I had a great time here. This a very nice and clean place. Great service and reception. Got an 80 mins sports massage with Tammy and I think it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She is very knowledgeable. She was able to identify all my pain points and worked on them. Highly highly recommended.

I loved the spa service I got (pedicure). The staff is super friendly. The spa is really nice, with images of marilyn all over. Super cute. I would give 5 stars except that the nail polish was not as chemical-free as i prefer and i think they should offer organic options.

I had three treatments (a facial, hot stone massage & Marilyns Must Have) and thoroughly enjoyed them all! All the staff were great and made me feel very pampered. Great experience!

The massage was amazing! She was the perfect level of firmness, not too soft. The only issues with the spa is the steam room needs more lighting, it’s was too dark in there (I couldn’t see at all) or maybe it’s supposed to be dark? I don’t know. Also the adult pool has the smallest hot tub, and when my massage was finished I wanted to enjoy the hot tub but there were 3 really loud girls in there. Just wanted to relax a bit more. I come to a spa for the facilities, and I felt I just got a massage. A spa should be relaxing, it felt like a bit of spring break by the pool. :/

Must be when you use a Travel Zoo voucher, you get a different service. Made an appt for a couples massage but ended being separate massages. Had a much better experience at the Viejas resort. You would think being at the Manchester Hyatt it would be a pretty good spa experience.Pool area covered with bird droppings, seagulls swimming in pool, jacuzzi sounded like it was on its last legs.I was given a parking validation ticket that didnt work even after I walked back up to get another ticket. Went back upstairs a THIRD time and was told to check with the main lobby. The main lobby told me to check with the spa. Ended up paying the $32.00 for parking since they were out of validation tickets. Never coming back again.

Marilyn Monroe spa has a fabulous staff ! The spa is a Comfortable and relaxing chill environment. I first checked in to do a facial service , I went back a second day to get a massage after running a half marathon - it was soo worth it!! My masseuse was perfect with pressure and a soothing touch.

From blonde to red!! I spent 2 days being totally pampered here. From my hair to my feet, the spa was amazing and the staff was beyond perfect!

Facial was fabulous and the girl as well. Manicure was great as well. Hairdresser was not good!!!! Didnt like how she styled my hair. She did fix it for me. Manicure and hairstyle are way over priced.

Andre have me one of the best massages ever. He combines massage, pressure points and reflexology to take away all my aches and pains.

Worst nail appointment I’ve ever had. Spent a fortune to get an sns manicure ( did not soak my fingers or use cuticle remover ) used a metal tool to scrape at my cuticles. Did sns and didn’t put the base coat. They have been done for a little over a week and all of them are cracked and coming off. Such a disappointment. Waste of money. Go to a real salon.

Ask for Anna, she gave me the best massage of my life. Very professional, she knew exactly what I needed and was extremely friendly and helpful.

At any establishment, the front line employees are always the face of the business. Its ashame that this place have curt and clueless employees - no clue of what customer service mean. Certainly will not be back. You get one shot at gaining/keeping a customer for life - frankly, you guys just blew it!

Wonderful hotel with many amenities. Spa friendly and helpful. Many products to purchase. I would use again.

They gave a decent service but it was incredibly overpriced. Could have gotten a better service for much cheaper somewhere else. Youre paying for the name not quality
