June 2021 - Come to this place for exceptional service all around (definitely 5 STARs) - the whole staff is very caring, provide follow-up attention to your dental needs and most importantly they made me feel comfortable every time. I have been seen/treated by this dentist office for 20+ yrs. Always been satisfied with all my treatments. Outstanding Customer Service.

Dr. Shah and her assistant (I think, Grace?) were absolutely wonderful and empathetic to the amount of pain I was in at the time of my appointment. I would like to point out, however that the front desk associate repeatedly announced protected health information including birthdate, made comments about where I lived, my nationality, and asked personal questions about my pregnancy, all loudly in front of a full waiting area—All things that would expose my identity and should be protected under privacy laws in a medical setting. Not to mention, when I was on the phone with her a few days prior to make the appointment, she took all my information and confirmed my appointment, but when I showed up at my appointment time, she said no appointment existed for me, despite having all my information, proving that I did call to set one up. Thankfully and wonderfully, they were able to squeeze me in, so that was super nice (thank you!!) but they were also supposed to submit a prior authorization for a procedure without X-rays since I am pregnant, and I have yet to hear back from the practice after two weeks as to whether the PA was approved. Again very sweet doctor and hygienists, but management/admin can certainly be improved.

Staffs are very friendly. They took their time to make sure i get a good service. I came in half hour early from my scheduled appointment but seen after 5 mins of waiting. I highly recommended this place.

Dentistry at The Promenade is such a friendly and welcoming environment that it makes sitting in a dentists chair a pleasant experience. The entire staff works together very well. Its always a treat to see Dr. Caeg-Bustamante when I visit. Its worth my drive from North County, Escondido.

Super friendly and helpful. She tells you exactly what is going on, what you need to work on, and the products to help. She understands that people forget to get the things she recommends so she has it fully in stock at reasonable prices. I got two electric toothbrushes with their promotional deal that was going on and they gave me a mail in rebate. Great people and clean space.

A very experienced and professional dentistry. They were very respectful and excited to work on my pearly whites. I have never been to a facility that love to talk to their patients and always had a smile on their face, this makes me very calm and easily relaxed during my examination.

Im Millitary and every time I come in for my covered cleaning theyve refused to actually clean my teeth and instead schedule me for at follow up costing over $400/$500 out of pocket. They also insisted on their teeth whitening services, leaving out how painful it is, and my teeth have never been the same since. They are now stained, super sensitive, and lost most of their enamel. This office has completely taken advantage of my benefits and my family.

Cleaning was EXCELLENT but price of two whitening tubes ($20 each was excessive in my opinion.
