Dr. Tourian is a very personable, caring woman who provides excellent dental care & effective anesthesia for procedures with emphasis on education to promote healthier teeth & mouth. She went to the dental lab when my tooth for my implant was being made to ensure optimum shape & color.She takes time to listen & provide options. She is an advocate & made sure that I understood my periodontal options for my implants. She consistently attends seminars on dentistry. I am very pleased with her care in the last eight years. The staff are also helpful & caring.

I have been with Dr. Tourian for over 10 years. The atmosphere in her office is warm and relaxing (there’s even a small waterfall in the waiting area)! She is always professional and explains treatment and options to me keeping my best interest first. She has trained her staff well and they make me comfortable as well. She is detail oriented and will not consider her work done until it is not only to my satisfaction by hers as well. I am her patient for life! I have been coming here for many years. This is the best staff, who always share a laugh with me and we have great conversations about many topics. Dr. Tourian is always sensitive to any needs I have, pain, gum sensitivity, or just me having a bad day. She is very conversational, quick with a good joke, and never gets mad when I dont listen to what she tells me; she is very positive and knows when to stop working to give you a breather or rest; always asking how you feel. It really is one of the best dental experiences Ive had.

Ive had experience with very expensive dentists with mixed results. I decided to switch to Mission Gorge Family and Cosmetic Dentistry because they are walking distance from where I live. I love coming to this place compared to other dentists offices Ive been before. The staff is really friendly and it always feels very welcoming. I used to have really bad anxiety with going to the dentist and now since coming here, it isnt as bad. Ive had cavities filled, crowns placed, and regular cleanings and I feel very confident in their work. I even had a bad root canal done from a previous dentist and they were able to identify the problem and fix it. I also needed to get my wisdom teeth removed surgically, so they referred me to an oral surgeon that did a fantastic job. I really trust this place and am happy with their work.

Dr Tourian is an exceptional dentist. She is warm, competent, and caring dentist. She is interested in you as s person not just another patent. Her staff is also caring and very friendly, on the phone as well as in the office.

Ive had a great experience with Dr. Tourian. Shes knowledgeable in her assessments and professional in her work. Ive had three crowns done by Dr. Tourian and they fit perfectly, like they were my original teeth. Shes lovely to listen to while shes working, funny personality. And the other staff is great too. I’ve had a long ordeal with a bone infection in my jawbone. I’m a RN and am very careful who I go to for treatment. After seeing several specialists who didn’t find it, I went back to my wonderful Dr. Tourian who immediately found the problem. Now 3 three years later after 4 surgeries, I came back to see her due to problems in the same area. Again, she was the ONLY one to find the problem. She is my guardian angel. You won’t find a more talented, caring and gentle dentist!

I came here to Dr Tourian because I had a tooth that was broken with pus. She saved my tooth with a root canal and crown. Its been several years now and my tooth is still holding up. My family and I come regularly now and I refer all my coworkers to their office because she accepts my insurance Delta Dental from the San Diego Unified School District.
