Ive been to this office twice now and Ive had a positive experience both times. The staff was very nice and professional. The office looked modern and clean. It had been a while since Id been to the dentist but the cleaning was easy and finished fairly quickly. The doctor answered my questions and explained things clearly. And finally, I was able to sit back and watch the end of the Little Rascals movie and the beginning of Monster in Law during my appointment. Oh J-Lo, will you ever find love?

I am very particular about my teeth. I have been going to Dr. Manijeh Maroon for 3 years. She is the most friendly and most detailed, thorough dentist Ive been to. I have a dental implant in the front of my mouth. Dr. Maroon takes the time to check it on every visit. She even has done my cleanings just to make sure everything in my mouth is pristine. The staff is great too. Alma is a wonderful hygienist. Quick and gets all staining off my teeth, painlessly. The office is very clean and uses state of the art equipment. When you go for a cleaning, you leave the office within an hour, feeling great and your teeth are looking fabulous! I highly recommend this office to anyone who wants to have a fair and reasonably priced dental experience with professionals who care about their patients.

My name is Colleen and I can tell you that from all the experience I have had , mostly bad, I finally was referred by a friend to see Dr. John Maroon that was in 2010. Dr. Maroon took on all my problems from perio gums problems, bone loss, and extractions, and implants. He mapped out a plan and discussed with me the steps he would take and timeline to accomplish the major work that needed to be done. I have been 100% happy with his expertise and most of all honesty , he does what he says. I now see his Mrs. Maroon for maintenance and cleaning, she is so fantastic always providing support and up to date care to provide the best smile possible. the staff is equally great , all staff are friendly and respectful and go that extra steps to assist you if needed. I always sense good vibes when I come to the office, that allows me to have a good experience when I there. After all no one likes going to the Dentist office right? honestly if you have any type of dental problem, or just need to have a reliable Dentist, this is the to office to come to. I am a believer thatgreat dentist can make it possible to have a great smile..

I went in for a cleaning/check up. Was in and out in about an hour and a half after a few fillings were filled and a complete cleaning. The office was clean, the staff was friendly, the technology up to date as well as easy for me to understand. Would recommend Dr. manijeh Maroon to all my friends!

Love this place, had to go without detail work for a bit due to no insurance an we chose this place with our new insurance. Very happy with how they are treating our family an how awesome everyone in the office is, totally recommend this place!

I rarely ever write bad reviews but posting this to warn people not to go here. The whole thing was have had lots of fillings and never had to go back for sensitivity in the fillings after. I even waited it out a month to see if the sensitivity went away and it didnt. The dentist also left a large chunk of the filling on the right of my tooth and that in itself seems like a lack of attention to detail. Also the whole appointment seemed like they were just trying to get the most money out of me in one appointment. It was weird that they offered to do the fillings in the same day as the initial new patient visit. I was hesitant at first and then decided ok I had the time so I might as well get it done in one shot instead of spreading it out in two visits . They seemed to nit pick every filling that had already been done trying to get me to correct every small thing. And they didnt give me the option to get a silver filling only the ceramic filling . Whig usually I opt for silver since it doesnt matter to me if its visible on molars and they hold up and are stronger than ceramic sometimes and last longer.She took a longer than usual to do the fillings than I have experienced with other dentists and seemed very distracted trying to juggle too many patients at one time. Also the wait time to get seen the second time was crazy and they dont have very good management of scheduling as one lady walked out and I waited 35 minutes past my appointment of 11 to get seen after being 15 minutes early.I asked for a partial refund of my copay since I have never had to come back for a correction nor had any sensitivity of other fillings before. The receptionist said no she couldnt refund me and that sometimes corrections need to be done even though I explained the whole situation and that I thought the filling had not been applied correctly due to a chunk of filling stuck to the side of my molar . And that I thought I should get a partial refund due to having to come back take a day off of work to have them correct their mistake. I was very polite when I asked as I have worked in customer service for 8 years. Once she said that they wouldnt give me any sort of refund I decided it wasnt worth it to argue with her and told her that if she wasnt willing to refund me anything I wasnt coming back .. They literally could have refunded me 40 dollars out of the 130 and I would have been satisfied with knowing they had acknowledged their mistake and the inconvenience of having to come back ...So long story short after my long rant is dont go here they are more interested in getting as much money out of you than making sure you are happy and focusing on good customer service. And either the dentist is too overwhelmed by the scheduling or not that good of a dentist to begin with who knows but I wont be going back there ever again .Wish I had looked at the reviews before going here as a lot of other people seemed to have similar issues

I have been waiting over 3 weeks just to transfer my xray photos via email to another dentist office. This is absolutely ridiculous the front desk staff is extremely unprofessional and has a very rude passive aggressive attitude. She claims she is so busy that she is unable to send me my dental records via email within 3 weeks. Finally I decided to wait on the line until they were finished because I had called 2 times in previously to check up on her in the same day bc they still had not been sent and my new appointment was the next day. This after waiting 2 weeks patiently for the photos to be sent. She was then miraculously able to send them within about 1 minute.I was then informed, after the third rescheduling of my appointment with the new dentist and numerous calls to this dental office, that she sent them a blank file. So now I must yet again reschedule and call her to babysit her and have her send the correct files. She is an incompetent receptionist and I am extremely unimpressed with your dental office and will be leaving according reviews.I have taken time out of my work day to deal with this front desk woman multiple times in a day and I have run into the same wall. I came in as a new client with a positive attitude looking for a new dentist in the area but you instead of making a new client, have made an enemy out of me.I truly believe having this staff member will affect your business in the future negatively as I cannot be the first to expierence this and have never seen this poor of service before. I would like these xrays sent correctly and to end this nightmare asap.It is my legal right to obtain my dental records in a timely fashion and if they are not received within this week I will be forced to take legal action against your dentist office for neglecting to send me my records after repeated contact.

I have been a patient of Dental Arts Group for over 27 years. I loved Dr. Curren, Shoemaker and Lubcheck.I have since left. Dr. Nawroki is not only abrasive, but she is impossible to communicate with. With all of this being said, I am seriously looking into getting legal advice for a procedure I had done in April. I went in with absolutely no pain. That evening I had a horrible pain in my jaw. Dr. N told me she thought it was nerve pain...but took no responsibility for it. I have since seen an endodontist neurologist, neoro surgeon, head and neck surgeon, and a pain management specialist. All of these specialists have told me the pain is most likely due to nerve damage from a dental procedure. I have been through 8 months of pain. I used every bit of my insurance for the procedures Dr. N. performed. She chased the pain...and I had 2 unnecessary root canals and 2 unnecessary tooth extractions. This year I am now $3200 out of pocket trying to correct this and get relief.Finally...Jessica, the finance clerk, has charged me for procedures I have not received over 3 times now. I have been charged for a cleaning every year...and I always choose not to have it! Today I showed my new (amazing) dentist a read out of my out of pocket bill. He was shocked! There were charges on there that were clearly not done! Please do yourself a favor...and DO NOT go to this dentist.
