My husband and I had an amazing experience at Baby’s First Ultrasound! The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel so welcome. The 5D ultrasound was a very special touch, we got to see our baby girl’s face and her adorable smile for the first time. 10/10 would recommend!! Thank you guys!!

They took their time to explain everything I was seeing in the ultrasound and told me how fast my babies heartbeat was. I will definitely be coming back for another ultrasound when I’m further along

It was a great first experience to do a different type of ultrasound. My only con about my appointment is that my ultrasound lady did not label baby A and baby B for me on the photos. So Im not sure which baby is which. Other then that the appointment was great.

We came in to do a Gender Check and were so excited! That staff was so kind even though we came first thing in the morning. We ended up back for a complimentary recheck because little baby was being difficult and we got our exciting news about baby! I definitely recommend visiting Babies First!

I would highly recommend Babies First Ultrasound. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly both times we went to get an ultrasound. They were very knowledgeable and nice. Plus, the 4D and 5D ultrasound is amazing. I cant describe how nice it was to see our little baby make faces and suck her thumb. She even threw up a peace sign! Honestly, great place with great people

They were very friendly and took the time to get my baby’s face as good as they could. My baby eventually moved his hand away and we were able to get some great photos. Being 33 weeks pregnant I was unsure how the ultrasound would turn out. It went really well even though my baby is a little cramped in there. Great job overall!

Very friendly and professional office staff. First visit baby didn’t cooperate, but came back two weeks later and got amazing pics of our baby girl!!!!! They took over 100 pics for us to choose from! Great experience!

I made an appointment over the phone and the young lady was very nice and schedule me a same day. The tech was very informative and helpful and made my husband and myself feel comfortable. I will definitely be back once Ive over 27 weeks to get some nice 4d profile photos of our baby boy 👶 . The pricing is very adorable as well!! Definitely recommend.

Came here to find out our babies gender before the Dr. could. Also, awesome because I wasn’t allowed in the hospital for any of the prenatal appointments so it was very special we could experience this together. Now we are back (28 weeks) to get the upgraded package. Very friendly staff, easy appointments and great follow through. Highly recommend, especially during these times (COVID)

I went at 14 weeks for a gender scan. Having twins and was told boy and girl based on a nub theory. Come to find out I was having two boys a week later. I don’t mind so much the wrong prediction, more or less the, “new or in training” ultrasound tech. She wasn’t pressing enough to get good enough photos or really see anything on baby B, which is the one that was predicted wrong. Yet her and the other tech talked about positioning and move here move there more or less the tech teaching was the conversation. Not so much explaining to me what they were looking at or really me being able to get in a word without feeling like I’d interrupt them when I paid for this. I felt I should have been asked before hand if it was okay for the in training one to have a look first. When the skilled tech stepped in she only went over baby A, the boy which had been showing since 13 weeks. I feel if she would have went over baby B herself she would have gotten better photos for one and for two possibly the correct gender. My boyfriend didn’t mind gender reveal 2.0 he was thrilled for two boys. Just glad we weren’t doing the baby registry yet. Over all 3 stars because they both seemed very nice. Just in my opinion didn’t feel like a professional environment when laying on the table the photos also didn’t seem too great. I personally haven’t gone back. Maybe just me having a bad experience not saying everyone will.

Came in to my appointment women at front desk was very friendly and helpful! Space looks clean and following all covid protocol! Technician was very sweet. I loved her!! She was very good and keeping gender from us since we’re doing a gender reveal! Calm quiet place highly recommend 😌

I loved my experience at Babys first ultrasound! I got great color pictures of my baby girl! I got the teddy bear package with the add on disc of the ultrasound and 2 key chains with the 3D picture! It was so much fun and I would recommend to anyone wanting 3D & HD live experience!

I would not recommend to go to this place ! Their communication is very Poor ! I payed $80 for a 3&4 D my they told me they have to redo it because they did not a picture due to baby hiding her face . They then never told me I would have to pay again !!! This has happened to me in December as well when they couldn’t get the correct gender ! I have paid them over $160 for nothing ! They did not even give me a picture that they did take just told me to reschedule! THIS PLACE SUCK’s I asked for a refund and they don’t do refund’s not I have no picture’s for any of the money I had spent to get them !

Second time here. My husband has been wanting to see the ultrasound of our little girl. Staff is friendly, the Technician girl is so nice got really good pictures of our little girl.

They are amazing here! They make you feel comfortable the whole time. It is clean and sanatize and are very good at spacing out their appointments so its usually just you and the ultrasound technician. I highly recommend this place!

This was our first time going to this elective ultrasound place. Out of the others we have been to with other pregnancies, Babies First Ultrasound was the best by far. The images are so clear! Baby was hiding and the tech really worked to get a good picture. We love this place!

This is my first time coming here and I was very pleased with the customer service and ultrasound. I am 35 weeks pregnant and this was the first time I got to see my baby’s face. I would recommend coming here because you can bring your spouse, mom or dad, as long as it’s one guest. So this really made my day.

This review is from my appointment I had back in June. I paid for the basic gender package, I was almost 14 weeks at the time but I just found out she got the gender wrong! I understand that there’s a margin of error that early but she told us she was 100% sure. In her defense, we got a clear “potty shot” and it definitely looked like a boy to us too but has since been proven wrong by our NIPT AND my 20 week anatomy scan. I would like to add that the technician was very nice though, this review isn’t against her as a person, just the fact that the gender wasn’t correct even though it’s advertised as “guaranteed” on their website.

My wife and I had a great experience. Im happy they let partners in! I recommend this to everyone especially during covid where dads cant go to appointments.

I’m soo disappointed. The picture quality is not good at all. 3D/4d photos look nothing like what’s posted on their website. This was a total waste of my money. I’ve had multiple ultrasounds @ different stages of pregnancy. My 14 week 3D/4d ultrasounds looks way better than what was given to me. I was given multiple different excuses as to why the quality was soo poor, but none were acceptable.

We only have positive things to say about our visit. We were treated very well and my family and I had a beautiful experience. From the receptionist to the technician they made us all feel welcome. We were able to see our son move around continuously. The technician was very patient in trying to get us the best pictures of him. It is amazing to see the growth in technology. Our technician was very informative and professional. We enjoyed every moment of it. We had our family baby shower that weekend and were able to share our beautiful pictures with our family.
