Just had my first appointment with Dr. Wood and Im already impressed. He has a lovely and clean clinic with kind and helpful staff. Scheduling was a breeze and they were very thorough in explaining my future surgery, the process, recovery, and cost.Highly recommended!!!

Competent and good communicators staff this office. Unfortunately COVID policies were non existent. Masks were casually worn throughout. I received a two option plan for my issue with clear cost details.

Dr. Woods was great. He provided me with all the honest information to make an informed decision about my care. His staff are very kind as well. I just got a good vibe when I met him. I know some professionals will recommend a procedure or surgery even if it is NOT totally necessary to make the money. He did not. He provided me with the education/information needed along with statistics so I could decide to go forward with the intervention or not. Highly recommend him. He also accepts insurance.

Dr Wood has done two implants for me, about a year apart, so Ive been in to his office quite a bit. They did a stellar job and Im very satisfied with the finished product (or as satisfied as you can be with tooth pulling, I guess :D).Dr Wood has a great bedside manner that really puts you at ease, and he does everything he can to make you comfortable. He is VERY serious about not wanting you to be in any pain at all, and during procedures hes great about explaining to you whats happening, how its going, and what hes going to do next.Theyre also very thorough with instructions for after the procedure, and give you written instructions as well. They let you know what to expect during healing and what you should be concerned about, and if you do have an issue they get you in quickly.The office is always very clean and the staff are all great. Ive never had a wait here of more than a few minutes, they always seem to be running on time. I dont even know how they do it, considering Dr Wood always patiently explain things and never makes you feel rushed. Just magic, I guess. Id recommend this practice to anybody, and if I ever need more work done Ill be using them again.

Being referred to a periodontist is no fun, but it could not have been a better experience. This was the cleanest office Ive ever seen and Dr. Wood and staff were terrific. Helpful, informative, effective. Id refer them to anyone!

Dr. Rob Wood is a real human with a humble brilliance. Although I only met with him for a consultation, he and his assistant Jenny are so personable, kind, and light hearted. It was a joy to be in his office.

My husband usually dont do deep cleaning because of bad experience in the past. When I finally convince him he needs it, then afterwards he cant eat anything hot or cold for about 3 months. He has really sensitive teeth. This is the first place that he has had his teeth deep cleaned that he could eat normal after a couple of hours. He really loves this place and wants to come to it all the time to get his teeth cleaned.. I gave it 5 stars because for the first time in 45 years he is not having problems with cleaning his teeth and we dont have to wait 3 years to go back to get his teeth clean or see a dentist. Thank you very happy customer.

I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Wood and his staff! For years I have had gum recession on my molars that gave me excruciating pain. I couldn’t eat cold food… even strawberries sent me through the roof! Dr. Wood recommended a gum graft where the recession was. I was nervous about how painful it would be, but it really wasn’t bad at all! The relief was immediate, and I can now eat my favorite foods again without pain! I highly recommend Dr. Wood and his wonderful staff! :)

My recent visit with the new Hygienist Mandy, was a very good experience.Before she began, she asked if there was anything about my teeth that it would be good for her to know. Since I have a capped front tooth, I was grateful for her question. It eased my mind that she would not remove it by accident. Also, I appreciated she was very informative throughout the procedure and I never had to guess how it was going. I look forward to my next visit.

Dr. Wood and Carly were amazing to work with. They educated me on what was expected when I come in for my procedure. I was feeling a little nervous about the procedure and they made me feel much more comfortable about it.

I had to have a molar extracted and now I need to have an implant done. I am in the early stages of getting that done. Dr. Wood extracted my tooth and began the process of the implant. So far he has done an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He answered the questions I’ve had so far. His assistant and office staff are also very helpful and professional. My experience with Wood Implants has been excellent.

Procedure performed was not totally painless but appears everything turned out well. Roof of the mouth shots are the worst. Removal of the stitches was painless. All the staff are great and try to make you as comfortable as possible. Always very friendly. I always like going no matter what the procedure.Thanks for saving my teeth.

I waited for about 20 min past my appointment time. The doc hasn’t reviewed my file or looked to see if my X-rays had come in from my dentist. Only to find out after the fact that they were not in network on my dental plan.

Dr. Wood has been taking care of my teeth, gums and overall oral health for 5 years. I have had a rather complicated experience with dental professionals. As a rule, I don’t like the business, the practitioners, or the physical trauma my visits invariably require. I am, however, a huge fan of Dr. Wood’s practice. How did he make this happen. Five reasons. 1) No waiting. He runs a tight shop. 2) Genius with novacaine. I never feel even a whisper of discomfort. 3) Thorough and clear explanations before and after each procedure. I’ve learned a lot about my own teeth. 4) Modest fees. Don’t understand why dental service in UT is vastly less expensive than MA or CA. It just is. 5) Dr. Wood is himself a smart, kind, polite, calm, and highly skilled fellow. I still don’t like having to go, but I’ve learned not to hate it.

The Dentist is good, but the administration lady who picks up phone calls is rude and unprofessional.

I have been going to Dr. Wood for over 8 years and had an excellent experience. He is a clear and careful communicator and makes sure you know what his planned treatment is going to be and how it is going to work out for you. Very patient-centered. His staff are all cheerful and clearly love working there. His care with sanitization and patient protection is second to none. He has done wonders for my dental health, which was a mess when I first visited his practice.

Ive been going here for years. I love every member of the staff and that includes the new folks too! While going to a periodontist appointment is never on anyones favorite to-do list, I dont feel apprehension coming in. They make sure youre comfortable and have everything you need to get through the appointment as quickly and as comfortably as possible. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else!

Outstanding encounter with Dr. Wood! The office was very nice (and convenient for me), the staff were quite pleasant and the parking was easy under the building. I had been having a chronic issue with a tooth and my regular dentist referred me to Dr. Wood to get his thoughts on the value/need for an implant. After a thorough dental history and exam and review of my X-rays, Dr. Wood thought an implant was not needed. He carefully explained everything, demonstrated superb knowledge of the dental issues and had a great bedside manner. I cant comment on what it would be like to get an implant, but my regular dentist has had excellent outcome from Dr. Wood and should my problem worsen, I will return to Dr. Wood. He has a great combination of experience, and youthful energy. I would recommend anyone to him.

A new dentist is scary enough let alone a periodontist who’s going to drill a hole in your jaw, perform a bone graft, then insert what amounts to a large titanium screw. Nevertheless. Dr Wood was amazing. Virtually no pain, very professional and efficient. Super happy with my results. He came highly recommended by my dentist as well as other dentists around the valley who I asked, so I’m not surprised.

I get my teeth cleaned every three months at Dr Woods office, and I am always greeted by a friendly staff and a clean environment. The hygienist is very thorough and I walk out of there a happy camper each time. Dr Wood also did a gum graft where I had recession, and i am so happy about the results! Best emergency experience ever, broke my front tooth off at 4:00 PM, Dr Wood got me in before he left, (Closed at 5:00PM) my new implant was done in less then a hour, didn’t hurt, his staff is so great, look like they love working there, all were pregnant when I went in in September, by my 4 month appointment they all were talking about there kids. Always giving Dr Wood a hard time, he really likes his employees, great environment.

I have been very impressed with the professionalism and personal attention given by Wood Implants. I was a little worried about what the process would be for an implant, and they did a great job of explaining what would occur, made me feel comfortable, and I knew if I had any problems they would be there to help. The actual implant surgery was done quickly and effectively and although I hope to not need to have another implant, if I do, I will certainly go with Wood Implants.

It was very good except the bad news! Brittany did a great job.

I have had to have two teeth removed. One was infected and was removed for the site would not heal do to the infection. The site had to be cleaned by Dr. Wood manually. I plan on having a post place in there in a few weeks. The other tooth had the crown become unattached from the root. The root started to have pain, so it was removed and has healed very well. I am no longer have any cause of pain. The work of Dr. Wood is precise and effective. You can consult with him and he will be open and honest about what is happening to you and what you need to have done!

I recently had 3 teeth removed and 2 implants placed. I was a little nervous, but there was no reason to worry at all. Frist, the staff at Wood implants and Periodontics are warm and welcoming. I have visited Dr Wood for a few issues. I found him to be trustworthy and informative with my care. He is very thorough and gentle in his skill. I have had great success with my implants, and highly recommend him.
