Wow seriously I have been going to Dr fuller for years now and now I needed an appt for our wellness and they can’t get me in till August or September? How ridiculous I gave this place a second chance and it’s nothing but an inconvenience!!!! I’m done!!!

I have been going to Mr Fuller for 25 years or so & no matter where I live I will rent a car if necessary to Travel to his Office every three months for my check up and care. Im 62 years old and was given a year to live back in 1981 do to limp node Cancer. When you find a good Doctor that cares about you well need I say more Fuller Cares about you. Now this Review doesnt mean you can get an Appointment with him because hes not taking on new Appointments do to his ability to care for the those he has, and believe me he cares. All I can say is give him a call to see if you can be put on a waiting list for any openings.Note................Do to the Problems I am having at St Lukes Hospital I have had to call Mr Fuller in Salt Lake my old PCP Provider. Like I have said he is a Great Doctor and called me, and went over the Medication I was given by the new Skyler Shippen, and had to modify my intake of Metformin for Diabetics instead of 4 a day that Shippen ordered that made me sick puckin until 2:am and removed Benazepril for Blood Pressure that had my Heart beating so slow with all the Other Meds Shippen had changed without counsel of Mr. FULLER. 👍👍👍👍👍 Thumbs for Mr Fuller for spending a hour on the phone for FREE and Not getting paid for it. This is why I Recommend Fuller. Not to mention the Time he spent talking to Dr. Shippen going over the Changes. So hats off to Fuller, and I hope he gets 10 to 20 new Clients to make up for his Time he spent on the phones goinover my Care. Easy to get an appointment. The wait time is very short usually under 15 minutes in the lobby. The waiting time in the exam room is less than 30 minutes. Dr Gene Fuller has been my primary care physician for over 40 years. He genuinely cares about his patients. I feel very blessed to have found such a wonderful, intelligent doctor. I would recommend him to my family, and friends.

Dr. Fuller is very thorough in getting information for diagnosis and treating the problem and he takes an appropriate amount of time not rushing to be done. He is very nice and has a great personality.

Being able to get into contact with my doctor or nurse is problematic. Your centralized answering and scheduling center IS NOT meeting the needs of your patients. Every one from the receptionist to the Doctor, including the patient, are at the least, frustrated and sometimes express anger towards this system. I will be glad to help you fix it.
