Wrost customer service at this location. 2 managers standing up front while only 1 cashier is ringing. 9 people in line to check out, and no back up. 4 other people standing up front conversing. Not once was i greated or offered help either!

Wonderful store! Friendly, helpful staff. All of the employees greeted me at some point. Uniformed security standing watch gave me the feeling of a safe, peaceful environment. I will return.

Uncomfortable shopping experience. Too much attention. Felt alienated. It is not necessary or appropriate to Have each and every employee ask if there was anything I needed. Its creepy! I was able to make my purchase without further incidence.

Ive been shopping here for years, but have never used the beauty services before this week. I was so thrilled to find Jene! She gave me a great haircut and was so delighted to help me find products that would work for my difficult hair, but that also were in my price range. She was also very knowledgeable about cruelty-free and sustainably-sourced products, which is really important to me.

Great place to get all your bath, shower, hair, makeup, and perfume. The salon is reasonably priced and they are friendly. I would recommend Ulta.

Giving three stars because I prefer to shop online rather than in the store. They do have good deals and often have good coupons as well. You should be aware that the coupons are very limited to specific brands they apply them to.

I used to love shopping here and the associate Shauna is just the best she is a true sweetheart however the new security guy they have although darker than myself likes to follow the black people around the store... thats a no go for me. Ive gone into the store on 2 separate occasions and he has followed me around both times. Out of the 3 almost 4 years Ive been shopping here I have never felt so disrespected and out of place.

I stopped in to the store today because I needed to exchange a foundation that I had purchased during a sale last week. Not only did I feel comfortable walking in and exchanging my item I had 2 wonderful store assistant asked me if I needed help for a beauty care or redmen. They were very centered on customer care when I went to the check out the exchange it was easy as I am in ultimam Burr and they could see my order on the screen without bringing a receipt the manager came over and said that they were having in IT Tutorial show that was going to be That weekend and I was invited how sweet is that I would definitely go back and maybe even go to the show except for that I dont live close and this just happened to be on my way home from work

This is by far the best location in San Diego. They have so many more brands and products compared to any other Ulta location.

Ashley that works at this Ulta was great. Very knowledgeable and knows how to speak to the brand! i was sad to find out they were out of stock in the bronzer i like, but Ashley was happy to offer me free shipping!

I love the esthetician Chantale but they never answer their phone nor does it work. You press. Or 4 and you get the same recording. This has been going on for months. You would think the manager would wake up and realize that their phone systems don’t work!

Large Ulta with services like hair salon and eye brow waxing. They offer a lot of the typical beauty store items such as perfumes and makeup. Location is iffy due to many homeless people in the area. Customer service can be better.

Decent customer service. The lady that tried to assist me in figuring out a product was good. She informed me of their return policy of I am unsatisfied with the product, which helped me decide on which product to buy.

Out of stock on items that were advertised, and customer service rather dismal. The location across town is much better. I have no plans to return to this particular Ulta.

They have a lot of stuff but it could be easier to locate in the store. The prices are alright but not great.

Finding things are harder. I actually needed help with make up. Ther were 3 or more ladies there to help. I even went over twice. It was too important that they could not talk to me. Notice this last time. There were 2 younger hispanic girls 3 months ago that ignored me to. I used to love Ulta but not I dont. I work to hard for my money. I dont need to be ignored. You can use some new staff.

Just had my hair cut, colored, styled and saved by Stylist John and it is amazing!!! My hair was severely damaged and he made the impossible POSSIBLE 👍 Thank u so muchAnd everyone there tonight was so polite and friendly and we were there for hours... Ulta has done well positioning itself as a one-stop-beauty destination. I am very happy with that since I can get my department store type foundation on one side, my drug store type lipstick on the other side and My brows and hair at the Salon as well. One of my other favorite aspects of it is that it rewards you well, the points translate into cash sometimes, instead of really little samples. And when they do give samples, they are generous sizes. I pick Ulta over Sephora anyday.

The esthetician at the Point Loma location is amazing, my skin has never felt better. I have scaring from cystic acne when I was younger and have felt embarrassed for 30 years. I have been seeing Jade for the last 6 months and because she really pays attention to how my skin reacts and her knowledge of different treatments, my scaring is almost non-existent. Jade is confident that in a few more treatments they will be gone....after years of humiliation. I am so appreciative of the expertise that she has and all the effort she puts in to her clients not only with her facials (her head massage with take you to another realm) but with her knowledge of the products that will work best for you. Thank you Jade for making me proud to be seen with and WITHOUT makeup!

Was able to return a fragrance the was making my friend and I very sick feeling! T he customer service was great, just be overpowering scent of all of the perfumes and cosmetics and hair hair care items cause me to further be nauseous thus making the shopping experience not as enjoyable as it could have been.

The cashier there was rude that I didnt feel welcomed at all. They didnt accept any coupons from RetailMeNot, so useless. That made me Decide that I would definitely keep sticking to Sephora for my beauty supplies from now on!!!

LOL I was just inside your store an hour ago with my stroller and some guy was obviously following me to make sure I wasnt stealing which he did a poor job at because I already knew he was looking at me . He proceeded to follow me and follow me. And as I was walking out he was telling the cashiers oh I was just taking photos hahahahahaha losers. Whatever. I really dont need to steal. Cant a woman just shop in peace? Guess not. Yall are snobby anyway with poor customer service no one even asked if I needed help.

They made me feel uncomfortable and watching me over the shoulder I didnt like this store in San Diego Ca on Rosecrans st. I bought my foundation and left right away since I didnt feel comfortable shopping. I will not go back here again.

The store is clean and that’s about it. Ever time I go in I can never get any of the workers to help me. There always talking to each other or just ignore you. Also, they have a security guy there that is always following you around and it’s so uncomfortable to even look and be there.
