I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Peterson. My son had a sports injury and I was able to take him to see Dr. Peterson. The office staff treated us like family and were so concerned about my son. When we met with Dr. Peterson, we received that same compassion from him. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped my son avoid having to have surgery. As a family, and as a parent. . . I cannot thank Dr. Peterson enough! He truly is one of the best out there!!

Dr. Peterson was phenomenal. After my injury, I was able to book an appointment, with him, quickly, so I could be seen and taken care of. He was genuinely concerned and treated me so well. He followed me through the process of recovery and I could not be happier. He explained everything, so I could understand exactly what I had injured and what I was up against. My experience with Dr Mark Peterson was a positive one. I went to have my daughters knee looked at. Dr P was so helpful. He was compassionate and really helped me daughter know what needed to be done for her to gain full movement back in her knee. I just cant say enough good things about him! I felt appreciated by him as well as his staff and if I or my family ever has another accident I will definitely seek him out.

Dr. Jason Dickerson and his staff are absolutely amazing!! I was so worried and anxious about my first appointment and what the outcome was going to be. But everyone was really nice and comforting, made sure I understood everything that was going to be done to fix my bunion. And what to expect before and after the surgery. Dr Dickerson was very detailed in explaining everything he was going to do. The catheter that is out in your foot to help with the injection of medicine made me very uneasy at first, but Dr. Dickerson was very good at calming my nerves and when it came to surgery day and the following days, I learned the catheter was no big deal. This whole process has been so much better then what I ever thought it would be. I WOULD DIFINETLY recommend Dr. Dickerson to do your procedures. Everyone in his office is AMAZING!!!! And Ill never forget the incredible treatment I received!!

Dr Eric Heiden performed knee replacement 4 weeks ago. I have been so impressed with Dr Heiden and the entire staff. I had my first knee replaced 12 years (different surgeon) and am so happy with the progress of this one so early on.Extremely caring - little to no waiting. I have seen Dr Heiden each time I’ve been to his office and he has been very generous with his time. I have never been relegated to seeing the PA. Really happy with my choice

We were able to see Dr. Dickerson this afternoon for my daughters painfully persistent ingrown toenail. As patients who were new to the clinic, we were thrilled with the service provided! Everyone we interacted with, from the receptionists, the nurse, the medical assistant, and Dr. Dickerson himself were absolutely professional, kind, efficient, attentive, and very helpful! Dr. Dickerson made my daughter feel comfortable, he engaged her in sincere and jovial conversation, he explained every step including necessary follow-up recommendations and, obviously, took care of the issue. I was very impressed with their performance and professional attitude. I would not hesitate to recommend these people to anyone. I had bone on bone in my ankle , I feel so much better I could do cartwheels. Even if you do not have bone on bone, do not hesitate if you have problems with your feet. Dr. Dickerson is fantastic!! I had been suffering with bunion and curley toe pain on both feet. He really listened to me and we came up with a new procedure to solve my feet problems. I was back to enjoying activities pain free very quickly. I am so happy to have found him!

I had foot surgery with Dr. Jason Dickerson. The office itself is inviting and professional. They make you feel very welcome. Dr. Dickerson and his nurse were amazing. They have a great sense of humor, answered all my questions anytime I had them and the recovery went well. I hope I never hurt myself again but he will be my only ortho doc moving forward.

Dr. Jason Dickerson is incredible. I previously had bunion surgery on my left foot as a teen; however, it did not heal correctly. I researched many doctors extensively, but was most impressed with Dr. Dickerson. He thoroughly explained the bunion fusion procedure and offered an additional suggestion to shorten my second toe to allow me to run pain free in the future. Other doctors had missed this. It is now 2.5 months since the surgery. The scar is very minimal, I am not in any pain and I have started to jog slowly. I would highly recommend him to everyone!

I would advise anyone that has a hand or more specifically, a finger injury to look into other surgeons or get different opinions at the very least. I am in my early 30s and had a broken finger from a sports injury. I saw Karen Heiden and she said that surgery was necessary. We did the surgery and she used a pin to stabilize the joint and then put me in a brace to heal. After removing the pin and brace my finger was stuck in 90 degree angle and I was unable to straighten or bend my finger to make a fist. Her response was its probably just going to be like that. After explaining that wasnt an option as I am very active and having a finger on my dominant hand that doesnt work is going to severely limit me in activity and work she advised on a second surgery to get it more movement but she couldnt guarantee it would be completely normal. I understand that she cannot say it will for sure be like it was before the injury but completely expected more improvement. Well the second surgery left me worse off then the original surgery with even less movement and even more severe angle in my finger joint. She then said it was something that we would just have to go to Physical Therapy for. She lined me up with her in house PT and we burned through ALL of my PT visits allowed by my insurance with no improvement. I was beyond frustrated at this point and she advised I come in again to discuss another surgery. I was worried at this point but reluctantly scheduled a visit to discuss further with her. I had to push back my appt as i was going out of town. We scheduled for a later date but there was several weeks in between that visit so I started doing research and decided to get a 2nd and 3rd opinion from other surgeons. BOTH of these surgeons questioned why she decided to set my finger in the manner she did which they believe ultimately led to the finger being stuck in the position it is now. I was upset at this point and decided to consult with one of the other surgeons for future treatment. At that point i just did not show to my scheduled appointment with Karen Heiden thinking they would follow up and wonder why i didnt show for a post op procedure that didnt produce the results that all parties wanted. Nope. No call, no follow up, no compassion. The last thing I remember her saying was its probably just going to be like that. Both other doctors who gave me opinions say that is unacceptable. Karen seems like a nice person and from some of the other reviews she might know how to treat other injuries and proficient in certain surgeries. If you are an athlete or even the slightest bit active and you have a finger injury I would advise to get other opinions before selecting Heiden though. Just my experience and thought I would share in case someone else is in a similar situation.

Absolutely love Dr. Dickerson. I recently had bunion surgery with Dr. Dickerson and the experience was very positive. I had hardly any discomfort after the surgery. He is an excellent surgeon and is very personable and caring. I would recommend anyone that has any problems with their feet to go see him. Also the staff is wonderful. When my other bunion gets bad enough he will definitely be my surgeon.

My injury happened on a Sat night at 8pm. I called Dr. Dickersons office on Monday morning and he was able to get me in that same afternoon at 1:45. He is very professional and very good at what he does. He performed my surgery a few days later. He explained everything he was going to do and how long it would take to heal. Each office visit was quick with professional staff. He always took the time to answer my questions. Thank you Dr. Dickerson!!!

Dr. Dickerson is one of the best physicians Ive ever gone to. He has been amazing, and has really helped my ankle. Dr. Dickerson is very personable and thorough. He made me feel at ease and explained my procedure so that I could understand clearly. He was very attentive and took all the time he needed to help me understand - never felt rushed or unknown to him. I highly recommend Dr. Jason Dickerson!

Dr. Dickerson was beyond compassionate caring and the most incredible to help my foot which managed to get a staph infection repaired. The entire staff is beyond the best I have ever encountered and I do hope that if I ever need to use them in the future that they are going to stay that way they are six stars out of five and I do recommend them to anyone who happens to have any issues with their feet they should go directly to this location and talk you get dr. Dickerson. I could not be more pleased with the way I have been treated and the way I have been healed.

I’m compelled to say that Heiden Orthopedics is my go to for continued good life. I am fortunate enough to have had Jason Dickerson repair a foot that has been a problem for more than a decade. Phenomenal !He referred me to Daniel Gibbs for a couple of miserable knees from running too many miles and marathons in my earlier year. That being said, these men (fine Doctors) at Heiden Orthopedics have made it possible for me to go forward in my waining years. I was fortunate to celebrate my big (80th) birthday in April. A blessing that many don’t have the pleasure of celebrating. I am able to walk 4 miles a day, play golf twice a week with LPGA Amateurs with great friends and engage regularly with kids, grand kids and great grandkids. Our Friday night sleepovers are epic!! Life Is good!!Couldn’t do it without Heiden!! I forgot to mention their fabulous PT clinic. Welcoming, concerned and efficient. How have I been this lucky? Very grateful!

Four months ago I began to experience some very debilitating pain in my left foot. Walking was most difficult. On four separate occasions I met with two of my physicians all while taking advantage of both cortisone injections as well as x-rays. Nothing would help. Fortunately, I was referred to Heiden Orthopedics where I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Jason Dickerson. Upon my initial visit, he quickly assessed my situation which he later confirmed by virtue of an MRI. The past four weeks have found me undergoing both treatment procedures and healing. As of this morning, my temporary walking boot has been removed, and Im back to a fairly normal situation. Sad to say it took me 3 months of agony before I met Dr. Dickerson. I love Dr. Jason Dickerson! He is a phenomenal doctor and their staff are amazing. Lindsay, his MA is just as great! I came to Dr. Dickerson with tons of issues from past injuries and he helped me with more than I could have imagined. He fixed so much and Im doing great! I am grateful I found him!

Dr. Dickerson has performed 3 procedures on my feet. The first was when I slipped while using a chain saw approximately 15 years ago severing a tendon on my big toe. It was an ugly wound but now its hardly visible and the use of the toe is unaffected. The second procedure was a bunion removal and hammer toe repair. Id heard horror stories about the pain associated with bunion surgery but to my relief I only used OTC Ibuprofen. Dr. Dickerson has a unique way of handling pain with using tiny tubes connected to a receiver for a syringe used to apply the pain control directly to the wound. I used it once just to see how it worked. Beyond that I had no need for pain treatment. The third procedure Dr. Dickerson performed on me was to correct my remaining hammer toes on the left foot. Once again Ive experienced no pain only a little discomfort. I give Dr. Dickerson my highest recommendation. On top of all his medical expertise hes also a great guy. He makes me feel at ease when discussing work on my feet.

You will never find a finer surgeon. Dr. Heiden is truly the best. Hes caring, friendly, compassionate, professional, fun ............ and just plain good. His assistants and staff top it off and make for as good a medical experience one could have. Ill NEVER use anyone else for my old bones!

I was impressed when I first went in to see Dr. Dickerson. I had broken my fibula on Christmas day, and even with the usual backlog after a holiday weekend, he was able to work me right after I called in.When I went for my first appointment, I was surprised that there was no typical wait time that I have become accustomed to when visiting a doctors office. I was seen within about 5 minutes of entering the office. Dr. Dickerson looked at my x-rays from the ER and showed me why he recommended surgery to bring the bones back together and put in a plate to hold them there.Not only was he able to see me quickly but he was able to have me into surgery later that afternoon.Not only did he do a great job of putting things back together, but the follow-up visits have also been prompt - the staff has been great, and I am grateful that my leg has healed with no complications.Thank you, Dr. Dickerson

I saw Dr. Heiden. I have been experiencing pain in my knee that has continued to get worse. He did x-rays and told me to continue with my regular activities and he will see me in a month. He gave me no resolution, except continue with my regular activities. That doesnt work when Im in so much pain. He never showed me my x-rays. Poor bedside manner. I know more than one person this has happened to. Dont waste your time or money!!

Doctor Dickerson was so great treating me. He did ankle surgery and he did an amazing job. I highly recommend him because he is compassionate and caring. He put all my fears to rest about surgery.

The team at Heiden is the best in the state; Dr. Dickerson had me walking less than 5 weeks post op after an ortho at the U told me I wouldn’t be doing anything for 4 months. Last year, I saw Dr. Zipnick who fixed my back (after being mis-diagnosed elsewhere). The doctors at Heiden know their stuff, seriously. And to top it off, the rest of the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Their scheduling team is fantastic at getting you an appointment in a reasonable time frame. I won’t go anywhere else (since I seem to be a frequent flyer there now) and would HIGHLY recommend these guys.

I have been suffering from ankle pain due to lifestyle for the past decade. Dr. Dickerson reconstructed my ankle and in under 4 weeks I am back to start my ultra marathon regimine. He was a total pro, caring and his expertise had me comfortable through the entire experience. The surgery was a snap, recovery a piece of cake and my post surgical care was optimal. Thank you! Dr. Dickerson is amazing, So kind and understanding- he handled all of my questions and concerns, He operated on both of my feet and did amazing- they look so good and dont hurt at all - He even had to work around a tattoo, it looks so good. I will be back in dance in no time. I highly recommend him to anybody. The office is also nice, his nurse is so cute and so sweet, I couldnt have been in better hands. Thank you!!

I went to Dr Jason Dickerson with an ankle that I had sprained for over 50 years. He removed a bone fragment, inflamed tissue and tighten the joint with a ligament type material pinned to bones. The joint is tight now and I can walk pain free. He fixed the problem when others doctors couldnt. He is a pleasant and likeable too. Dr Jason Dickerson gets a 5 star rating from me, Jim Iverson.

Dr. Dickerson at Heiden Orthopedics is a true miracle worker. I had been told by several other pediatrists that the surgery that I needed would have taken three months to recover form and being a teacher that would not work, it only took me about six weeks to recover and be back in a regular shoe. The staff is great and they are very good to work with if you have questions or if a problem arises. I will only go to Heiden Orthopedics for my future orthopedic care.

Dr. Dickerson is the BEST! Ive been having foot problems for a couple of years, and hes always been super helpful and attentive to my foot pain. I recently hurt my left foot pretty bad on the job, and he took excellent care of me. Foot pain is the worst, and he has made my life so much easier.. If you need a good foot doctor, go see Dr. Dickerson. Hes awesome!

I broke my hand and my regular Doctor felt like it was beyond him. He referred me to Orthopedic specialist Dr. Corbett Winegar.... He patched me up great! Couple more weeks and Ill be good as new, thank you!!

Dr Winegar is amazing! We never had to wait long see him and he spent a lot of time with us. He explained everything very clearly and answered every question we had. When I had to call him after hours he quickly called me back! His staff was wonderful to work with! I recommend Dr Winegar to everyone!

Put my shoulder back in after my motorcycle wreck didnt get better, ,, had lonnie paulus look at it and my rotator cuff was torn he was amazing dr. Paulus is the best

The actual doctor visit seemed okay but not great. I left with a treatment that didnt work and no real diagnosis. However, the office and billing staff dont even earn a star. I was harassed, treated rudely, and had to go through a huge collection process that shouldnt have been. I have no problem paying my bill but through a credit card problem beyond my control the staff was extremely unhelpful, rude, and harmful.

I think the staff are wonderful and particularly appreciate Dr. Dickerson and his nurse Lindsay[?}. I highly recommend them.

If I could write a review with zero stars I would. My surgeon is Dr. Winegar. I am grateful that after my horrific, near death car accident that he was there to operate on my leg. I now have an external fixator with somewhere near 30 pins. I am a client of drug court and a recovering meth addict. I have been clean and set for graduation in April. I was honest about this the second I got to the ER because that is what a responsible recovering addict does. I went to my 1st post op appointment and Dr Winegar humiliated and patronized me. He refused to prescribe me pain meds and his reason was meth.. I was already in tears because he told me if I dont quit smoking I will lose my leg because my bones wont heal. So after he said that I was crying even harder because this is very painful and is a really scary experience for someone who is only 27 years old. Anyways, he proceeds to tell me he will refer me to a pain specialist, which I know will take at least a month to get into. A couple days goes by and Im trying to make sure that the referral went through so I can schedule an appointment. The clinic denies me because in his notes he writes client needs to stop meth use. My husband, my family and I are infuriated. I dont use meth, I used to use meth and I spoke to drug court who is willing to release my drug tests. He was very rude and very discriminatory. I dont care how good of a surgeon he is, he is rude and not a good person. I will be fialing a formal complaint and I will be switching surgeons. At this point I dont trust him, nor would I EVER recommend him to anyone in the future.
