I workout a few days a week and with my line of work I have a lot of neck and shoulder pains and seriously Limhi killed it.He uses so many incredible techniques and different tools to help loosen the muscles and I did a 90 minute massage and I felt like a brand new person after leaving there.My body feels absolutely amazing, I walk better, stand taller, honesty my body feels so much lighter.Definitely highly highly recommend.

I have had lots of massages by Limhi and each one is different and specific to what I need for that visit. I’ve gotten mostly deep tissue/sports related massages from him, especially when I’m training for a triathlon or in the middle of softball/volleyball season. His Thai massage is the best I have had! And we sometimes do cupping when I need help with circulation and sleep. I try to go to different massage therapists as much as I can but I prefer Limhi cause he always makes my body feel great and reminds me why I love massage.
