Yesterday I had an X-ray taken by a very informative and astute technician. Her name was Samantha, She was a very polite and courteous young women and answered all of my questions regarding my exam. She is most certainly an asset to your company, It is not often you are greeted with such fine professionalism and knowledge these days. She really knew how to make a patient feel relaxed and comfortable in a not so relaxing environment. However, I am deducting a star as the parking at the facility was dreadful. I had to park almost 4 blocks away as there was no available parking near by. I am fit and healthy and did not mind the walk but for someone not so well or elderly it is not ideal.
