They did not have the specific service I was looking for but even so took time out of their busy day to help me through it. Much appreciated.

Solstice provided hospice care for my grandma and I could not be more pleased with the care she received. She was in hospice for years and well taken care of the whole time. Everything was coordinated through them, they worked with Medicare and made everything so simple for us. The staff we worked with were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely kind. Having access to all the different services and providers Solstice offers was so convenient. We loved my grandma’s nurse and were in constant contact with her, she was available day or night. Sometimes the CNA’s would spend extra time and help my grandma with her makeup, which meant so much to her. At the very end of her life Solstice was there helping us every step and I can’t imagine going through it without them. I highly recommend Solstice Home Health, Hospice & Palliative Care.

My sister unfortunately was diagnosed with metastatic cancer after battling it for three years. Calling Solstice Hospice for an educational visit was our first move. The registered nurse Debbie that called on us to explain the services provided was the first step. Hospice doesn’t mean it is a final step but the opportunity to provide care and increase the quality of life for the patient. Little did we know that sis would need the services so soon after our first visit with Debbie. She was given meds that for the first time took away her anxiety and severe pain. Debbie listened and offered support not only to my sister but to her husband and the entire family. She answered immediately our phone calls and was here the entire day assisting us in my sisters ascension.We can’t thank Debbie enough!

I have now worked for Solstice a little over 4 years and everything I have learned, seen have been an absolute pleasure. I learned what exceptional care and service looks like. We are challenged everyday to step up our game a little bit more than it was the day before. I am so grateful for such tremendous leadership at Solstice, where they love to teach each and every clinician to uphold our values and exceed our standards. I wouldnt work at any other place. Solstice is the BEST!

One of the hardest times in my life was losing my father to Kidney failure. We spend many hours in the hospital driving back and forth not eating or sleeping much for weeks. A friend referred me to Solstice and my world changed forever. We were able to take my father home and the care he, my mother and siblings received was amazing. They helped arrange transfer from the hospital, we had a medial bed and all the supplies needed for the best care delivered right to the house. The entire staff was on call 24/7. I had no idea this kind of care was even available. When my father in law broke his hip and was not recovering from the surgery you can bet the first call I made was to Solstice. They once again came in and saved the day. My father in law has since gotten better all thanks to them. I will forever be greatful for this team of caregivers.

Solstice Hospice was a beautiful gift at the end of my dad’s life. After being diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer, his greatest wish was to spend his last days at home. Solstice’s amazing team of caregivers made this possible, keeping him comfortable and calm until the very end. We are so grateful for the highest quality care they provided our family. The CNAs and care workers always treated my mother well, but you had better get a very definitive diagnosis and prognosis, from a real licenced medical doctor, and not from the quacks here who wouldnt allow her proper treatment. These professionals had the audacity of stating an End Stage diagnosis by simply glancing at my mother and failing to even understand what her very condition was; this was a terrible source of grief and terror.The very day she was admitted to a real hospital, which, BTW, would disqualify you from receiving their care, she was told after several tests, (which she was denied for almost two years), it was determined that end stage was NOT her condition.This company needs investigating or better medical training. Im glad we were able to save her. Curse this company for poisoning and almost murdering my mother for nearly two years. Good riddance and keep your morphine to yourself!

Called the receptionist (very rude) and had a question for the Liaison in hopes of getting my elderly grandma some care. She hung up the phone immediately, I tried to call back thinking we got disconnected and she hung up on me again! I couldnt even catch her name. Not a great representative for this company...Frustrating. Will never recommend anyone here after this experience.

Solstice has a knowledgeable, dedicated, compassionate team of nurses, aides, doctors, and support staff. They provide excellent care!

They took such good care of my grandmother and developed such a strong relationship with her and my grandfather. Becky and Ginger were the ones who worked with our family during everything and they were just the best. They became like family to us during that time as well. Those ladies have such servant hearts, and Im so grateful that they were so amazing! They were always prepared with a hug or piece of advice or encouragement. Absolutely fantastic people.
