The change in staff and Location usually would throw me in for a loop but my visit was extremely pleasant. Fairly easy to find, I walked into the door nervously, greeted by a genuinely kind receptionist. Immediately after the dental hygienist who would be working with me greeted me, Hannah. Covid screening was a breeze and Hannah was kind and engaged in conversation. I reciprocated as best as I could with out my nerves getting the best of me. If you havent caught on by now, I am a total chicken when it comes to the dentist. Hannah was kind and patient with my needs and request and most importantly gentle. Paired with Dr. Miller I felt well taken care of. I can honestly say I look forward to coming back.

Terrible customer service. I had an appointment to see dr. miller last summer and he pulled a no show. Never had a dentist not show up for an appointment. The staff never called me to cancel. If I were to not show up for a scheduled appointment without advanced notice, they would have charged a cancellation fee. Things were much better in the old office and Kristina was in charge of the administration duties. Think twice about making an appointment to see dr. miller.

Best dentist Ive been a patient of. Kind, understand and skilled hygenitsts. Everyone explains everything clearly. The practice also has excellent health engineering precautions to protect against COVID.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They have taken extra steps to ensure the safety of their patients with some great COVID pre-screening. Martha is so incredibly helpful and I know I am getting the best care with the whole team!

I was excited to find a local dentist for a tooth cleaning. However, right after my cleaning one of my back teeth began to hurt intensely. I had never had this happen and went back in to AE Miller’s office to see what was up. I was told I had a cracked tooth and they put in an expensive filling. The pain continued. I had to go back in and they put on a temporary crown, claiming they’d only charge me what insurance would pay. I came back in for a full crown a few weeks later. Now, suddenly I’m being sent a bill for $340 for a procedure insurance refused.UPDATE: The office called me in response to this review, apologized, and removed the fallacious charge.

I don’t even know where to begin. Like most people, I grew up hating going to the dentist. Dr Miller is pretty awesome. I don’t know how else to say it. He’s very thorough and nice. The new office is very fancy. The hygienists are all great. The front office is super nice too. When you have an awesome dentist like Dr Miller, you WANT to see the dentist regularly.It’s also super awesome that they don’t try to make you do procedures that aren’t necessary.

I’ve been a patient at AE miller for a few years now and I’m very happy with the treatment I’ve received. Dr. Miller and the staff are welcoming and take the time to individually know each patient. It’s difficult to go to the dentist, but this staff makes it easy

Today was my first visit to Dr. Millers office. We had taken our children there prior but today I was lucky enough to experience it for myself. Kristina at the front desk is so sweet and happy. Then I saw hygienist Lisa, and it was by FAR the best cleaning Ive ever had in my life. She even got the cement off my teeth from when I had braces 20 years ago! Dr. Miller popped in at the beginning to introduce himself and then returned after Lisa was finished. From the beginning of my visit to the end I was blown away by the attentiveness, thoroughness and kindness of the entire staff. I will be coming back here forever.

Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Miller’s office! Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming and it’s very easy to see that they genuinely care about you and your teeth! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful dental experience!

A great staff with a caring and gentle touch. Dr, Miller is a wonderful dentist and nice man. He will let you know if you have any dental needs but never push you to complete treatment. Amazing dentist and staff! Attentive, friendly and personal. Everyone is an expert and cares for your health as if it was their own - from Kristina (who runs the office), to Lisa (Dental Hygienist) to Dr. Miller. They are all gentle and kind when working on you and very conscious about how things are going! Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!!

So far I have made 3 visits to Fashion Valley Dentistry. Everyone is super friendly, hygienists, reception, and AE Miller. Cleanings and exam were all thorough, efficient, and comfortable. Had a couple fillings done on a separate visit and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Really deserve the 5 stars.

Dr. Miller and staff are SO NICE to the point you might wonder if they are genuine. They are. They are seriously super helpful, considerate, and of course, good at what they are doing. I cannot recommend Dr. Millers practice more!

Best place to feel unstressed. I moved to another state but kept my dentist AE Miller DDS. I make sure my scheduled visits align with my appointments. He’s surrounded by the best staff with the latest technology . From the time you arrive to time you leave, they really care.

I received a crown from Dr. Miller approximately 7 years ago. Ever since, I have suffered from intermittent pain. Some procedures later, including a root canal, the pain still persists. When I came to Dr. Miller’s office, I had only one cavity. He convinced me to replace it with a crown, and without researching the pros and cons, I agreed. It has never felt right and did not correctly fit in my mouth. Dentists since then have said the crown really needed to be redone, but with the price tag attached, and insurance not helping to cover a new one for approximately 11 years after the first procedure, it hasn’t been realistic. I’ve had pain and sensitivity, and recently had to get a root canal. The tooth still pains me. I’m upset that I didn’t weight the pros and cons of my decision before going through with the procedure. My insurance refused to cover the crown initially due to lack of decay. In other words, I did not need the crown. All of the other teeth in my mouth are healthy and cavity free. Please consider the consequences of performing unnecessary dental work on your patients. The past 7 years of my life since this procedure have at times, been painful, and I still have not found relief.

Once again Dr. Miller and his team of super heroes have delivered me from definite dental danger as a result of my 6 month office visit with Lisa and Kristina. This time around Dr. Miller deployed a special light that confirmed that I am in fact not colluding with malicious cavity causing agents and am free of oral tissue anomalies that could be precursors to not-so-good things. Thank you to Team Miller on completing the probe with awesome results! See you in six months...ish.

On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 ++++. Staff are everything you would like to see in an office, professional, friendly, experts in what they do and at the top of their class in customer service.Today, my appointment was for prep work for implants and crowns (6 of them). Ive never been so impressed with a dentist. His skill and the care and concern of the patient show in all of the dental work. I am looking forward to the end result.

Dr. Miller and his staff are nice, caring, knowledgable, and honest people. They made my 9 year son, who came in very nervous, feel comfortable and at ease. I would recommend them to anyone!
