When the choice could have been Face or say Nails. Our faces are so much more visible, so much more important. I had a microdermabrasion that was literally 2 mintues long and she recommended i get a exfoliation for $50 morei hate being recommended buying there expemsive store creams. $60 dollars for moisturizer.owner is very knowledgeable

Viktoriya is professional and friendly! Ive been going to her for about 5 months now and never had any problems. If youre looking for the full spa experience, its true that she is no nonsense, but she does provide good care and quality treatment. My skin feels and looks so much better, too!

Would be 5 stars if it was more quiet inside, everything is clean, nice and new, hot steam, hot sauna, hot and cold water perfect but people I am here to relax not hear about all your problems maybe post some signs to be quiet. Also the clothing optional was annoying because I you have to wear your suit in some areas so kinda defeats the point of being clothing optional.

I went there hoping for a same day visit and I given a less than warm welcome. This place and I was expecting a big, glamorous salon, was a hole in the wall, in a run down office complex, I mean rundown, low rent. I am from New York City and I know high end salons and this was not it. It was laughable, a joke. I come in, no one in the front desk, place had no air on and the air was stale. Then to be greeted with that coldness and rudeness, I was like: spend my money in this dump, I am out of here. Save your money, this place is really out of the way and if your claustrophobic this place is definitely not for you.

I struggled with acne a lot lately..Victoria did acne treatments and microdermabrasion on me.I also purchased some products for my skin that she advised to use at home.And OMG, I look so much better now, i feel like a million bucks😉..I am sooo thankful, i am thrilled with the results.Finally, i found someone who i can trust, she is professional and very knowledgeable.I am so happy i found this place!!!🙏🎉

Vika was very friendly and professional!So far I had two facial treatments which I enjoyed.I have brown spots on my face and already see that my face is brighter. I will see Vika again!

I have not even tried them yet because its impossible to get an appt. I truly believe because Im a groupon customer they only want to book me when they are slow. I work! I cant take off time for a facial. Ive requested a refund from Groupon. Very unhappy about the service and after reading some of the reviews looks like Id be upsold anyway. Groupon users beware. I guess you get what you paid for.

Vika is a Russian realist, but she knows what shes doing. I am pleased with her services, & hope to be back soon! I dont recommend her to anyone that doesnt have patience, & understanding! Definitely the best birthday gift, thank you Derek!

LOVE! If you can do monthly visits - your skin will thank you! It makes a difference without looking like youre sloughing off 10 layers of skin. You can have these procedures done and then go about your daily activities.

I got a groupon for 2 microdermalabrassions and the first one she recommended me to get a peel for my dark spots for 35 extra so I did cause she kept pushing me to do it. So honestly didnt save any money. I was out in 10 or 15 minutes. So the next one I timed to make sure I wasnt tripping. Super rushed. And I wasnt tripping she really was rushing through the whole thing. Felt like she couldnt get me put fast enough. Was barely 20 minutes and I stopped the timer as I was walking out to my car if that tells you anything. So disappointed. I should have read the reviews before purchasing the voucher. Wont becoming back. Your money is spend somewhere else. I kept the whole thing positive and didnt complain because it was obvious that she does this often. And now that I read other peoples reviews and they have the same exact experience, it only proves my point further.

Groupon Users Beware: Do not purchase a Groupon from this business. They will make it impossible for you to schedule an appointment. You will get unresponsive, inflexible behavior. I was only able to get a hold of the business once. The reviews about how she acts towards Groupon are true. You are not priority as you are not full price. I wish I looked at the reviews ahead of time. Move on and shop for a better business.

What I love about Vika is her efficiency. I dont want the fluff that doesnt work. I have been going every six weeks for several months to get microderm abrasion and light skin peels (peels that dont require any down time) and my dark age spots are almost gone! In thirty minutes I get the treatment. Cost is comparable to other providers. If you want a spa-like experience, this probably isnt the place for you. If you want quality products and services that are tailored to you and work - then come to Vika!

Took me 3-4 weeks to book the appointment. I thought they are very busy and popular so I was willing to wait. Finally I could have my appointment today and was so excited to go.The lady name is Victoria- the owner. She told me I have acnes, dark spots and frackles. She suggest I do Acne treatment. Or If I do Brightening Treatment, I will see the result even just the first time. She said the each treatment is $55 and she will give me discount for only $35 if I do today. I told her I only want to do whatever on the voucher said. These additionals I will consider for the next time since I bought 2 sessions, not 1. I was not in rush of treating or curing anything on my face.She start to cleanse my face very quick and wipe with Paper Wipe. Then use the machine to do microdermabrasion for me right away. Lol, I couldnt even have a basic cleaning with cleansing cream for my face first.She told me she has 12 years experiences which I doubt it because my skin is combination and very thin and will not good for doing microdermabrasion full face, but she do full face, very quick and very hard which hurting my face so bad.I dont mind if she just doing part of Microdermabrasion but focus on doing something else like cleansing or massage little bit on my face and neck.The process take about 2-3 minutes.Right after that, she applied the mask (which she called is collagen mask) on my face, not my neck (my voucher said face and neck). I believed the mask only cost $2-$4. (yes, i guess coz my salon sold a lot of these mask for customers who just want to try the cheap ones, but my salon always use Demarlogica in our service, not these cheap masks)And she leave me in the room for 10mins. Then she came back, removed my mask, cleaned my face with Paper wipe again, apply 2 dots of cream on my whole face.(she not even tell me which brand or cream she used on me)Yes, and we done.Whole actual session only 15 minutes (she only touch my face for 3-5 minutes)The voucher said it was $135 value. To be honest, its not even worth $5.I came out to book next appointment. I was about to give her tip (even though I didnt want to) but she not even looked at me so I told myself forget about it, Ill never come back again.Its not the way you treat your customers even they just bought a voucher. The salon I work with, our technician have to do at leat 30-45 minutes for a microdermabrasion with full session and professional skincare of Dermatologica.My skin still feel so hurt until now, I had to apply my own skincare and aloe gel to heal it. She made me scared of purchasing deals on Groupon from now.And I didnt tell her that I am a Health and Skin advisor. I also does facial for others so I know at least the basic for skincare. I bought the voucher just to treat my face a day for others to take care my skin. Anyway, she build my confidence up that I am at least doing better job than her. Thanks !!!!

Im obviously pretty upset writing this minutes after my mani/pedi while my nails are still wet. I told them it wasnt that good and the receptionist coldly shrugged it off like ***who cares about customer satisfaction here*** It was pretty awkward that it was the only one there. The manicure pedicure deal is supposed to be a $70 dollar value, I got a scrub and and callus removal which apparently is another $20 and my boyfriend left a $20 tip. So when yelp says $$$ -- you will know why. It wasnt worth it, just a big waste of money that makes me really sad. I have definitely had much better manicure/pedicures for less than half the price. There was virtually no hand massage which left me sorely disappointed, especially since my boyfriend gave them such a big tip for the worst service Ive ever had. The nail technician was very nice but it quickly turned sour when she answered her phone and started chatting on the phone during the pedicure. Do yourself a favor and go to an asian nail salon, even just the ones in the mall because at least they will treat you right and massage your hands properly. She rubbed my hands for literally ten seconds. I also had to walk barefoot from the pedicure chair to the manicure station, the floor wasnt really even clean. The UTC 2000 Nail Salon does it all on the pedicure chair at least... Dont waste time or money here please!
