I dont see how on gods green earth HEB compounding pharmacy was given a 4.5 stars. This pharmacy has some of the rudest, poor customer service, inconsiderate Pharmacists! I would prefer to refill through automated just to not have to speak to them. On the hunt to find a compounding pharmacy that appreciates customers as people and not $$$.

Truly awful! Most of the time when I call in for refills on compounded prescriptions I get a very snarky response from the person on the phone. I have had to argue several times over when refills can be placed. This time, a week later after having called in to get a new dosage filled (they said couldnt be filled yet, I argued the new dosage changes that) the prescription wasnt filled. Now I must wait two more days for the rush order to be filled. Since my insurance doesnt cover these meds, this is the most affordable option, but I am going to start shopping around. Im even willing to pay a little more at this point to someone deserving of my business. I love the HEB stores, but the pharmacy is a big fail for me. I pick up my scripts at the 1604 and Bandera HEB Plus. That place is so disorganized it seems unsafe. Love the rest of the store, but the pharmacy is a whole different world!

The HEB pharmacy is super convenient and quick to use. The service is excellent and the staff is really helpful. Great job HEB.
