Everyone should go here.Love the convenience of my lady exam, mammogram, and bloodwork all in one location and in one appointment. Had my labs in hand and reviewed with doctor the same day.The doctor spent time to review all health concerns and explained everything thoughtfully. The nurses who helped with the mammogram and blood draw were calm and caring.I highly recommend this practice for anyone that wants to have their wellness taken seriously by a caring team of doctors and nurses.

I had a great experience at Igo medical group Dr. Berg was awesome she explained everything to me. The staff at the office were very friendly and professional I recommend this office thank you Dr . Berg and to the ultrasound ladies you were very patient and comforting!

I highly recommend Dr. Gafori and her staff. I’ve been suffering from ongoing pain and her team has been empathetic, knowledgeable and most importantly very gentle. I am especially impressed by Michelle, she is one of their ultrasound technicians. She is the most gentle and caring techs I’ve ever encountered. She made an uncomfortable experience very pleasant and she’s incredibly caring. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable. I trust the care that I am receiving at Igo Medical.

Just called to get basic info on initial prenatal care as this is my first pregnancy. The lady who answered was so rude. Kept cutting me off and wouldn’t even let me finish a question or sentence. Definitely going elsewhere now.

Dr. Jain is wonderful! So professional and personable. Explains everything in laymans terms too.

I have been coming here for 14+ years. The team of women doctors are amazing. They address all of your concerns and if you have any follow questions they make it very easy to get in touch with the doc or their medical assistants. They delivered by 1st baby and it was a wonderful experience.

I love this place - Dr Guru is professional, sweet and extremely experienced. She makes you feel comfortable and listens to your history and concerns while still giving her best recommendations. I have Crohn’s disease so pregnancy and overall OB health can be complicated for me and my holistic GI recommended Dr Guru. She aligns wonderfully with my integrative, more “natural” approach to OBGYN care. Very happy so far.

Dr Jain is the best and sweetest I’ve ever been to. She makes you feel safe and she’s extremely skilled. I don’t dread my 6. Mo appointments anymore because of her!

Ive had two babies with IGO (Dr Jain) and have always been treated kindly. The support staff there is excellent and call you back with answers when you leave messages. Dr Jain herself is AMAZING! she is so kind as well as a great doctor. The only downside is that you have to pay for parking every time you go, and when you are pregnant, thats pretty often.

The front desk staff is rude and barely wants to answer any questions! Always in a rush to put me through the nurse’s voicemail.Train them better to pause and listen before hanging up and putting the caller to the nurse’s / doctor’s voicemail!

I have seen Dr. Lischke for many years. He is personable, answers all of my questions and provides options for my healthcare. His staff have been very friendly and helpful. Id recommend this group!

BEST care anywhere! Great doctors, truly caring, great staff, providing the best experience in a medical office that I have found in years!! I myself work in healthcare and have found that every office I go to has the same policy of asking for your insurance and identification when you check in. This office has the friendliest staff, so kind and courteous, along with the most kind, gentle, best educated, gentle, doctors!! It is a pleasure to go into this office. My doctor was out of town and I had to see another doctor in the office... she was just as amazing as my own doctor. This place is one of a kind and a caring medical team is nearly impossible to find these days. I cant rate this office any higher than 5 stars on a website, but they are truly the best anyone will find anywhere.

I had the worst experience with the front desk personnel(Eileen). I am a veteran, I am pregnant and relocating to San Diego from North Carolina. I had a huge issue with having my authorization send from Tri-West to the office. I spoke to Tri-West 3 times and all three agents said they faxed the authorization and it was confirmed. When I called the office each time, apparently the fax didnt go through. The last call with this front office individual was beyond upsetting. I literally have the authorization number from Tri-West and was told I could give that to them and they could call Tri-West for me so I can get an appointment expedited.The front desk said they would not call, that is not their job and she had a very nasty tone with me. Being that I am overdue for an appointment and trying to get everything together after moving 2,700 miles, I would think they would be more empathetic not only because this is for a baby, but also a veteran who served this country. I do not rate the doctors here, only the front office. Due to this maltreatment, I am not going to receive care there. I am going to another OBGYN. Caution..

Drs are rude. Their staff is rude and arrogant. No empathy or customer service. Save your self the agony of dealing with arrogant people. If you still want to go .. you’ll learn it the hard way.

Beware of this place.Went here for an annual wellness exam on June14, 2017 which is fully covered by my insurance. I moved to San Diego recently. Also changed to a new insurance from UHC. When I went there doctor asked me about my previous check up details and suggested not to do any tests since previous results were good. So I didnt do any tests. While leaving receptionist said that they will bill to the insurance. But a month later I got a letter from them asking to pay $268 for office/outpatient visit. I called them and explained I went there for a wellness exam. But they were rude and unwilling to change it. Neither doctor nor receptionist told me that the consultation would be treated as an office visit if I didnt get any tests and Id have to pay. Not sure what to do.

Its alarming that they have a very fishy unprofessional unfit billing department I had s service 2 years ago paid my copay and 2 years later got a collection agency call about a payment that I paid . I called the office and asked for the manager to look into it Susan promised she will call back and then found that the collecting agency ruined my credit score by submitting the delinquent account to my credit score. Please do your self a favor yes you need to have your baby delivered but not on expense of ruining your financial plan for their unfit illegal billing practices.What lead to collection is your refunding a payment without my knowledge explain to the world why did you do it and send to tocollection 2 years after without my knowledge. to be fair every potential patient should know

I have been seen by two doctors at IGO, Dr Gunnarson and Dr Lischke, and I have been extremely pleased with their personal care, attention and medical knowledge. I highly, highly recommend this practice!

Incompetent support staff. Also, doctors use a test which is experimental and do not reveal this fact to the patient, letting the patient believe it is like a positive test for cancer or a disease. I would never trust this place again.
