Very over-rated! They make you think you will be seeing Dr Eshom when you make an appointment. But when you arrive, you are seen by another dentist who just graduated and is very inexperienced. She did not even know if my current dental work was a inlay or a filling. The clinician doing my cleaning was not good, my gums are still sore and tender and its been 3 weeks. Also they push you so much to try Invisalign. Save your time and money and do not go here!!

This review was due a long time ago but Wow I can’t say enough good things about this dentist office!! I already had nice straight teeth from having braces for 5+ years but my enamel was weak with some minor white spots/jagged bottoms and kind of see-through teeth. I wanted completely white, and smooth finish on the bottom of my teeth. And wow I couldn’t of asked for more. Absolutely outstanding work and staff. They are all so sweet and genuinely care about their clients. Also worked out a price with me that fit in my budget but still got everything I asked for! I appreciate this office and would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Eshom is the best dentist!I have a crack in my tooth and worked with me so I dont have to get a crown, instead an onlay. He is trying to save as much of my tooth as possible. I cannot say enough great things about him. He addressed all my concerns. He did a thorough job. He did not charge me for unnecessary procedures and even talked me out of doing anything for one of my teeth.Outstanding bedside manner and felt he worked WITH me well. My friends think I am weird because I LOVE going to the dentist. Dr. Eshom and all the staff are great and all, but if I’m being honest, I most look forward to my cleanings with Lori. I’ve been going here for about 10 years with a few breaks when my insurance changed and when I moved away. I just went back for the first time in years and it was so welcoming :) My visit was like seeing an old friend. I’ve been to a few dentists recently and many before and no one compares. I feel my teeth are so well attended to (thorough but gentle for my sensitive gums) and I enjoy the extra primping too. I am a sucker for the warm lavender neck wrap and paraffin hand wax treatments while I get my cleaning. I think I had a massage chair during a procedure once too. But, bottom line is that I trust my mouth with these people, 100%. You’ll love going to the dentist if you choose to come here too!

I recently went into Dr. Eshoms office to get some cosmetic work done in order to fix some spacings in my teeth and my experience was nothing short of excellent. Not only and am I incredibly happy about how my teeth look, but the entire staff was amazing, especially Dr. Eshom and Joan. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Eshom and his office. Whether its for the bioclear veneers they did, trying to straighten out an issue caused by a different orthodontist from another office or just a straightforward cleaning, Im always greeted by warm people in the front office and people who genuinely care about patients in the back. I came here specfically for boiclear treatment for black triangles after orthodontic treatment (google it if you have spaces between your teeth from orthodotic treatment or just getting older....best investment I ever made) but have switched over my dental care to this team even though my insurance doesnt cover it and I pay out of pocket. The service to me is just that worth it. (They do take lots of insurance carriers though -- I just have a terrible one LOL).

Went in for a free Invisalign consultation (I called that I would be late, and they still accommodated me.) I was greeted immediately upon arrival, and seen shortly after. The offices were spotless clean, all the technicians and the doctor that spoke with me, were so thorough, and explained everything in detail, the process, the payments and all. They took pictures and everything. I haven’t done the Invisalign yet, so I can’t comment on that, but from my first impression, I recommend the dentist office. Great customer service and straight to the point.

Dr. Eshom is fantastic. He got me in last minute after a holiday to fill a tooth. He’s very genuine & honest. The staff is attentive and caring. You can’t do better in San Diego, this is the place to go!

The receptionist staff was very kind and informed, very good at explaining how everything would be handled. Only unfortunate thing was I had to cancel an appointment on short notice because my flight had been canceled the night before and I was stuck in another city. Despite that they still billed me the cancellation fee 😩 I know thats standard practice but I lost enough money missing work and emergency rescheduling a flight, have some compassion.Im sure the dentist is as talented as their staff is kind but due to this Ive elected to take my business elsewhere.

I came all the way from Houston, TX to San Diego, CA so that in itself speak volumes of how amazing this practice truly is. For a minute I thought I was at a spa not a teeth cleaning! How does warm paraffin wax with mitts, a warm neck compress and chair that massages your spine sound? I was in perfect bliss while Lori worked on my teeth. You will love it too.

Dr. Eshom is a teeth God! Before solidifying my decision, I got three other quotes and to be honest, he was not the cheapest BUT dental work isn’t really something you want to cut corners with. His entire staff from the front office to the back has always been so warm and accommodating. My level of difficulty has been high and every time something throws a wrench in our plans, Dr. Eshom and staff find a way to laugh about it and move on with grace. I switched my dental plan for routine cleanings here because I loved the vibe SO much. I live all the way in Chula Vista and drive the extra mileage because his office and work is THAT good. Seriously the best place to get Invisalign done! I did my research and found that they were the perfect price in San Diego. I went in for a free consultation and was so pleased I started right then and there. Everyone is amazing and friendly and will totally work with your schedule and payments. Ive had them on for 4 months and let me tell you its going by so fast and I love that no one even knows I have them on. The results started showing within the first two weeks, you do feel a little tightness in the first 1-2 days of your new trays but besides that they dont even hurt. Im so happy I came here and I cant wait till Im finished and have a beautiful smile!
