Their product must have been there for a long time. Prepackaged way too long, it tasted dry and felt dry. I felt like I was smoking hay and not flower. Never again.

Have been sold not one but TWO bum stiiizy pods and have not gotten ANY response back from an email or anything. I either want my money back or new pods THAT WORK.

Surprisingly nice experience even though they did not have what was on WMs menu and said the menu is not kept up-to-date... They do not have a priority line but did have a helpful bud tender and I was able to take a really cool 3D sunset photo with a drone too!

They knowingly make bad recommendations to sell old stock and dead stock. I’ve only been here three times and it happened to me every time. I walked in knowing what I wanted, ended up buying an employee recommended alternative (always more expensive) and got a completely boof product. Most recently I asked for the largest buds available and dude sells me a $160 jar of micros not labeled micros anywhere telling me the jar was filled with 1/8 nugs. I discovered he was lying less than 2 minutes after I walked out the door. Seriously dude? Needless to say I’m not going back and I spend about $300 a week so that’s a L.

There s a policeman at the entrance so you cannot bring inside your bag. There is also security inside where you take your number, seat and wait. Big variety of options. Good also to visit for touristy reasons. You can buy pre-made joints

I have purchased four airopro vape batteries and even more cartridges from this location because I believe they are great products. However when one of the batteries failed while still under warranty the airopro website says to take it in to the retailer you purchased it from and they will replace the battery so long as it has not been water damaged or physically broken. I called harbor collective in advance to make sure they would honor the warranty because I live in Rancho San Diego and it is hard for me to arrange for transportation, they said it was no problem and they could replace it as soon as I came by. Unfortunately when I did go in they said that now they needed the manufacturer to contact them or they would not honor the warranty even after saying they would over the phone as well as when I showed them the warranty from the manufacturer. They currently only have the batteries I need in stock and no cartridges for the brand. Be smart go to a dispensary that will treat you right.

I used the delivery service for three years and had to stop after one driver was unprofessionalAsking for dates constantly made me very uncomfortable since he has my address and number without me giving it to him.So I started to go in- no problems until this week when I was catcalled by the security guard and made very uncomfortable during check in where he made comments on my legs while searching me then told me how “ much I liked it” when he used his scannerThis is unacceptableFemale customers should not be treated this wayI was spending $200 a week and dreading getting my delivery or even walking in this place now. With all the women working behind the counter you’d assume this place has sense in treating people equal.Picking up my medication should not come with harassment of any kind.Lost a faithful customer.

Not bad pretty good place little pricey

I am from PA and have experienced several PA dispensaries, this was my first in California. Wonderful staff here that greeted me very well and made me feel very welcome. They were very informative and very helpful. I knew what I wanted and they helped me find it quickly. I was in/out in 10 minutes. There was no line and they were very well staffed. I highly recommend this store.

I must say all the weed here is pretty dank im pretty sure I got high from just breathing the air. Theyve got a wide variety of bud and edibles as well. I cannot express my joy to the security who searched me thoroughly for extra dank. Knowledgeable and friendly staff with a decent Amount of products. However the security guard outside is creepy and very inappropriate.He didn’t even bother checking my bag yet he had no problem taking his time waving his metal detector wand over certain female body parts. He needs to go!

This place is awesome! I showed up about 7ish on a Wednesday night and asked if it was okay as an out of state visitor to purchase and was told happily yes! Walked in and gave the nice lady my id, got my number and waited in the room for about 15 minutes before my number was called. It was a wonderful thing to see people from every walk of life imaginable coming in to get their supplies for the day. The selection of joints was on point and the staff were so awesome!My only real problem isnt actually a negative issue about them at all, just be warned if you dont know how strong the thc content is in some of the products ask! I forgot to and ended up way too stoned!So the lesson I now know is to stick with the $5 house joints and Ill be happy, the kif dipped ones are simply too strong for smoking on your own, unless you are Snoop Dogg, Willy Nelson, or maybe Ricky from tpb!If only the rest of this stupid country could take the hint and legalize it already!

Very impressed with these guys. I called a few times before ordering, to understand the process etc, the phone staff was friendly and helpful. Ordering online was easy, after verifying my age, they delivered in like 30 mins to the hotel.

Bought an 8th of Gelenade, and some too shelf wax. Very satisfied with the customer service and products.

Would love to give it a better rating but the boss doesn’t let people in who just renewed their license and I even brought my old copy for more proof. Extremely inconvenient, definitely won’t be back.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Sold me a cartridge that didn’t work with my battery. Upon trying to come back to get a working cartridge they were rude and their security guard went so far as to call me a “boomerang” customer. They refused to do anything about the situation talking bout “All sales are final”.First of all, you’re a business have some level of professionalism. As a first time customer there should have been some communication as to the different cartridges and which fit different batteries.As a previous medical cannabis patient whenever my cartridge didn’t work my dispensary would HAPPILY replace it. Told these clowns they could keep the cartridge and left.Spend your money elsewhere people. There are too many hardworking respectable establishments that deserve your business more than they do.Hope you guys get shown down! :)

One of the largest onsite selections Ive ever seen. Its almost to much of a selection. Fortunately, the staff is very helpful, service oriented, and well worth a cash tip - they have good advice. It would be very useful to the consumer to categorize the selection better, by price or strain possibly?

Before I was even done talking the girl already rang me up and said no discount. I wanted to make a different decision but she said I had to take what I had cause she already rang it up. Dam have some patience.

Great place to get your everyday needs for different types of strains and MJ fix. The down side is there is a strict no return policy. Any thing defective the buyer has to contact the maker of the items bought for exchange.

Bought the CRU brand disposable vape for $33. Walked to the car and went to draw on it and the battery was completely dead. Walked back into the dispensary and they flat out refused to exchange it. Said it’s their “company policy” even though they just sold me a faulty product that didn’t even work. All I wanted was an exchange for one that worked.After making a fuss (I mean that’s just bad business) they did exchange it after talking to the owner.As a company I understand that it is a hassle to have to call these marijuana companies and get them to take back faulty products but for the purpose of practicing GOOD business etiquette you should at the bare minimum you should at least exchange a customers product that they purchased from YOU that didn’t work because the battery was faulty.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. Came in on 4/20 so of course it was slammed but that didnt affect the quality of customer service provided. The team went through all of the products I had questions about and made some great suggestions. They even had great music outside and a grill going for free tacos. Will be back! Would suggest this store to anyone in the area.

Hahahaha seriously this place is ridiculously overpriced I cant believe the outrages prices for medical patients. I guess I should have just stayed with URBAN LEAF down the street for half the prices. Also it doesnt say on their website but call ahead or youll sit there for about half an hour. New patients get nothing I believe When you are there, I wasnt offered anything. Most places will give you a very attractive gift for a buck. Sorry Harbor collective your billboard was very attractive but unfortunately your prices are not.

I have to say this is one of the best places in SD. Me being the fool that I am set my voltage too high on my vape pen and burnt out the wick of my cartridge, them being the awesome and upstanding people that they are informed me on the correct voltage setting and replaced my cartridge FOR FREE! These people are awesome! Would recommend Harbor Collective to anyone and everyone.

Employees try to sell you things you dont want. I asked for one thing was sold something else as soon as I walked out the door it was realized and I went back in and they wouldnt trade it out. Trash store..And! they sold me a pre roll that was well over a year old. October 2018..Nasty and dry and went in the trash..

Nice and clean spot, really chill atmosphere. I love coming here they have a wide variety of deliciousness and staff is super friendly. Will recommend to anyone.

So disappointed. First dispensary I stopped after landing. The service was horrible. The lady in the front didn’t let my guy in even after showing her 3 IDs. Once I was in the girl “showing me around” didn’t know her stuff. Had a few issues with Harbor that left me quite aggravated and flustered. Went into the shop and got to speak with the manager. Explained he situation, with an attitude on my end I must admit. And he ended up taking care of me and giving me some fantastic deals even though he didn’t have to, and even though I was acting rude. I’m my defense I got screwed out a ride home and was pretty bitter about it. But the manager stayed professional and again helped me out a lot. Thanks Harbor Collective, this is exactly why you’re my favorite dispensary to hit in San Diego.

For the last year this had been my go to place, as of today I will not be stepping foot into this establishment again. I used to come here at least once a week to purchase products, had my first item that did not work properly....they exchanged it and gave an extra to make up for it but the products were not working properly. I came in looking for HELP, I didn’t know if it was my equipment or theirs but instead of receiving guidance I was treated like I was only complaining to receive free product. I’ve never in my life been treated like this and for a regular customer it’s uncalled for. They claimed to refuse to put my money into their register after insisting on paying for an item. It’s childish behavior and just plain ridiculous.

Quick and easy great customer service and the lobby security make it a fun atmosphere before even entering to purchase.
