I have loved working for this company. They have allowed me to put school and family first without any question. Their hours are extremely flexible and they’re always willing to work with you to help you find an assignment. I cannot thank Mike and all of his sweet employees enough!!! It was last minute the weekend before Christmas and we needed a sitter through the night to make sure my 87 yo mom with dementia did not get out of bed after a partial hip replacement. She was in a rehab facility and they were able to come in and help keep eyes on her.Every one of his employees were so kind and professional.Mike is very quick to respond and keeps in contact with you. He lets you know who is coming and when.Thank you again for such great care of my mom and allowing me to sleep at night.Beth

This is the best place to work for health care workers. The staff shows that they care 100% of the time. Never do you feel like you are unimportant. The office staff always carries through with what they say they will do!! Even when it is inconvenient for them, they see that their health care workers are treated with care and respect.

Mike and Marlana of Interim HealthCare are truly caring professionals. They want to make sure you get the in home care you need to recover from surgery as well as help those individuals who wish to remain in their homes as long as possible instead of going to an assisting living facility. They provide very useful information at least 3 times a week to help us understand many subjects related to our health. They have provide contacts for knowledgeable people to help my parents file for aid and attendance from the VA. That help was invaluable. I will use their services whenever possible. I was impressed with interim from the first day. They have qualified staff that works well with my employees and our residents. Mike the owner is always in constant contact to assure me that our Staffing needs will be met, they are always able to find me someone whether its an hour notice or a week notice. Mike and his team are Amazing! My mother was at her wits end and my grandmas health was failing. She had fallen many times and my mom was afraid to leave her alone.
