything we could find in UT). Darlene was our tech and she was awesome! Unfortunately our girl wasnt cooperating and we couldnt get any good pictures of her face. But Darlene suggested we call and make an appointment for the next day at a different time and try again. We went back in the next day at 9am and baby girl was moving so much more and Darlene got us so many cute pics of here. We were able to buy extra CDs for the grandparents and a stuffed heartbeat animal too. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for the great memories!

I went in today for a gender reveal. The whole place is VERY clean! The prices are great! The waiting room is comfy and smelled great. The front desk staff/ultrasound tech (I had the same woman for both) was very warm and welcoming. She had a great personality and was very kind and patient (the baby was all curled up, legs closed) making sure she took her time to find the gender. I regret not getting her name so she could get the credit deserved. I definitely reccomend a baby visit!

I absolutely LOVED Darlene! From start to finish she was nice, caring and above all professional! She was also very patient with me and my 3 children in tow. And that’s not an easy job at all!! I will definitely be coming back in 5 weeks to do my 5D ultrasound with her again. Best ultrasound experience ever!!

Darlene is Amazing!! She Got Thee most Amazing pictures of my baby boy. She is very professional and makes you feel right at home. The establishment is very clean and peaceful!! By far the best prices they have anywhere close to San Diego county! You would be letting yourself down if you went anywhere else!!

I called to try and do a final gender reveal but had mentioned I lost my free return card, “I’m pregnant I work and I have a two year old so pregnancy brain happens and I lose things” I was told to call back after 11 when I called as soon as they opened to see if a manager would allow me to come in without the card since they are so strict on those tiny return cards and keep no system file for returning for gender scans for patience” I originally left 3 based on how kind both of the ultrasound techs were, how they both took their time in viewing my twins. Yet 2 after I kept having to call back to speak to a manager and none was available, the man at the front desk repetitively was negative saying he pulled up my file and had seen I was given a gender reveal two weeks ago, yes the one they said a girl and boy to since I was 13 weeks and was told 100% for the gender reveal was a girl and boy for my twins, was given a card to come back in just Incase because I myself was very skeptical. Then he proceeds to say they gave you a second one at 14 weeks I was told it was a boy and a boy with a different tech who said it was obvious in the previous gender session it was also a boy. Me still being skeptical because I’ve now been told it’s another gender was given ANOTHER card so we could all be 100% positive without a doubt. He said he sees no reason she would give me another card, I told him since I was told 100% was a girl and boy first time then 100% boy and boy the second time they just wanted to be 100% positive since I’d be 15 weeks then. Which made me comfortable since baby B I felt I still couldn’t really tell bc he didn’t seem quite like either gender to me. He then told me oh I see you came in on the 7th. Yes I came in for a late appointment for after work, he then told me since it’s been two weeks, “the 14th is one week I worked late Friday and had things to do Saturday the 15th” so I called today to see if I could be seen or set a date to be sure I’m having what they assumed I’m having to be confirmed. He kept telling me over and over the manager would be In very very soon and I just simply asked if they could call me instead of me calling every 20min. They agreed they said to let me be seen as a one time courtesy. Yet I feel like at this point I’d rather be seen somewhere else. I didn’t feel like they really cared if I came back or not, I felt like they seemed I lied. Yet I wanted to be sure the genders were accurate a 1/1 isn’t ideally great to me and I don’t want to do two gender reveals for my family if one is still another gender. Also every time I have an appointment I’m waiting 30+ min to even be seen past my appointment time and yes I show up 10 or so min earlier to check in just as a courtesy. Just kind of an inconvenience on the customers end. This happened at both appointments not just one. Again the ultrasound techs great! The front desk person not very welcoming and he rushes. The have to have the card policy seems a bit outdated when they could easily input it somewhere in some system that patience will return for a gender reveal in their documents or whatever just Incase they do misplace that little card.

We went to the office on Miramar Rd, the 1st time for our gender reveal at 15 weeks, she couldnt determine the gender at first because the ankles were crossed so we made another appointment and came back the next day! We went in yesterday (7/12/19) for our 3D ultrasound at 27 weeks and we saw Darlene. She got some really cute and clear pictures of our baby girl and even caught her smiling. I would recommend going here to everyone!

This place is very cool. The waiting room isnt very big so I was not expecting much when we walked in. But when the lady opened the door there is an amazing theater with music playing, a soft bed and a place for children to play. They even use warm gel I felt like I was at the spa. Very relaxing and exciting. Great experience all together.

We just we here today to see my nephew. I had gone to the riverside location to see our baby and recommended my brother to (a baby visit). They allowed a discount to my brothers family since we recommended them. Another incredible visit. The images of the hd live were amazingly clear. Love this place will continue to recommend.

This place was anything short than amazing. I was skeptical because of other 3D places but was very pleased with the service we received. We are 30 weeks pregnant, and at first our baby wouldnt cooperate but the technician got him/her to move around and we ended up getting wonderful pictures. The room was huge and clean. I have nothing negative to say. Will definitely recommend.

Yaaa baby we got our BOY finally. Everyone told us we were going to have a girl. Husband is in the navy so the guys all said he was gong to have a girl due to the radiation he around. Well guys I guess we won the bet its a Boy time to pay up. Thanks to A Baby Visit we got the clearest boy shot ever. The tech said guys I see a wee wee. We were on the ground laughing. Will recommend and be back at 30 weeks.

I researched high and low to find the best ultrasound place for my family and I to visit. We chose A Baby Visit and we are so happy that we did! We walked out with a cute heartbeat animal and a 4d movie that my family and I watch over and over again. Thank you for making our visit memorable and making our family so happy.

I used to love this place. I actually had my ultrasounds done for my boys at the black mountain location and it was great. My boys are 6 and 4 years old. Now I am expecting a girl and decided to keep with tradition. I made my appt a month in advance and agreed to the $79 package with bear. Not happy I was billed $85 because they ran out of bears and the pictures were not clear at all. You could barely tell it was a baby and at 32 weeks it should be clear. The heart beat they recorded has back ground noise too. I Called for a retake , in the past this would not of been a problem. The person I spoke said they would get back to me and they never did. Too bad Ive recommend so many friends and family but not anymore. I just wanted a retake. I will go somewhere else.

Great service. I had issues the first visit but they rescheduled me for a re visit and even though my baby was hiding under the placenta, they were able to get me some nice pictures.

We just got back home from our 3D/4D ultrasound that we had done at A Baby Visit and it was a wonderful experience. They had a beautiful place and a very soothing atmosphere. We are watching our DVD for the second time with our family and had to write a review. Both my family and my husbands were so amazed that we could make out the features of our baby. We would highly recommend anyone that is pregnant to go to A Baby Visit.

We booked our visit well in advance on a Saturday so that all my family and friends could come. When we arrived we were greeted by a bunch of different heartbeat animals. Of course the grandparents wanted one and we did also. We walked out with like 5 heartbeat animals with our daughters heartbeat just love them. The 4d was amazing we watch the dvd all the time. Bring the grandparents if you get a chance they will absolutely love the experience.

Today 12/13/2017 I had an appt at 12:30pm I had to post my review.I am 32 weeks along, I was welcomed and I felt very comfortable, technician was supper nice and took amazing pictures of our baby even got him smiling :)I definitely recommend this place to everyone it is really clean, big and spacious, warm and just left there super happy and satisfied not to mention the price for 4D was was amazingly cheap!If you want to see your baby and get lots of pictures in 4D and 2D this is the best place to go!

This place was awesome! I spent a lot of time trying to decide on which one to go to since this is my first baby and my first experience. The technician was wonderful. She even spent extra time and tried several different techniques to make my baby move around for good pictures and the gender reveal. We found out we are having a girl! I am going back at 30 weeks for another ultrasound.

My technician Darlene was awesome! She was so patient with my husbands questions and my wiggly toddler. She took her time to get the best pictures possible of my stubborn boy! 10/10 recommend 👌🏻

It is like visiting the womb and taking a step inside the babys atmosphere. We could not believe as I felt my daughter kick I could see where she was kicking in the ultrasound. It was so cool. Will recommend thank you!

Great place, clean, comfortable and great deal. Staff is friendly/ professional even though I can admit I was not so patient/polite.Few tips:1)Arrive early,they have a form you need to fill out and there is a 6 minute grace period before they move on to the next appointment.2) Bring cash.3) The building has a code to enter and I ran into the day they locked it, not the businesses fault, so make sure you come early for this reason too just in case.4) For the GDM mommas, drink cold water or do stretches instead of the bringing juice they recommend.

I cant wait to have another baby just to go back. I just loved my visits at A Baby Visit. Each time I went I saw my daughter grow and got glimpses of her personality. One of the best moments of my pregnancy was coming here.

I really enjoyed my time at A Baby Visit. I went in for a gender scan at 15 weeks and found out that I am expecting a boy! The room was spacious and calming. I had 10 people come with me and there was more than enough room for everyone to sit comfortably on the couch. My husband sat in a recliner next to me. The ultrasound tech was very friendly and patient and I did not feel rushed at all even though they were running a little behind schedule due to forgetting to start recording my DVD. Overall, I would recommend this place if you are opting for a voluntary ultrasound. I cannot wait to go back when I am further along to see all the new developments!

Went here today and saw Darlene, she was very nice and had a great smile. You go inside and there’s toys if you have kids already and a little chair for your child to sit in. They have a big sofa usually for dads to sit in and the area you lay on if so comfy to lay down on, let’s not forget the warm gel she used oh my it felt nice 👍🏻! I’m a very satisfied with how it all went got the gender packet for 45$ and I have a reveal next weekend!!

Darlene was super sweet! She was polite and it didnt feel rushed at all. Baby didnt cooperate with us the first time, so I made a recheck appointment. Finally got the gender results back and she was very excited with us. We went there my first pregnancy and happy I returned the second time around. Will definitely return for the 3. Great technician and beautiful photos. I hung the 3D photo on the wall of my nursery. I have had so many comments on the photo it is like she is here already I love looking at the photo.

Loved it. The tech was super nice and informative. The theater room was beautiful and they even have a place to keep your other little ones busy while the ultrasound is being performed with couches and toys.

We went to get the gender of our baby. It was fast and they pointed out exactly what they were looking at. They really know what they are doing. We are ready to shop now and feel comfortable that we are shopping for the right clothes

Ive gone to do the gender ultrasound at 13 weeks as well at the 3d ultrasound at 28 weeks with both of my pregnancies. I had a great experience, they take their time to ensure good photos as well as accurate gender determination. Friendly staff. Only issue is I got double charged my last appointment , no big deal, I called customer service they were great, told me to contact HR and they were terrible. I did not get a single response out of the three emails I sent. Thank god the staff knew how to do their jobs and I was refunded.

Super unhappy about our experience here. The lady was very nice but it wasnt a very professional feeling atmosphere and didnt seem clean. The room was incredibly dark so the nice little play area for the kiddos couldnt even be utilized. She was having a hard time finding the sex because of babys positioning (I was 17 weeks) and even though the image was very blurry she concluded we were having a girl. We got several pictures of that general area, but theyre all blurry and even though I know what it should look like because this isnt my first rodeo, Im not confident. Theres only one picture of the profile and its not great and there was a $3 upcharge to get those pictures. She didnt even capture the really adorable and perfectly visible hand that showed up for us when we were watching live. I went to this place based on 2 friends recommending it, but Im ending up having to go some place else now and pay for it again. Do your research before going here and remember you get what you pay for!

My family and I went here. I was really enjoyable. I highly recommend going here it accommodates a large group of people you are not crammed in one little room you are in a huge theater.

We had the pleasure of booking our appoint at a baby visit San Diego. We found out we are having a girl. We asked them to put the gender in an envelope and we bought a gender reveal balloon and had my mom put everything together for our gender reveal party the following weekend. Our party went amazing! A Baby Visit was great with my baby. I have a stubborn little one. The doctors and techs at my ob/gyn could never get a photo of my sons face because he is always turned the wrong way. Well A Baby Visit did it!!! We ended up with the BEST photos of him! Thank you I was so happy I started crying I guess it is those hormones I am usually not that easy to get emotional. My Experience today there was simple and fast. The staff we had were wonderful and professional, we had the $55.00 package and they showed all that was offered in a spacious room with comfortable lounge like chairs. I was satisfied!

Grandma and grandpa came here with me my husband was over seas. We brought home a wonderful video and photos of our son. We were also able to facetime my husband while we were there which meant so much to him and myself. Thank you

Me and my hubby had an appointment and went in on july 4th with a nice lady named KC, she made us feel comfortable ,lots of comfy space for my family and i was 15 weeks and we found out the gender and she took some great pictures of our baby boy!!!excited with our results and pictures..well recommend KC to anyone..

So cool. I would recommend anyone having a baby to experience this. I am 10 weeks and my family could not be at my doctors visit so I took them to see the baby. We were able to see the baby fluttering around moving the hands and kicking, heard the heart beat and confirmed the measurements. We will be back for gender in 3 weeks thank you!

I was kind of disappointed with my experience at A Baby Visit. On the positive side, it was very neat to see the baby in 3D. Its a completely different view than the sonograms at the doctors office. On the down side, the pictures were not very good. They are all blurry and you can barely make out the babys face in most. I was very sad that the pictures were nothing like the examples on the website. If they didnt have a no refund policy, I think I would ask for my money back. I dont think it was worth $74. If I had to do it again... I would find another place to have this done at.

We saw our little one at A Baby Visit. The theater was huge and the technician was warm and welcoming. It was a very memorable and exciting experience.

If I can put 0 star I would put a 0 star !!She told me its a boy we ended up with the girlI mean if youre not sure and you dont know what youre doing why are you doing it we threw a gender reveal for boy and when we did altasound they told us a its a girl!!!I highly not recommend this place this girl does not know what shes doing And she wasnt right I dont recommend this place to anyone !!

Its on west side of the street , but awesome tech. (Me) . Come see your baby you will have a great memory!

I went to the San Diego location and had an appointment, waiting in the waiting room for 25 minutes because there was no one at the front desk and once the tech came out she was extremely rude and i was told i could not be seen because she took another patient at my appointment time when hers was scheduled after mine. Worst experience ever would not recommend the tech has a major attitude. Would recommend baby’s first ultrasound down the street. They took me same day as i told them what horrible experience i had

Found out we are havin a boy super excited. very nice ultrasound place. We will be back to view our baby at 30 weeks in 4d.

I made an appointment and my deployed husband requested internet access and stayed up late on the other side of the world so we could see our little one. I drove from 40 minutes away and the ultrasound tech NEVER SHOWED UP. I waited for 30 minutes past our time while the scheduling person attempted to get ahold of the tech. I ended up having to go somewhere else. SO DISAPPOINTED. Do not recommend.

Big comfy daddys chair, soft bed and warm gel what more can you ask for. Love this place. Will be back if we have another baby.

We have come here with all three pregnancies and always enjoy our little show of our babies. We make a day of it with the family. Have the ultrasound and then go to lunch and look at all the photos of our baby.

Always have my ultrasounds done here with every pregnancy. A Baby Visit has the best reputation as far as viewing room and quality ultrasounds. Would not go anywhere else.

Best 4D Ultrasound Place in San Diego for sure :) Thank you for the memorable experience. We were a loud group especially when the technician announced we were having a boy. Everyone was screaming and yelling lol. Hopefully you allow us back for another 4d :)

The appointment system is just horrible and the hours of operation are not as noted. There shouldnt be a third party involved for appts with no way to contact the actual office. Drove 50+ mins in traffic just for nothing. I was told 6:30 pm but the man scheduled me for 6 PM. I Wouldve loved to go here. I heard many great reviews but the scheduling department was what made this a horrible experience for me. There was no way i was making it at 6pm thats why i scheduled for 6:30pm.

Darlene was AMAZING! SAME DAY APPT AND I FOUND OUT THE GENDER!!!! CANT TELL YOU WHAT IT IS TILL LATER!!!! OMGEEE so excited and Darlene was professional, courteous and made me wife comfortable!!! She made the experience

I love this place , the patience the girls have & they are so nice love how they do redos if baby isnt letting us see . I went when I was pregnant I loved it , the picture quality 👌 .

The 4D images are unbelievable. The ultrasound room was massive enough for family and the neighbors. Overall we would not go anywhere else. Just a fantastic experience.

My experience was horrendous. The ultrasound tech was completely rude. I dont even think she said hello to me. I was in and out in 7 minutes. The pictures were not very clear and I had to ask for her to give me the heartbeat. Very disappointing. I recommend going somewhere else.

All I can say is AWESOME !!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a 4D ultrasound. Everything from the pictures, DVD and setting are out of this world.

Went in for an early pregnancy package to get an idea of how far along I was. Technician pointed to a random shadow on the screen and said oh there it is your 6w2d. Hurried me off the table. Later that day I was confirmed by a doctor I had no baby in my uterus I was having an ectopic pregnancy. Technician lied to me. Customer service has done nothing to rectify this or provide a refund.

Nice facility, and they have a large theatre-style viewing room for family/friends. The 3d picture of my son actually turned out to look quite a bit like him.

The person setting up the appointment was VERY VERY rude telling me lies I was like what are you talking about sir worst customer service!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMENDED IT ALL !!! His name was Henry he says to be a manger but was rude telling me go somewhere eles.

Didnt like how the ultrasound pictures look on the screen nor in photo, very blurry she kept taking pictures of the same thing, didnt bother to ask about heartbeat she just focus on trying make my baby move her hand, at 30weeks pictures should have been much clearer than they were she wasnt really talkative either, location was hard to find I originally thought I was heading to a different location but ended up here, I wont be coming back here again .

My best friend made a appointment on fathers day for all of us to see her baby. We went to the appointment just to find the doors locked and no one answering the phone. Very disappointing, unprofessional, and irritating.

I had gone for my gender ultrasound & loved it , I decided to go back for a 4D , I called to set an appointment at the mirarmar location , I show up & ALL doors are locked , I am beyond pissed I had my time , and others that came along time wasted .. I stood outside ... called multiple times only to be sent to voicemail . VERY unprofessional , I even confirmed the time 6 pm & the hours say 8am-9pm . So annoying dont think Ill ever be back . I live pretty far , I was looking forward to seeing my baby and it was a big let down

We waited an hour and a half past our appointment time with many others. No point of appointments.

Went in for an early gender scan at 13 weeks in riverside... she said it was a girl... i was skeptical because it was so early but sure enough... shes two months old now.

No point of appointments they dont follow them

Worth every penny.
