I have been taking classes with Joy and this is honestly one of the best decision Ive made in a while! I feel better about myself then I have in years! Everything is positive and its physically and emotionally building.Joy also encourages self explanation, and is always willing to help with any move. She even works with you one on one to aid in moves you may be struggling with.

I love taking classes at The Salt Mine. All of the teachers are caring and very knowledgeable. They have really helped me come out of my shell and find my confidence. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking into pole fitness.

Such a wonderful studio with empowering, warm, authentic instructors! Dont be fooled by the exterior. The studio is beautifully done with sparkly (glow-in-the-dark!) floors, high ceilings and quality X-poles. Whether youre there to dance away the stress of your day, or melt into guided meditation with Sarah, The Salt Mine can be your new favorite happy place. I highly recommend to anyone of all fitness levels.

I dont think theres a way to properly put the atmosphere into a review but here it goes. Having a rough day this place gets you and folds you into a hug of support. Needing to get your frustrations out this place is the creative escape and thats just the atmosphere of the building. The humans are incredibly intune and attentive to everyone that walks through the door and they want to be there for you. Genuinely there like your favorite pair of underwear supporting you through anything and everything. The shows they have hosted are killer to watch and be a part of! Every form of art is accepted here. Many a times I have laid on the glowing floor to relax and meditate and it makes me feel that Im part of the galaxy with the mirrors reflecting the glow. If youre not sure about getting out of your normal, do it! You wont be disappointed!

I have always had a great experience at the salt mine. The studio is spacious with storage for stilettos, bags training clothes etc, the poles are safely secured and always clean, yoga mats readily available. All the teachers have been so helpful to me on my pole journey and each one has something different to offer. The teachers always help me into moves I struggle with and never push me into anything I’m not ready for. In classes, if I’m struggling, they will take individual time with me to make sure I understand what I’m learning! Love this Studio!!

The Salt Mine rules! This studio is like no other. The energy is amazing and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for a more underground vibe and are interested in the “real deal” as far as getting strong in tricks as well as finding your sensuality this is it. SM is a very well rounded all encompassing pole studio.

If you need a place outside of everyday life to get out of your head and into your body, all while feeling like youre dancing on the stars, THIS IS THE PLACE! Its my home away from home.
