Dignity Home Health & Hospice really cares about their patients.My 93 year old Mother broke her hip. She had some heart problems too. We needed hospice and called John at Dignity. They were excellent with her care. She is now off hospice, we are still using the nurse for my moms care because of the trust and friendship.

Let me start with how amazing this company is. My parents both unfortunately recently passed away, but before and after their passing these guys were amazing. My father was in the hospital and my mother had just gone through chemo and radiation for lung cancer. She was struggling but to proud to ask for help. These guys called to check on my father and heard that my mom was having a difficult time breathing and talking. They immediately sent one of their hospice workers, Nickson, over and began a very quick process of getting her supplies to make her comfortable. Within 2 hours they had a new hospital bed, a oxygen concentrator and refills on medication that her Dr had been refusing to call in. At no point did they speak down to her or make her feel like an inconvenience. After they left that evening, she was the most comfortable and relaxed I had seen her in a long time. She actually ate some food and was smiling. Nickson returned the next morning and was amazed at the difference in her. They scheduled a dr to come to her home the following Monday. Unfortunately she passed away that night, and my father the next day. I called and informed them of this tragic event and they were so sympathetic and informed me they would come pick up the supplies as soon as I needed them to. They also have continually checked in on me and my family to see if there is anything we need and have offered grief counseling. Jon, the owner has personally been in touch multiple times and is an amazing man. If you or your family are in need of assistance I would 100% recommend these guys, you will not be disappointed with their services. UPDATED: They did not need to but my husband needed some help finding a primary care dr that accepts his insurance and the woman who answered the phone assisted in going through the insurance website and finding a dr nearby that was accepting new patients and was able to take my husband on as a patient. I will be forever grateful for this team.

I have had 3 of my close family friends loved ones taken care of by dignity staff and the care they provided to my close friends family was amazing . the staff is truly caring , honest and treated my friends like members of their own family . each one of these families were extremely grateful for the care and services provided by the DIGNITY staff . Dignity home health and hospice is an extended family to many and my observation about Dignity staff was one i can truly say that dignity cares and treats their customers [patients] with extreme sense of understanding , honesty, caring and integrity .i would recommend dignity home health and hospice services to any of my own family members and friends . thankyou dignity for all you do and for your great staff and for what they do every day to make life better for others. Professional and caring, just what we needed during this time.

As of July, 2019, Dignity has been under new, local, family ownership by some of the best people in the state of Utah. I work for Dignity, and can attest that they put the patient first every time. Whatever the need, however inconvenient the request, the staff and leadership go above and beyond to take care of their patients. I have been privileged to sit in council with nurses, doctors and aides as they have looked for and found solutions to complex care situations. They have volunteered weekends, holidays, and vacation time to be there for their patients. I have seen the owner go out to our patients homes and personally check-in or sit with patients and families in their hour of need.Physical therapy, Hospice, skilled nursing or anything else along the home care lines is second to none. It is true, that we are all human, and can make mistakes, but this team makes very few, and more importantly, are very quick to course-correct and make things right whenever the need arises.I am honored to be a part of the Dignity team. Leadership is local so decisions regarding top patient care are made quickly to ultimately better the lives of those we care for.I understand that by writing this review, one could say that it is a biased and shouldn’t count-but I will leave it anyway, because I appreciate an insiders perspective when making important decisions, and maybe someone else will as well. I hope this review gives the right insight and guidance in helping whoever is searching, for a company to care for themself or their loved one. Thank You
