I went to their website to renew prescription. It is user friendly and essy to navigate. It sends you a text or email whichever you prefer of when you can pickup the prescription.

I got induced to deliver my son here and the night nurses here are simply awesome. All of the people I encountered here are great. Very nice and extremely helpful. I’d love to have my next child here. The hospital is huge but after a while you kinda understand the layout. It took me several wrong turns to finally figure it out though. Everyone I came into contact with was super friendly and had a great personality. Was a very pleasant stay with my new baby, and the food was delicious unlike most hospitals.

Waited 45 min to check in...rep said 15-20 min to get meds....1.25 hours later front desk noticed I’m still waiting...admits they dropped the ball...wait another 15 min...meds ready to pick up, except they only had 1/3 “for school use only” meds and 2/3 “at home meds” for my son’s seizures....wow. Waited another 30 min for them to fix it. Total - nearly 3 hour wait during duty hours in uniform. Hiring, improving processes, competence, etc needed. It’s a pattern.

Why they make you check-in/activate your medications twice, Ill never understand. And a 20 minute wait turns in a 1.5 hour wait, every single time.

Great facility! They do everything here. The staff is great. The doctors and nurses were exceptional! Its quite a huge facility, though. You can get lost. But thats mostly on you, cuz they have informational signs everywhere. Parking was huge, but you will still have to look during the peak time to find a spot.

HOURS long wait every single time Im there.....

Daughter was here after a car wreck. Staff is all nice. It is a military base so if youre a civilian expect a little delay getting security clearance.

Great staff and very helpful takes a lil while but its a really good hospital also it is very big

This place has helped me go thru a lot of things. Physically, Mentally, and Spiritually... Thank you with appreciation. Ps. The people in the pictures thank you for allowing me to take your picture./ Just an idea ~the design on the cake would make a nice postage stamp for the united states postal service./ They have helped with traveling paperwork when going to visit family.

Elizabeth at the pharmacy sounds like she hates her job. Very unprofessional and needs to change her tone of voice. She sounds like she is annoyed and irritated. Needs to get trained on customer service or needs to find another job where she does not have to talk or interact with customers or dr offices.

Worse care they take 46min to get to the room and give you medication you have to call them 2times or more so they can remember and come in and I think another hospital will do way better bad communication with the staff.Besides that I love the building

The typical army medical directory automated experience running you in a continuous loop that never connects you to an actual person only an answering machine for a department that you are not trying to contact. Upon contact with the help desk I was transferred to a person that worked in the pharmacy who was rude, unhelpful and used terminology only a person in her line of work would understand and was very agitated when I asked for further explanation to help me understand what I needed to do.

Outstanding medical care.

They saved my brothers life. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable.
