As far as skill level is concerned Dr. Weeks is a great surgeon. He did a pretty major surgery and it came out well. That being said there are two major issues with his practice that will deter me from any further treatments from him.1. Post surgery there was zero interaction with him. Very strange for a Dr to not check in a patient after a major operation.2. His billing is questionable at best. My procedure was completed almost 5 months ago and I’m still receiving random bills in the mail. When crossed referenced with my insurance plan it seems as though billing ethics is a major issue with his business. All that being said, if you want a great surgeon and don’t care about questionable billing or proper patient interaction then give him a shot. If those two areas are issues for you then you should probably steer clear.

Amazing dr. Amazing staff. Spent 3 yrs looking for a dr to get rid of my sinus infection. He was the 7th ENT I saw. Had surgery and it was successful. He also did a new surgery on my Eustachian tubes. I couldn’t pop my ears for over 3 yrs. Both surgeries were a success. Very personable! No billing problems. Maybe a wait time, but I flew to see him. He spends a lot of time w his patients. I personally didn’t care. He was worth it!!

While having no post-surgery interaction with Dr. Weeks seemed unusual, what really got me were all the follow-on bills from 10 minute follow up appointments with his assistant. I would have been surprised to be billed ~$200 ea for these short visits so you can imagine my utter shock to after the fact receive bills for over $2,000 Per each short follow up visit. They may find legal gray areas to operate in as far as billing goes, but it is certainly immoral.

I want to give a better review but the billing practices in this office are unreal. They take advantage of the fact that people are at their mercy and there’s nothing that can be done about it. If the doctor so much as touches you it’s an insane bill. The front desk girl is rude too but they probably know that already judging by the other reviews. My ears aren’t any different and I’m pretty sure one is worse now than it’s ever been

I had the worst service at this clinic. The staff was late to open the office. They were unfriendly and apologetic for being late. The office itself was cold and unwelcoming. The NP who saw me had no bedside manner. I was charged for surgery when all they did was scope up my nose. I was told by the billing office that the AMA says we can charge this as surgery, so we do. I never received a bill. Just recently I was notified that the charge was referred to debt collection. I told my primary care NP never to refer patients to this clinic and I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Well I have been arguing with their office accounting staff for months. Watch your wallet. This P.A. that works for Dr. Weeks (Weeks is way too busy to see a simple CPAP client) NEVER disclosed the fact that although they routinely do an arthroscopic exam of the inside of your nose...They do it as a normal part of the CPAP pre-exam and that procedure is considered SURGERY! And as such, must be pre-approved or the insurance will not cover it. The cost? Oh just $300 pure out of pocket. And do they tell you that? NO. Do they even give you the option to decline it? NO. They just jump in, do it fully knowing its no part of the normal exam code for insurance and they fully know the Insurance never covers it. They RIP you off 100% Find another provider that is honest and full disclosure.

I was a patient of Dr. Weeks along time ago, and I have never had a Dr. who showed me such compassion, and was truly concerned about my health issues which at the time was my thyroid . Great Dr. ,and person!

He is the worse doctor that you can see. For anything you go for, he will say you need a surgery and then he screws up the surgery. He is the Devils hand for surgery and no post op care. Stay away from him unless you need your nose to be screwed up. And some of his staff are so arrogant. be prepared to wait for at least 1-2 hrs if you have an appointment if that means anything...Worse doctor and staff and obviously no surgeon. Its all about how can I suck money from you...

Dr Weeks was a game changer for me. After 18 months of what I would call a miserable existence, never ending days of dr.s who dont or wont listen and test that didnt prove the lab findings. I took a chance and gave my problem to Dr Weeks. I had a parathyroid tumor in my neck that was so tiny they couldnt see it on scans, yet it was destroying my daily life. He ask me to trust him and as scared as I was I agreed to let him try to find it. He found it and I cant tell you how happy I am that I trusted him. Its been a year since my surgery and I am almost 100% better. And my scar is barely noticeable as well.Thank you Dr. Weeks. I am forever gratefull!

INCREDIBLY TERRIBLE!!! I go in to see how bad something is for me and Im told they would help me out. I do as they ask and do a sleep study and more than a month from all of this they havent called me back to discuss my test results. I call them and now they want to look for my test results cause they say they dont have it. I call the place who did my test and emailed my results in a matter of 20 minutes. They even told me they sent them the results weeks ago now when I call I am told they still dont have the results yet and I need to make an appointment. So knowing they havent tried for me and cared for what is happening to my sleep apnea, I wasted 8 hours worth of driving to see 2 people who call themselves doctors, to just not care at all for me and with a receptionist who is laughing at how serious this was for me was a complete waste of time. I can never believe that anyone in this kind of profession can be this heartless and inconsiderate to a patient who wants to have better sleeping. THIS IS PATHETIC

No customer service. and waiting until 9 am gave me enough time to write this review. i would go somewhere else just by the way she answered the phone.

Ive been a patient of Dr Weeks for many years, Im leaving feedback for my overall/care experience throughout this time. Ive had two major outpatient procedures (1.) Adult tonsillectomy/uvulectomy and 2.) septoplasty with obligatory port/polish work) procedures and continue to see him for a periodic in office turbinate reduction procedure. Both procedures were game changers, so to speak in improving my health from chronic, debilitating throat/sinus infections that only responded briefly to antibiotic regimens. The smoothest outpatient procedures Ive had in my life were by Dr. Weeks, hes incredible at his trade craft. Hes also a caring/attentive person, a great physician with genuine customer service. The apple does not fall far from the tree, I was a patient of this father before he retired, also an excellent physician and caring, genuine person. The in office turbinate reduction procedure has also been a game changer in keeping me sinus infection free for the past 5 years. Im allergic to everything, and have always had limited response to allergy medication and nasal sprays. I recently had the turbinate reduction procedure for the 3rd time and its become nearly painless. If you fall in the chronic allergy, sinus issue group like me, Id consider/inquire about this procedure. I do not leave many reviews but this one is certainly long due and well warranted. I cant imagine a better ear/nose/throat physician than Dr Weeks, skilled and caring. Im always thankful I landed in his care.

For over 8 years I have suffered with some of the most severe sleep apnea after an operation requiring intubation. About one year ago, Dr. Weeks performed several corrective operations: 1) removed my uvula, 2) planed my tongue, 3) corrected my deviated septum and 4) cleaned up my scare tissue from a tonsillectomy back in third grade. If you need a great surgeon I would highly recommend him. My results have been incredible.
