We were immediately put into relaxation mode, with a comfortable room and incredible aestheticians. They asked us what questions or concerns about our skin we had & gave us so much valuable information to use in our everyday routines. I had Sophia & I’m so sorry I don’t remember the other girls name, but they were both incredible. So friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up buying a spray on sunscreen, which I love! If I’m ever in SD again, the Kiwi Spa will be a must. Thank you for a great experience!

Kiwi Spa is the best! I had not gotten a facial before Kiwi Spa and it is amazing. The atmosphere is relaxed with great employees. The owner Maya knows everything there is to know about skin care and she has helped me a lot! The spa is beautiful with relaxing music and lighting, a great place to get a facial.

Cute, boutique spa in Pacific Beach. I loved my facial with Anastasia a few months ago and I have been meaning to leave this review. She was so kind during the whole process and let me ask a million questions. She is very knowledgable about acids and all the other skin things and was able to give me a great recommendation for the treatment on the day of and also a skincare regimen that was doable for me to follow at home. I got a few products that she recommended and I have loved them all. Ive been using them for a few months and have seen a huge change in my skin at a good price point that wont break the bank. I had my first treatment at Kiwi Spa last week. Anastasia gave me the Jet Peel Plus treatment. All I can say is WOW!!!!! The spa is very cute and clean. Anastasia is so nice and was incredibly helpful with her recommendation on the treatment she thought would be best for me. I went with the Jet Peel Plus and I am so happy I did. I saw immediate results. My skin glowed and looked firmer. She was so amazing that I took her recommendations and purchased products too! I am very impressed with my results after 2 treatments. My skin was very congested, as I used products with synthetic preservatives and didn’t use active ingredients at all. I saw Sophia, and she offered a facial with extractions and a Jessner’s peel. It was already huge difference after first time but Sophia recommended couple products for home use. She said it will heal my skin from inside out, and more impurities will show up on a surface. That’s why we decided to do 1 more treatment. And after that my skin healed (about 5-7 days). This is an honest review without getting a $15-30 discount Kiwi hands over to customers in return for a positive review. Its very tempting to get that discount but honesty goes a long way.I had to attend a wedding, so I came here to get some facial pampering without expecting too much. I had the Jet Peel with Oxygen infusion. Ginny was great. She started with feel so good facial massage then jet peel treatment. In less than an hour my face did feels soft, tight and supple. But it only lasted a day or 2 and theyre gone. I would not invest $130 for a treatment lasted just a day or two. I paid ~$130 as they try to sell skin care product after the treatment and I ended up buying them. Ginny the aesthetician was amazing tho.

I am so happy with my overall experience and first time visit at this Spa! I was greeted warmly by Anastasia who was my esthetician and she talked with me about my skin before starting and clearly explained what we would be doing during my visit and the results I should expect. During the facial I enjoyed a perfect balance of relaxation and information. As we moved along Anastasia educated me on exactly what she was seeing in my skin and what she was doing. Its very apparent that she is passionate about skincare and wanted me to be thrilled with my results. I felt so pampered and left with a very deeply cleansed, exfoliated and hydrated face. I already booked my next appointment and cant wait to return! The last thing I must add is that the price points here are extremely reasonable for the level of quality, attention and care they give. I have paid double and even triple for the same services at other spas!

Coming to Kiwi Spa was such a breath of fresh Air. I absolutely loved each and every detail about the experience. From the very beginning, they made me feel so comfortable, took a lot of time to go over my skin concerns, and gave tips on how to care for more skin after the facial. They customized an incredible pregnancy safe facial for me using all natural ingredients, and was super gentle during each step of the process, it was so enjoyable! I’ve seen an amazing difference in my skin since coming to Kiwi Spa and using their all natural skincare products at home. My skin is happy, glowing, clear! Highly recommend Kiwi Spa. I had an oxygen treatment as part of the Hollywood facial and my skin was absolutely glowing for weeks afterwards. Ok so first of all, i’ve never written a review for anything (even though i should, especially the bad ones to let people know) but i’ve always been too lazy or busy, so this is how you know how much of an impression this place made on me. I went to Kiwi Spa today and let me tell you i have gotten quite a few facials before but this one tops them all. The only downside is that the building itself is pretty hard to find which made me super irritated as I did not know the area well at all and I arrived just on time, normally this would put a huge damper on my experience, but my facial was so amazing that it really didn’t matter at the end (plus the staff was super apologetic.) However to avoid this from happening to you I would recommend calling beforehand and asking them to text you a video of how to get inside. Also let me just say that all of the aestheticians that work there are absolutely stunning. My aesthetician was Mary and I will definitely be making her my permanent aesthetician to see on a regular basis. It was a 75 minute facial with pills, micro dermabrasion, extractions, including all of the fancy high tech instruments. Not to mention that they’re currently the only spa in San Diego where you can find the Jet peel AND get it for $150 whereas in LA you’ll find yourself paying around $600. My skin is literally glowing from within right now, thank you so much Mary!

I haven’t had a facial in 7 years, but as a Mother’s Day present I chose Kiwi Spa to treat myself since I know they have vegan products! Ginny took amazing care of me and put my anxiety at ease. She was so personable and adjusted my facial to fit my needs. So happy I found her and I’m so excited for my next appointment!

There is no comparison with regard to the quality of service you will receive from Natasha and Maya! I had a weird reaction to the Jet Peel ( totally amazing facial) and when I called the salon, Maya monitored my symptoms and even came to my house to bring me supplies to address the issue. Talk about above and beyond! Natasha likewise was wonderful with follow up. If only our medical doctors provided this kind of care. This business is a model on all levels. My facial was fabulous from start to finish. Ayah was very knowledgeable and helpful to provide me with a jew skin care regimen. The products she recommended have enhanced my skins complexion and texture. I left feeling refreshed and relax. So glad my sister introduced me to kiwi spa! Before finding this place, I was always scared to get a facial because my skin is so sensitive. But the ladies here are truly attentive to each persons skin needs and their products are very high-quality, so after each facial I always leave with glowing and hydrated skin.So far I have seen three of their estheticians–Laura, Sophia, and Anastasia–and they are all fantastic. They all take their time to listen to your skins needs and pay a lot of attention to detail (for example, even when they wash your face, they do special massages). I have gotten the 10-in-1, Hollywood Glow, and Jet Peel treatments, and would recommend all of them.I would especially recommend the jet peel (which Anastasia introduced to me) for anyone who has sensitive, dehydrated skin. Before the treatment, my skin was flaring up from dermatitis, so it was red, dry, and flaky. Right after getting the treatment I felt that the deep layers of my skin had been restored of its hydration. Now, two days after, my skin tone is even, my pores are so much smaller, and I havent broken out at all. While there is some dryness still on the top layer of my skin, this definitely seems to just be old skin flaking off to reveal new skin underneath!Not many people know how to treat sensitive, acne-prone skin like the ladies at kiwi spa do–which shows that they are truly experts! Cant recommend this place enough!

My friend gave me a gift card of Kiwi Spa and I got a Jet Peel Flawless. Wow!! It was 2 weeks ago, and my skin still feels plumped and deep hydrated. Texture of my skin changed dramatically, it looks healthy and glowing. The spa was super clean. I was greeted with mimosa and also got detailed professional consultation. I found out so many tips for my skin and got their all natural vegan products (very affordable prices btw, and great quality). I LOVE kiwi spa. Ive seen Natasha, Luna, and I believe Sophia. I recommend everyone to this place. Ive had quit a few facials before I discovered this gem and now its the only place Ill go. Every experience from my facials to my chemical peel have been amazing and I always leave glowing and relaxed. They offer you wine or tea upon arrival and go over specific concerns about your skin. Hi Everyone!Since everything is finally getting back to normal (at least I have this feeling), I wanted to share with you my very last experience with facial, spa and skin treatments. Honestly, I never believed in any cosmetic products that can make any changes but I was wrong. However, seeing my dark spots on my lovely face, I decided to give it a try. Here how I met Maya Bethke and wonderful Kiwi Spa. Forever and one love. Being pretty skeptical, I came with an attitude “let’s see what you can offer and help”. Kiwi welcomed me with nice atmosphere inside and amazing by first consultation with my master. She carefully listened my story (why I came and what I want to change), asked about products I use and offered a few treatments. I said yes to everything, since I want to give it a try. long story short, after my treatments (deep cleaning and peeling) I had a very detailed explanation how to use products and so on. What I can say! My skin is shining! The products (day and night) substitute everything I had on my shelves (tons of cosmetics that I thought were helping me). And Maya keeps communications with me and checking on my results and feelings. I have a dark spot on my forehead and it will take a few visites to remove, but can’t wait when I can see final result, but even now it’s already visible.

The Kiwi spa is helping me clear the years of sun damage from my face. Ive been struggling and not knowing which direction to go in regards to my skin and am so thankful to have their expertise guide me! Kiwi spa: your own personal getaway. These girls are amazing and know what they are doing plus the salon is just so darling with all the decor and special touches. I can’t say enough about Kiwi and Ginny. I had terrible skin when I started going there. I didn’t really have a skincare routine and my self esteem was low because my face hurt so badly from the deep zits and scaring. Since going to kiwi I now have a skincare routine using all their products and I haven’t had a blemish for over a month! Honestly I feel amazing and don’t really wear makeup anymore. Ginny keeps up with me and texts me to confirm I’m keeping up with everything and to see if I have any questions. They really are the best!

This was my first facial in probably two years. Covid has not been kind so this was my first adventure out to treat myself since the pandemic happened. I am obsessed with Kiwi Spa Organic Facial Innovation! I got my very first facial with them and I was nervous since I have extremely sensitive skin. My facial was done by Laura and she was the best!!! She took time to explain how to take care of my skin after a facial and what to expect afterwards. My skin is looking and feeling so much better after 4 days of getting the facial done. It was such an amazing experience with such a welcoming environment. Highly recommended.

When a location has all but 5 stars, they must be doing something right! Although they have a small and hidden location, you feel the relaxation as soon as you walk in.I came in because my face was so dry to the point that my cheeks and chin were flaky. Anastasia was friendly and knowledgeable. After explaining my skin type and the issues I was having, she recommended the jet peel. Anastasia was very gentle during the facial and explained every step she made. At the end, she recommended products and explained how these would continue helping my skin.Even though it has only been one week, I have been using the products as Anastasia recommended and my skin is feeling better than ever.

Amazing! I think my last facial was somewhere around 7 years ago so to say I was overdue is an understatement. The price in relation to the service is an absolute steal. Laura was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about all of the products and processes being used. The ambiance in the spa was very calming and welcoming. The spa is separated into two rooms, each with their own entrance.I really enjoyed the diamond tip dermabrasion as well as the hydro-facial. Both were very exfoliating and felt wonderful. I genuinely couldn’t tell you the last time my skin looked so healthy and clean despite my own skincare routine.

This spa and miss Luna are absolutely wonderful. I felt so welcomed and so catered to during my whole treatment. I could feel the passion and knowledge Luna had while explaining everything she was going to do during my facial. During the treatment, she informs you on what she is doing so you’re not left in the dark and I really appreciated that. Oh my gosh. My experience was HEAVENLY. First off there was such a great discount for first timers that is rare to find. Second, Luna was perfect. She was so incredibly sweet. My daughter treated me and her sister to a facial at this amazing spa for Christmas. Beautiful spa! And they treat you like a queen. I was offered champagne and had the most amazing facial Ive ever had! The girls were all very nice and made you feel like home there. My only regret is not living closer to be able to have another great experience like this one more often. My wedding is coming up and I wanted to get my skin glowing for the big day! So glad I stumbled across Kiwi Spa online. I booked with Luna and she did not disappoint. I was her last client of the day and she still took so much time to speak with me, get to know me and my skin goals before starting my facial. I got the 10 in 1 facial, which is an amazing price for all the services included! Luna was so knowledgeable and was so thorough when doing my facial. I booked my boyfriend and I an appointment to get facials done for Valentine’s Day because good skin is something that we both struggle with. I’d never had a facial before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. This place had pretty good reviews so I just went with it. It turned out to be an incredible experience. The moment we walked in, Luna and Sophia greeted us with a warm welcome at the door and offered us wine/tea, then they sat us down and talked with us about our skin care history and discussed what treatment would be best for our skin types. They were both super knowledgeable and confident (also incredibly friendly😊) so I trusted them. I have pretty bad acne so Sophia performed some extractions on me, other then that the facial was super relaxing. Sophia was very considerate of my sensitive skin/pain threshold and was constantly checking up on me to ask if the products she was applying to my face felt okay. After the facials were over they sat us down and went over some suggested products that would benefit us and gave us tons of free samples to take home. They assured us that they would keep in touch and follow up to see how our skin was doing! It was honestly so cool and I’m definitely going to them from now on💛

I had an amazing time at Kiwi Spa last week trying out a Hydrafacial with Luna.Not only it was a very cozy and cute atmosphere with kiwis everywhere, haha, but the esthetician was very knowledgeable, sweet and caring.I loved my experience there, but what I loved even more was the look and the feel of my skin afterwards! I received a facial with Luna as a gift and had an amazing experience! Luna was caring, gentle but effective, and thoroughly explained every step of the process. She took her time and was cautious to the sensitive parts of my skin. I had such a great experience that I gifted my sister a facial for her birthday. Will definitely return for additional treatments.

Luna took excellent care of me for my facial. She listened to my skin concerns and recommended a treatment she felt would be the right fit. I had a chemical peel, microdermabrasion, and hyaluronic acid moisture infusion. My skin looked amazing the following day, after it had some time to process the treatments. I even bought one of the products she used on my skin, it smells and feels heavenly. I would highly recommend Luna and Kiwi Spa for your organic skin care needs.

I knew I was due for a FACIAL soon and since I have sensitive skin, I researched spas that invested in organic products. Glad I have found KIWI SPA I chose the 10 in 1 kiwi ultimate lift. Love the ambiance and they offer my favorite tea. Anastasia was amazing and I was so relaxed and refreshed after my facial. I didnt want to get up and leave lol! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional and caring facility.

This place is amazing. was relaxing, effecting, soothing and indulgent. Luna did a very good job, She was very friendly and she always asked questions to make sure I was getting the proper facial that my skin needed. I even fell asleep during the facial, that how good and relaxing it was. I cannot say enough great things. I cant wait until my next appointment!

I had a wonderfully relaxing and productive experience at Kiwi Spa with Monica. Monica is an extremely knowledgeable, friendly and skilled practitioner. She was quick to diagnose my skin issues and gave me such a luxurious and healing treatment. The products she prescribed for my skin have really helped. Only after a few short weeks, my skin tone and texture has totally improved and my acne is clearing. Im very grateful to Kiwi Spa and for Monicas care and expertise. I will be back soon!!

All I can say, is Kiwi Spa is as good as it gets! I was blown away by the the environment, the attention, the knowledge I came away with about my skin, and most of all, the service. The spa was immaculately clean and I felt incredibly safe with all that is going on with Covid 19. Maya was just wonderful. From the initial consult through my amazing treatment, to the post-treatment experience, I have never had a more thorough esthetician than Maya. It was the best facial I have had, and coming from living in NYC for 10 years, I have been to several higher end spas. Many thanks to Kiwi Spa for teaching me so much about skincare. I left the spa glowing and couldnt have been happier. I cannot wait to come back! xo

Ill start by saying that getting a facial is one of my favorite things but I hadnt had one in almost a year because I was struggling to find a place that provided a relaxing, knowledgeable, clean, and enjoyable experience. I am beyond thankful that I tried Kiwi last week! My facialist was Luna and I would give her 10 stars if I could! She provided everything I was looking for and so much more. Not only is she super sweet, she was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything I was getting and what the benefits would be. I ended up doing the Jet Peel Plus Facial per Lunas recommendation after I explained my skin concerns and Im SO glad that I did. My skin has been glowing for the past week to the point that friends and family have noticed. Im 27 and was starting to see some lines, over all puffiness, and under eye bags appearing. This helped tremendously. I also love that the products used were natural. Everything was incredible! I will definitely be going back to Luna!

This place rocks!! Luna is AMAZING. I had my first facial with her and she answered every question I had and made my experience super relaxing and enjoyable. She is very reliable and educated! I absolutely loved this little island oasis in PB. The relaxing, kiwi themed spa was clean and gorgeous. The staff was friendly and informative. They explained all the products to me- which are all organic and vegan!! I got the Hollywood glow facial and felt amazing during and after. My skin is still glowing. Luna was the sweetest and I can’t wait to return!

I had a facial with Anastasia about a week ago. Being pretty experienced in facial treatments, I was pleasantly surprised by the job Anastasia did. She treated my face with care and professionalism. I had a fresh and clean face right after the treatment, but the final result showed up in a week - smooth and glowing skin!

The absolute best place to go for a facial! Luna was so welcoming and sweet. She explained the entire process and really took the time to determine what the best facial would be for my skin. I left feeling refreshed with a baby soft face. My skin was glowing and noticeably clearer which were my main goals when looking for a place to get a facial.I absolutely recommend Kiwi Spa and cant wait to go back! :)

I just had my second facial with Maya and couldnt recommend her enough. Im not the one to get regular facials, but after hearing rave reviews from my friends, I had to try it out. Maya performed magic on my skin and got me to completely change my skin care routine. She is incredibly personable and followed up with me regularly after the treatment. I came back for the second time and was equally impressed. My skin is feeling so much better and I now only use Mayas products. I now understand the importance of regular skin treatments and wouldnt entrust it to anyone else!Kiwi Spa is in a central location in PB, it has a beautiful calming interior and is a real getaway from the everyday grind. Treat yourself and try it out!

Got my third facial at Kiwi Spa today and I absolutely loved it! I had the Hollywood glow and I added a facial contouring. The result was amazing! I have been having some breakouts recently and the facial really helped smoothing it out.Luna is the beauty therapist that did all my facials and she is the bomb. I definitely recommend her.On top of everything, The spa is very welcoming, clean and it is an overall a very relaxing experience. I totally recommend it and ask for Luna!

First time going to Kiwi spa and I LOVED it!! I had my facial/ peel done by Luna who is amazing! So nice and welcoming she made me feel relaxed and comfortable and was very knowledgeable about the products and what she was doing. I’ll definitely be going back for more facials!

Its an awesome spa! Maya did my facial like last time, and she is very professional and knowledgeable about her work. She spends good amount of time with her clients to see what they want according to their current status and explains everything clearly for them about the expenses and the steps. They all very friendly and do their best to help their clients have one of the most wonderful and pleasant experiences at a the spa. I highly recommend this spa and Maya. Not to mention that the cost is really worth it because the results are very good!

Today I got a Jet Peel Plus Facial Treatment with Maya! She provided an in depth consultation beforehand along with complimentary tea and water. She has 20+ years experience and you can definitely tell. The environment is clean, beautiful and comforting. Maya was very present, genuine and intuitive. She knows where to be gentle and where to put more pressure. She did not try to upsale and that was a huge sign of respect to me. It was clear that she simply wanted what was best for me and my skin. Im so grateful for this experience and look forward to going back for other treatments! If youre new to this kind of thing, dont hesitate to be honest about any concerns you may have. Maya and her staff are trustworthy and loving.

Maya is amazing! We sat down and talked about skin goals for awhile before the actual facial and then after we sat down again and talked about the products she used and recommends going forward and it was super educational. Shes clearly very knowledgeable and she takes the time to share so much helpful information. She doesnt push you to buy any product, which is really nice, but she does have them available if you want to grab some at your appointment! She genuinely cares about taking care of your skin. HIGHLY recommend!!! I just got my second facial, and I plan to keep going :)

Its my first time here at Kiwi Spa. I was not disappointed. My main concern is that I have lots of milia and brown spots. I tried different products but it didnt help at all. I dont want to waste anymore money for product that doesnt work. I booked an appointment with Maya and I told her my concern. She recommended Hollywood Glow Facial and was able to get an appointment within a few days with Anastasia. When I get there I was greeted with Anastasia and Lunas beautiful smiles and offered water, wine, champagne or tea. My hubby was with me and he was offered too. Anastasia is amazing. She was very gentle and professional. She advised me about the products that will benefit my complexion. I also bought some products and she gave me samples too. It was a very pleasant experience and would definitely come back on a regular basis. Thank you Anastasia!

This is an amazing place, I have never been treated like a VIP anywhere else (and I’ve been to a lot of cosmetologist places). The girls who work there take a lot of time before the treatment to understand you skin type, skincare regimen and what are you trying to achieve. They are so knowledgeable and will do what absolutely best for your skin. They also explain every step of the treatment so you feel comfortable knowing what’s going on. At the same time they don’t do the procedures you don’t need which is also very important (who wants to pay for stuff that doesn’t help you?!). The products they use are all organic and of the highest quality. Lastly, the atmosphere at Kiwi Spa is absolutely amazing – nice relaxing music, very comfy chairs, comfortable temperature (I found most of the other places are too cold which is not very pleasant). And did I mention that they serve wine and champagne? :)I hope this place will become very popular because they deserve it!

My daughter treated me to a mothers day/ birthday present. This was my first facial experience and all I can say is I LUV it. My face looks so hydrated and youthful. Its glowing. Thank you to Luna for talking to me with each step she took. Highly recommend!!

This was my first facial experience ever, and I’m so glad I finally splurged on myself. I had Luna as my esthetician and she did such a wonderful job from the very beginning, to reaching out before the apt and after as well. My skin feels amazing the next day and It’s SO soft and the texture on my forehead is pretty much gone! It was such a beautiful relaxing experience, I appreciated the knowledge and efforts Luna made to make it feel like a true island getaway. I did buy several products that were recommended to me but did not feel pressured at all! I highly encourage coming here if you want to treat yourself.

I had my first facial ever with Luna at Kiwi Spa. It didnt know what to expect or really what to do but Luna guided me through the process. I immediately trusted Luna because she came across as knowledgeable and her skin looked great. You wont believe her when she tells you how old she is. She looks that good. I booked the Hollywood Facial plus the Pumpkin Peel. I had a fantastic and relaxing experience. I was so impressed with the products that I bought cleanser and vitamin C serum. Immediately after leaving, I called my mom and my sister to tell them about Kiwi Spa. The first day, my skin looked glowy, but also beat up. The next skin day, my skin looked great. Im going to add visits to Luna at Kiwi Spa to my regular beauty regiment.

I saw Maya for a facial and oxygen infusion and it was incredible! Ive had many facials and I have to say this was the most effective one Ive ever had. My skin felt smooth after this treatment. Maya is knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She taught me ways to keep my skin healthier with organic products. I cant wait to go back! I highly recommend this place!

Kiwi Spa is the best place to get facial in PB! I had the the most fabulous facial done by Maya. Her attention to detail was remarkable. Other spas in the area cant compare in value as they dont do half of the treatments at more expensive prices. She made my skin look and feel so healthy. Maya believes only in natural ingredients which made my sensitive skin leaving refreshed and glowing. I felt so comfortable with her and the oxygen facial results are immediate, I particularly noticed a huge difference in the radiance of my skin and reduction to my fine lines. Maya made my cousins dark under eye circles entirely disappear. Kiwi spa takes a lot of pride in their work and the results show!! I will be definitely adding regular facials at the Kiwi Spa to my beauty routine.
