Alex N. is an outstanding employee at this company. He always has a positive attitude and treats the client with respect. He made sure his client was safe, and understood what services he was providing. Alex is surely one of the best people working at Homewatch and we were lucky to have met him and have him help our client. I would love to work with this company again, especially if we can get more people like Alex! 10/10 human being and CNA.

Ive been employed with this company since October. Like any other company we have our ups and downs but honestly this is the only job Ive grown to love because of how great & understanding management has been & improving daily. They arent perfect but always willing to work with me because I myself dont always have it altogether but seriously learning as I grow. I also work with some pretty amazing people and love the fact that they are paying for my CNA classes after 6 months of working with the company. That shows how much they really want me to learn more about being in the medical field because anyone can become a caregiver as long as they have the heart and desire to. Anyways, I could go on & on about how great this company is but Ill keep it short & sweet. Homewatch Caregivers again, is an amazing company to work for and we provide excellent services to our clients.

Was a patient of home watch caregivers for about 3 years. Was left in my chair all night long several times. Aides would not show. I would be left in bed, being forced to miss work time and time again. I would call the office manager Annika and even her boss Kevin never got support. I was lucky if they even bothered to answer or return my call at all. I was always found at fault. I have yet to figure out how their aides no showing me and being left in bed to be my fault but whatever. I would not recommend Home Watch Caregivers to anyone needing patient care. For a very short time, they had a West Jordan office open. It was managed by a woman named Becky. The West Jordan office was awesome while it lasted. Becky and Vanessa cared about me as a person. It was short lived though. Becky and Vanessa quit same day. Tells me that Home Watch didn’t care about their employees any more than they do their patience. Few months went by and the West Jordan opened again. Within a month that management quit too. Shows just how little the upper management cared about anyone. Very sad. Steer clear of Home Watch Caregivers.

Overall, we have been pleased with the services provided by Homewatch CareGivers and have had a positive experience. They provide our family member with 24/7 senior care. 24/7 care brings with it many challenges. But Homewatch has been helpful and accommodating in working through all those challenges. Finding the right fit between caregiver, client, and clients family can be difficult. Were grateful for the large pool of caregivers from which Homewatch has to pull. The caregivers themselves have been good to work with. We have found them to be loving, caring, competent, and ready to adapt to changing circumstances and needs. Arranging in-home care for a loved one who is becoming increasingly dependent is an emotionally charged situation and can be very challenging. Expectations of family members are extremely high. And depending on the type of care and level of professional services needed, it can be difficult at times. Our family has been helped by taking the time to research the marketplace. By taking the time to become familiar with all the options and the pros and cons of each. And by doing our best to have clear, open communication with the caregivers and office. Regular, periodic reviews with management to evaluate and discuss how things are going have also been helpful.

Management team helps me grow myself as a healthcare professional, and in positive ways its starting to show in my personal life. As someone who recently joined this occupation after years of study, lab tech work & research assistance in biology (and a bit of bioengineering), its been an interesting journey so far to learn the ins & outs of this profession in the office & on the field... while offering my personal touch to our clients, from the lifelong caregiving Ive done for loved ones. It gets emotionally difficult to see clients suffer or pass, but overall its a privilege to help them as they may have once helped others.Very thankful to do all this with a growing and go-getter team, whos hearts & business stands out from the rest.

Homewatch Care Givers in Salt Lake City has provided reliable daily care for the past year for my relative. The individual care givers are highly professional as well as being friendly, cheerful companions. He has had consistent care givers throughout the year. Management has been appropriately responsive to any questions I have had. I would highly recommend them.

Homewatch Caregivers is an awful company. Stay away!!! Annika made up excuses as to why my husband and roommate were discharged. When we tried to talk to the owner Kevin about it, he didnt seem to even care. Even though Kevin said we would have nothing to worry about. They also wanted me to call the insurance and ask for more hours just to continue to have their hours the same. Totally in it for the money. If you love your family member STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I love the flexibility and the clients that I am serving.Shout out to Annika, Tia, and Janna for getting me on board, as well as setting a good example. #goteam! The only thing that I dont like about this company is that their work uniform is not pleasant to the eye. Thank goodness Im not required to wear them.

Kevin Whatcott and the entire Homewatch CareGivers Utah team are a pleasure to do business with. I have worked directly with Kevin in a professional capacity and have always found him to be knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and extremely competent. If I had a family member that required in-home care or specialized caregiver support service, anywhere in the state of Utah, my first call would be to Kevin at Homewatch CareGivers.

We have been so impressed with how helpful this company has been to our child with special needs. Becky, the manager, is top notch and really cares about providing good care. The CNAs/caregivers have hearts of gold and go above and beyond. Angie and Toa are amazing!!! The owner, Kevin, has been a rockstar working with our insurance company when there have been coding issues. I can’t recommend these guys enough! One CNA was not a good match for us but they took care of it and sent an incredible replacement. You can tell they are in this business because they really truly care about people. We love them!!!

*COULD NOT POST MY COMMENT WITH-OUT CLICKING ONE STAR THEY DONT DESERVE* I have to say for anyone looking for caregivers for your loved ones, avoid using this company. I entrusted in this company as professionals and came to find out that they hire people that are not certified or skilled. My elderly fathers health has went down because of the incompetence of their employees. They hire people right off the street and have other employees train them on basics and send them right out to peoples homes. The turn-over is ridiculous weve had several different staff come in my parents house not knowing what can happen. My best advice is to get literature from the company you decide to use on their company standards and policies. Set it in writing that their main focus is to have a couple permanent caregivers coming and going from your home and not a free for all, employees that need a job for a week and you dont ever see them again. FIND A HONEST AND COMPASSIONATE COMPANY, THATS NOT GOING TO TURN ON YOU WHEN YOU BRING A SERIOUS ISSUE TO THEIR ATTENTION.

I like home working for Homewatch. The problem is the lack of communication between the care givers and the office. Lack of communication with the clients not telling them a lot of times no letting them know who is coming and what time or that the caregiver is not coming.
