I recently moved here and picked this office for their reviews. The reviews dont lie. I had a great experience from start to finish. Also, I love that I had a 7 AM appt. that wouldnt conflict with my work schedule. Van was my dental hygienist and she did a great job with my cleaning and her customer service was top notch. Dr. Elmira Khodapanah was very professional and felt good energy from her. Really happy that this will be my new dentist for good.

The dental work was good although they have dated tools and services. The problem lies with the front desk. For starters, I shouldn’t have to give you my insurance card 3 times for you to text me and instruct me to figure out my dental insurance. That is a 3 month window that you were not able to do your job. Additionally, I was given a massive attitude for not being early to appointments even though I had to wait for the Dentist and Dental assistant. I know there are good reviews, and they may work for some. However. I will be searching for a dental office that is more modern, thorough, and less condescending from their front of the house staff.

I love Mission valley Dental Arts. I heard of them from my dear coworker whom I love so much. Coco Twergo is her name.I love Dr. Khodapaneh and her staff. They make you feel like family and loved. They have super and outstanding service more than a five star rating that’s how super they are. Words can’t describe how happy I am with them.They are just phenomenal! I have always loved going to the dentist but the team at Mission Valley Dental Arts really goes above and beyond. They are a fun group who cares about each person who enters their door. They treat me and my family like were a part of their family and you get the sense that they genuinely care about each other and enjoy what they do. All this makes my experience really great each time Im there. Beyond just treating each other and their patients with lots of love, they do great dental work. I am never rushed when getting my teeth cleaned and the dentist always takes time to chat with me and to thoroughly examine my teeth. I highly recommend Mission Valley Dental Arts!

Dr. Panah and her team are phenomenal. I searched high and low for the perfect dentist office after I retired from the military and found it here. I signed up my 9 year old and they are always professional and kind. The office is super clean and smells great! I got vaneers done and it was one of the best decisions Ive made. My smile is more than beautiful. I am glad I chose this office for our dental needs.

I had a wonderful experience here. WIth all the Covid-19 concerns going on, this office was very clean and safe. I had absolutely no worries. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The service was awesome. This is the only dentist office Ill go to. Please do yourself a favor and check them out.

I recently moved to San Diego and needed to find a dentist and picked this one based on the fact that it was close to me and had good reviews and I have been really happy with this dentist and her entire staff! I’ve had some really bad experiences with dentists but I have a lot of confidence with this one, along with the staff who are friendly and professional. I highly recommend her!

Great place. Extremely friendly and professional.Some will appreciate the fact that they open very early (7am) a few days a week. So you dont need to miss any time from your job, if you dont want to.Really enjoy my choice to start coming to Mission Valley Dental Arts. Mission valley dental arts is the BEST! I came here because my parents kept telling me how wonderful they were & Im glad I did. I was very nervous but everyone was very friendly and set me at ease. They did an amazing job with the extensive work I needed done, made sure I was comfortable & provided the option of nitrous so I could have a pain free experience. I cant tell you enough how amazing everyone here is; go check them out!

Today was my first visit at Mission Valley Dental Arts. I was so grateful and relieved. I have pretty high dental anxiety and very sensitive gums. The staff and Doctor all worked really well together, really honoring my comfort needs. The front office staff were very sweet and organized. And, I felt really confident in Dr. Khodapanahs plan of treatment. The icing on the cake is her prices are also very reasonable! Im so happy my dear friend referred me to Mission Valley Dental Arts.

From my first visit in 2017: Best dental experience Ive had, hands down (and this from someone severely traumatized by dentists - I have a bridge, a few crowns, and 4 root canals to prove it...).Also my first dental experience w/o needing nitrous, though they have it if needed. Though I was extremely timid going in, the doctor herself called the morning of the appointment to briefly chat about my anxieties, and assured they would work to set me at ease. They absolutely did, and I plan to stick with them for long-term return visits. Available there are blankets, sunglasses, the works - I imagine anything youd be used to in a dental office can be found there, with above and beyond kindness and friendliness to boot. Also, very gentle hygienist and dentist. Lastly, no upsells = day made.Update, 2018: As I predicted, Ive stuck with them and benefited greatly. Over the past year Ive had the least painful extraction I can imagine (read: not painful at all), a few cleanings, and a cavity filled. Even my fiance has switched and made them his regular dentist. Also, if you go during the holidays, its a winter wonderland in there!In short - I highly recommend Mission Valley Dental Arts!

Dr. Khodapanah is an amazing dentist. Her caring personality and unbelievable friendly character gives her office a cozy, and comfortable ambiance that takes away the stress of a dental procedure. Ive been a patient here for about 4 years. My husband has been coming here for a long time as well. We love everyone here. Dr Kodapana is the best. Shes great at what she does and truly cares about her patients. There is not an appointment that goes by where she doesnt take an interest in me as a person. Everyone here takes the time to personally get to know me and my husband. We feel comfortable and happy with our care here. We wouldnt go anywhere else : )

Every time I visit my dentists office I am greeted with warmth and kindness. The office personnel are very courteous respectful & yes they have a sense of humor. Kudos to them. I will never switch dentist. Now as for my Dentist: Elmira Khodapanah, D.D.S., she is the best and most honest person Ive met in that business. I would recommend her to anyone, anytime. She has the most easy way about her. The myth of going to the dentist melts away when I know its her.

Best team ever here!!! They have been amazing to my daughter and me. They are gentle with my mouth (iv had awful prior experiences) and so kind and down to earth. Iv been going to them for the past 5 years and if I hadnt moved so far away I would have continued to make the 2 hour drive to them! They are worth it!!

I love this place. Everyone is so great and it’s warm and inviting. I love how they usually have the lights dimmed! As someone who suffers from migraines from fluorescent lighting, it’s awesome! Plus it make you sleepy. Dr. Panah is amazing!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I move frequently for work and have had several dentists over the past 5 years and by far this is the best dentist Ive ever had. Dr. Elmira Khodapanah and her staff go above and beyond for each guest. They are kind, caring and compassionate. Ive had a lot of dental work done by Dr. Elmira Khodapanah and have been beyond impressed each time. They even called the next day, after my appointment (I had a filling) to see how I was doing. When I had a dental emergency they were able to squeeze me in. I wish more dentists/health care providers gave their guests as much respect and compassion as Mission Valley Dental Arts has given to me. I cant recommend this place enough. If youre looking for a great quality dentist and a warm and friendly staff, this is the place for you.

Ive been coming to Mission Valley Dental Arts for many years. And I must say that Dr. Khodapanah and her staff are awesome. They have helped me with my many dental issues. Some people just have bad teeth and Im one of them. But they have held my hand through those bad teeth days. There have also been a number of times when I thought (or had) a developing problem and they fit me in for a quick look-see. They have a great mix of professionalism and friendliness. I fully recommend Mission Valley Dental Arts to anyone needing a dentist.

I called this office early in the morning and was able to come in a few hours later that same day. First time coming here and first time at the dentist in years! I had severe tooth pain, and I was told the tooth needed to be extracted. I was so nervous, but I knew this needed to be done to get my teeth and mouth on the healthy journey that it needs to be on. This was painless, the staff and doctor were all very nice and helpful. Everything was explained to me, and I left there feeling so much better. I even got a phone call from the doctor leaving me message to check on me. For just choosing a dentist out of the blue and so quickly, I sure got lucky. Very satisfied all the way around!

I highly recommend Dr. Parah. She is very careful in her work and caring for the patient. She fixed a big cavity on my last bottom tooth and prepared for a crown. I wanted to keep that tooth live, so she did everything. She called me next day to see if I had some tooth pain, because the cavity was close to the nerve. I completely trust her.

I love the personnel in this practice, and Dr. Elmira they all are so considerate and kind. Im a very nervous person for dental visits and they always make sure Im comfortable and relaxed. Theyre the best!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at MVDA. Dr. K and her staff are kind, patient, accommodating, and the cleanings/procedures have all been painless. I used to loathe the dentist after many bad experiences, and since I became a patient here I no longer dread my dentist appointments. I have referred many friends/family who have all had positive experiences, and my daughter (currently 4 years old) loves visiting the office and getting her exams done. We hope to be patients at MVDA for years to come!

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Khodapanah and the entire staff! For many years Dr. Panah has meticulously taken care of any problems with my dental health and also with routine cleaning regularly. In all the time I have been seen by Dr. Panah, I donr recall any problem either during or after procedures. Also she employs probably the latest dental tech that I have seen. If you have anything going on with your teeth or gums, you owe it to yourself to make an appointment with this exceptional Doctor. You wont be disappointed!

I have been a patient since 2008. I would gladly tell evrryone about the wonderful care I get always.

I called at 10:30 at night to ask if I could be seen about extreme tooth and jaw pain and the Doctor I was connected with over the phone answered “what do you want?” In a very angry tone and proceeded to have the rudest interaction I have ever had with a dentist. Very terrible customer service and only seem to care about the money not the patient. I never ended up going after that but my first impression was terrible.

Ive been going to MVDA for several years now and I have always received the gentle care that I would receive if it were my mother working on my teeth. This sounds weird, but Im a scaredy cat when it comes to the dentist, so I appreciate a gentle touch. I get just that. Their equipment is state-of-the-art, and they are thorough too. Thank you for all that you do for me, MVDA!
