I have been going here for a about 3 years. Very friendly staff that want to help and figure out what is best for you. Easy scheduling with a few complimentary services like retainer cleaning, toothbrush kit, and a small water. COVID precautions are taken as well. The staff and doctor Pham are very friendly and at the same time very professional.I have been looking for trustworthy dentists for eight years and felt often pushed and not well informed by the previous clinics.Dr. Pham and his staff takes the necessary time to answer all my detailed questions and does not try to sell me unnecessary crowns, whitenings, etc. Others have pushed the fear button of “you should do it now otherwise it’s getting close to the nerve...”.I feel safe and taken care of in Dr. Pham’s clinic and they respond to emergencies quickly and with a reasonable waiting time unlike other clinics.I do recommend this dentist with strong conviction and told already several of my friends about my exceptional experience here.

Neal pham does great work.I came in and the place was clean and sanitizer everwhere. Told him whats going on with my teeth and he did xrays and saw the problem and took care of me. Didnt let me leave until the problem was solved. Then called me during the week to see how im doing. I recommend going here. My whole family comes here and is always taking care of. We been going to him for a longtime.

Dr. Pham is a paradigm for a great dentist. He is not only exceptional at his craft, honing in on the nuance of each dental problem at hand, but also has impeccable bedside manner. Been coming to Dr. Phams office for years, easily the most transparent and easy to work with guy. Came in on 2/5 for my wisdom teeth extraction and was in and out in a little over an hr and a half, didnt feel a thing as it was done with local anesthesia. Been about 48 hours now, slightly sore but mostly better. The care and service is wonderful and quite reliable and consistent.

Weve been going to Dr. Pham for the past 16 yrs now and are experience with him and his staffs are great. Very friendly staffs. Dr. Pham will answer all your questions. Gentle hand. I choose him years back because his very gentle with my kids when they were younger and still is.

Dr. Pham and all those in his office are so welcoming and nice. Dr. Pham himself is very observant and makes sure he covers everything to make sure my teeth and gums are healthy. They are also very conscientious of what is covered by my insurance and how much I will have to pay and giving me an option of if I want to do the procedure, offering the pros and cons. I had a couple different dentists (that I didnt end up liking) tell me I needed to replace all my silver fillings with white, claiming it wasnt just for aesthetic reasons and whatnot, and he took a look and found that they are actually fine; I can tell he is not out to make as much money off me as possible, doing procedures that are not necessary for the health of my mouth. They have been very good about making sure there is a spot for me to come in for an appointment, and do not keep me waiting long before I am called in. I have been to other dentists that have had me sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes, but not here. Wonderful dentist! I would definitely recommend him!!

Got just what I’ve always wanted. Dr Pham did the ICON treatment to remove white spots from my front teeth that had been there all my life. The results were great. I’m so glad I found him. He was very honest and nice.

Wow this guy was good. I am a very difficult patient but Neal put me at ease, gave me a filling without any anaesthesia and I didnt feel a thing, thats the mark of a truly excellent dentist! I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Pham and his assistants are friendly and are very good of what they do. They will use the best tools and techniques to minimize pain and reduce stress on the patients. You dont feel like being all stressed out physically and mentally after each appointment. I have been going to Dr Phams office for almost 20 years. Although I have moved away to Texas for the past 11 years, I still set up appointments and return to San Diego for their services. I found Dr Phams business practice is commendable as his advice is always what is best for you and not about getting you to spend more money with them. He will tell you what procedure is necessary and how to prevent your teeth from getting worst as opposed to painting the sky is falling and you must get the procedures done ASAP. Best Dentist Ever! Dr. Neal Pham and his team are amazing and very friendly. As a 26yr old with her first set of cavities I was extremely nervous for the shots and drilling, but they put numbing cream on first so I didnt feel the shots at all! Dr. Pham is super gentle and keeps you updated the entire way. After getting my teeth drilled, the first thing I asked was if I could write a review because my experience was so pleasant. I wanted to tell everyone to come see Dr. Pham. Prior to my visit, the receptionist Connie was kind enough to volunteer her time in helping me choose a more beneficial insurance plan for myself, as I am a novice in insurance policies. They really go above and beyond! Highly recommend Dr. Neal Pham especially for those who are nervous about dental work.

This review is for the front office. This is my experience to schedule for as a new patient. I start looking to scheduling with this office since Dec. 2014.1st I went online and fill out information and want to schedule an appointment for braces on a Saturday only. I waited for 2 days, I received no contact from the office.2nd I called the office. This is how my conversation with the front desk:Front Desk: This is Dr.... Office,Me: Hi, I would like to schedule my niece for braces consultation.Front Desk: What is her name?Me: her name is...... I would like to schedule a Saturday.Front Desk: Has she been to our office before?Me: No, this will be her first timeFront Desk: Does she have INS?Me: No, she have MedicalFront desk: Im sorry, Our office does not accept Medical. ClickFront desk Hang up the phone on me without offer the fee for evaluation.2nd time I called back 2 weeks later to schedule. Same conversation. I told the front desk that she has medical and she reply our office does not accept medical. I asked her, how much is the fee? they reply 65.00 fee. I said ok. I will pay for the consultation fee. Can I schedule the appointment? Then appointment schedule about 1 month out in advance. One week later, my niece told me that she have tournament that day, can it be reschedule. I call back 10 day in advance before my appointment to reschedule this is our conversation:Front Desk: Hi, Dr...... Office,Me: Hi, I have an appointment on Saturday May16 at 9:00 am, Can I reschedule to a different day?Front Desk: You want to reschedule your appointment?Me: yes, please.Front Desk: Can you please hold?Me: Yes. I was on hold for about less than 1 minutes.Front desk: You already have your appointment?Me: Yes, I have appointment on Saturday May 16, at 9:00 am, I cannot make it that day, Can I reschedule to a different Saturday? If you have any cancelation on May 9 I can take it or the next available one is on May 30.Front desk: May 9 is not possible. The next available Saturday is on May 31.Me: May 31 is on a sundayFront Desk: I mean may 30Me : Yes, I can come in as early as 9:00 am, if you have the appointment open.Front Desk: Yes, 9:00 am. We have a limited appointment on Saturday. Can you make sure that you can make it on that Saturday. Can you pay deposit fee to reserve the appointment? Me: A deposit? I cancel 10 days in advance. Its not like I call in to cancel the day off the appointment. The minute I know that I cannot bring my niece in, I let you know right away and you want me to pay a deposit?Front Desk: Can you make sure that you can be here on.....Me: I will bring her in ...Im excited to meet with Dr. Pham.
