I just got out of my 1100 appointment with midwife Barbara Hosei. She inserted my second kyleena iud and I have never had a better experience. She gave me many many tips and tricks for women’s health and took extra measures to make sure everything was in place and executed properly. I felt right at home. I felt truly blessed underneath her care. The staff there was phenomenal. Everyone is friendly and willing to help in every way.

I was on hold for over 40 minutes then got hanged when it was my turn. What a waste of time.

I suspect they purposely put the rudest person in charge of answering the phone so that you will not feel any inclination to come in whatsoever. Maybe the person was just having a bad day, which I get. However it’s hard to forgive the incompetence. If you’re the front desk then how can your final answer be “I don’t know, we can’t help you” when asked a simple question about setting up an appointment? Why are you answering the phone if you don’t know anything? I’m pretty mild mannered but this place got my blood boiling. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your medical needs if you can help it

Worst place ever. Refusing my husband any care that he needs and doc Lopez broke HIPAA laws by discussing my husbands test results with his XO and never contacting my husband about them. The only way my husband found out about his results is by his XO stopping him in the hallway. The “doc” is now avoiding everyone now that his command is involved. Will be hiring an attorney for this and filing.

They are very friendly and have good advice...

I enjoy coming here, the doctors Ive had have been really good at their job, especially the one I have now. They always diagnose me properly and the wait at the doc and pharmacy is never too long. Most of the staff is also very friendly.

Doctors are not looking out for your wellbeing, they do not take what is wrong with you seriously. I’ve been checked out at hospitals and they have told me what is wrong and here they said “come back in a year if it still hurts”.

Their phone etiquette and helpfulness is seriously lacking. Rude and not at all helpful on the phone. Dont waste your time.

Do not care about your well being. Had a terrible experience with a doctor who was very condescending and made me feel like I wasn’t worth the time of day. Very upsetting

Receptionist was incredibly rude. Gave me bad advice told me to call tricare?? too scared to call back i called the womens branch and the receptionist was very kind and helpful. first lady was unbelievable....

All the doctors and nurses here are fantastic! We got Dr. Lo and his amazing with children.

They always have fresh socks and water to hydrate with

Came in with a leaky anus, they healed me right up with a pair of fresh sock & lifetime supply of motrin!

The men and women running the clinic really know what their doing and are serving their country well.

Pharmacy is slow. Really slow.
