I love Oasis Salon, and the family that owns it. Matt cut my hair once ~1994, and Ive been seeing him for appointments every 1-2 months, since then! Admittedly for a few months in the late 90s I tried going to other barbers (out of convenience or pricing), but they could never get my hair looking quite right. Over the years, Matt learned the shape of my scalp/how my hair grows/how I like it cut, so well that Ive followed him to 3 other locations, before he finally settled down & opened Oasis Salon to work along-side his wife & family. So I know first-hand that Matt has many years of experience. And over the years Ive heard how his family & staff complete many months of training in different cutting/styling/coloring techniques; always at the cutting edge of style & fashion. But most importantly, Matt & his family are such good, morale, & faithful people that over the years theyve become some of my most intimate friends. So their quality of results are what initially attracts you, but their conduct of character keeps you coming back, indefinitely. (Matt & his son also happen to be 2 of the best musicians in all of San Diego.) Many years ago I recommend Oasis to a friend of mine, and she experienced the same satisfaction, befriending & returning to see Matt for haircuts for many continuous years. I fully endorse Matt and Oasis Salon for their character and quality of service.

Tassia and Blake and their dad Matt are phenomenal! Ive gotten haircuts from all three, and so has my mom and my brother and we LOVE the results! Every single haircut and style Ive gotten from these people has been my favorite. They are a little expensive but ABSOLUTELY worth it!!! I cannot stress enough how wonderful they are! I mainly go to Tassia. But these folks are top of the line. Do yourself a favor and GO HERE!
