I called this morning to make an appointment for my wife with Dr. Dailey 9/15/2020 as he was recommended by my friend a neurologist. The receptionist who answered the phone asked for her name, I gave it to her and she said well she is not in our system, I said I know that she will be a new patient, immediately with a rude tone she responded oh your Dr. needs to fax a referral to us and schedule a MRI . ( fax died 20 years ago) I said I dont need to pay another copay to another Dr. who wont know what specific area of the spine or lower Lumbar she needs to get a MRI thats why I like her to visit with the DR. and he would know exactly what we need. She was very rude and harsh on the phone, its a shame these $7 an hour receptionist get to decide to the Dr. needs to see, all they want it to clock in and out their time card. I hung up the phone and am going else where.

I really think highly of the staff and especially Dr Dailey. Everyone is very kind and considerate. The care I was given thru Dr visits, tests and surgery have been exceptional. I highly recommend he and his office!

He has helped me out with a great deal with my health
