Brenna is fantastic and the most skilled massage therapist/manual therapist I ever saw. She has been helping us with various issues (lymph drainage after surgeries, nerve issues, musculoskeletal..) for over a year, and its been a huge help. Brenna is not just loosening muscle cramps and tightness, but my entire body communicates better together after seeing her. The space is clean, welcoming, has a good air filter, and Focus Bodywork takes Covid-precautions very serious, so it felt safe to visit. Thank you!!!

Highly skilled massage therapists that really care! Ive had massages from Margaret and Brenna and every time they are top-notch! Margaret seems to specialize in both sports/deep tissue style with a great knowledge of anatomy and also cranio-sacral. Brenna does a lot of work on me doing lymph-drainage and she has special training in that which is pretty rare I think! They are both awesome and any time I am able to schedule with them I feel like Im in heaven!

I have been seeing Brenna for over a year and can say without a doubt this is the best massage/bodywork I have ever had. Her service is always timely and professional. The studio space is clean, and has great natural light. I refer everyone I know to Focus Bodywork.
