Bad experience with pharmacy. Call at 11 am to ask for a refill, give all my information to a lady, went at 3:30 pm to pick up the refill, they took their time, finally it was my turn and they didnt have my refill ready not even know about it , so I call and give all my information to whom??? And they ask again everything so they said they were going to call back in an hour they havent call. Im in the phone calling and waiting for pharmacy to answer for about 40 minutes and nobody answers.

Ive never had a problem with this facility or any other University Health facilities. Great service 👍. Staff is awesome. Doctors are great.

I was car jack a month ago at gun point . i needed to renew my carelink account. These guys took everything from me, i have nothing. When i called carelink, i explained to them what had happened to me and that i all i found was a paper receipt of my drivers license with my picture on it . It was expired the begining of this year and carelink did not accept it. So here i am still without meds waiting for DPS to reopen so i can renew my DL. DPS gave everybody a 60 day extension on all IDs and Drivers License , well my 60 days is not up yet, which makes my receipt still valid, and they still refused. I feel so sick now i dont know what to do or how much longer i can wait before something happens.

Poor experience with trying to get admin on the phone had to go in person only to find out its not busy. They arent answering phone calls.
