Everything was going well at this provider, except for 2 things, the 1st was I felt that my provider was constantly looking for deadly diseases, and the second was that I was terminated as a patient because they said I had missed too many appointments, but the truth is that the driver that was supposed to come pick me up for appointments just stopped coming. After the 3rd time, I just stopped going to the pick up point. Now they wont allow me to be a patient anymore. Otherwise they are a very good Drs office.

Sacred circle Healthcare really took great care of me . I was in extreme pain due to my tooth that needed to be removed. I called the dentist here and the nice receptionist said to just walk in and see if the dentist would see me ..Which it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had. Im no longer in pain thanks to the dentist. Also they accepted medicaid so I didnt have to pay nothing. THANKYOU SO MUCH 💓

This is hands down the most compassionate clinic I have ever seen. My wife feels so comfortable and well taken care of by everyone here and that is not always an easy feat. This is a great model for healthcare.

Ive had some hiccups here and there but its impossible for any place to be perfect. I really appreciate how kind the staff is and how they have so many services available (Primary care provider, Therapist, Physical Therapist, Dentist, Podiatrist, etc.). Be aware of and careful regarding their cancelation/appointment change rules. You can cancel no later than 24 hours before an appointment with no repercussions. You get 3 times a year where you can cancel/change an appointment with less than 24 hours notice (hey, things do happen sometimes). After that the rule is that you have to walk on and hope that theres an appointment available that day but they will work with you depending on the reasons for your cancelations (the dog/cat ate my appointment card isnt going to fly lol). Overall this really is a great facility and they will even work hard to get you any referrals to specialists you may need and make sure that the specialist takes your particular Medicaid. Lastly, this is a Medicaid only facility and does not accept any other insurance. That being said, they do accept cash on a very fair sliding scale fee.

I have had to see multiple people at this clinic for multiple reason and they all have been very nice and very understanding with my situation. They actually listen to you and show that they care for you. I have been to a couple different clinics and this clinic has been the best to me. I highly recommend going to them if you haven’t already.

Worst experience I have ever had at any clinic, ever! By the time I was leaving I already new I would never be going back there. I took my little sister here to get her back pain checked out and get her back on her medications for her depression. The doctor was good and even sent the medications to the pharmacy there, so we can pick them up on our way out to get her back on them ASAP.When I went out to the front to schedule a follow up and sign a waiver, she needed so she can go to the appointments by herself, she’s 17, the receptionist told me a form like that does not exist. I specifically told him the doctor was the one who recommended it so it must. He said he does not know of one and even read off the instant message he received from the nurse that it was only recommended for the follow ups and nothing else, He just sat there and stared at me like I was making this up. I had to instruct him on how to do his job and told him he should then ask the nurse or the doctor about the form if he wasn’t aware, instead of him trying to fight me on this. Only after I requested him to do that he did.As we are waiting for the correct person to come up with the form, we tried to get my little sisters prescriptions at the pharmacy. The lady we spoke with was impolite and arrogant and stated she will not fill the medications because they are closing in 10 minutes. I stated the doctor sent the medications over awhile ago to be filled so we can grab it on the a out. She foully said she got nothing from the doctor and was obscenely rude that I was asking her to fill it before her shift was over. I asked if it can be transferred to another pharmacy to be filled if they were not going to fill it and she said she does not do that I need to ask the doctor. Now I have to go back to the receptionist to ask that the medications be filled elsewhere and they told me to ask the joke of the pharmacy to do it. I had to let the receptionist know they told me they do not do that. I am outraged with their poor communication and lack of responsibility. The receptionist said he can ask the doctor but she already left. So pretty much SOL until next week.This place is a joke and if anyone thinks this is good healthcare needs to visit another healthcare clinic besides this one. No one should have to fight for their healthcare needs to be met let alone be disregarded like we were. I am writing this review in hopes that someone else doesn’t waste their time and effort here. If you decide to go here good luck.

I have never written a review before but after today I feel like I needed to. They called me in the morning to tell me they needed me to come in a speak with the doctor about my labs that day. My appointment was for 3:30 I was there at 3:08 waiting outside their doors to check in at the covid station. After checking at the main desk, I proceeded to wait at 4:10 I went up to the front desk and asked how much longer, the front desk came back with the message that I was 20 mins late and needed to reschedule. Needless to say I ask for a copy of my labs so I could go somewhere else. The ONLY reason I went there was because I am native and was supporting a native business. I lost an hour of billable time from my work for that...no thanks.

My son has been seeing Dr Butler and Dr Lawrence. He needs ONE form filled out in order to finalize his Medicare. Its been two months and NO ONE will fill out the form and fax it. We have brought the form twice and called numerous times. Not professional at all! We are stuck and might have to start all over with another Medical Practice in order to get help.

Im grateful for Sacred Circle. I have a great therapist and doctor. The Atmosphere is relaxed. The staff behind the desk are efficient and kind. Behavior health has very good therapists. I really like my therapist. Pharmacy is great and professional, and are always at hand to answer any questions you may have regarding your medication. I highly recommend Sacred Circle.

The people that have worked there a long time, are cool. Unfortunately very few of those remain. This place now is less than you deserve. Don’t waste your time. Go to a different place, really. PA’ s instead of real doctors. Changing of staff, doctors with no communication to patients. I could go on and on.

Such a joke. Trying to get anything done with them is the biggest waste of time. Worst experiences getting prescriptions sent out, appointments made, etc. Staff was condescending. Done with this place.

I would not give Sacred Circle a star!!! But have to... to post anything!I have been going to Sacred Circle for 2 years now and yesterday I saw Dr. Lawrence for the first time and she would not refill my sleeping medications because I have pain medication (which I got from the same facility from the pain doc). She was very condescending to me and believes that her way is the only way. And if I see somebody else at their facility they will not give me the medication either (she would make sure of that). My records are on file with what I have been taking for the last 2 years (at their facility) and who I have been seeing (which is about 4 family docs and 3 pain docs) and nobody has ever said that what I was taking was an issue. But she made it an issue! And now I need to find another facility and doc. Very frustrating, I would not invest you or your familys health care in there facility/doctors, you might have to see a different doctor then what you initially saw and that person might have a different option/view and then you are out of luck. This is my health and I have been this way all my life, so I have a really good understanding of what Im taking and they do too, its on my RECORDS.

I was greeted promptly and friendly by the front desk staff and they processed my paperwork quickly. I met with the Nurse Practitioner who was compassionate to my needs. I received a thorough examination. I would highly recommend Sacred Circle. I was very impressed with the staff who helped me.

With this clinic being fairly new and just starting out Id have to say that the care you get from the front office staff is excellent. Pharmacy is also an A+. Providers are a little different, since theyve gone through a few. The ones I did get to see have been wonderful. Pain management docs and staff are very nice as well. I would totally recommend this clinic!

Been going here since they opened. My children love their doctor. It gets really busy, but they do a good job.

Called in, got an appointment within the week. The staff were helpful and friendly. They even offered me water. Being a self pay and/or medicaid patient, I have had lots of bad experiences trying to find a doctor who would accept new patients, and once I did, it was like a factory; in and out as fast as possible, with little concern about the patient. This office was different. I felt like they really listened and cared. Plus, I love their mission and story. Thank You!!!

I have been a patient for a little over 9 months now. The front desk people are wonderful, the clinic was fantastic back in March of 2018, but since then, they no longer have a pain clinic, only 1 PA who is very restricted on what types of medications he can prescribe. All of the other doctors were either let go, or quit and the 2 new doctors they have are female, (thats fine but hard if you have no luck with treating/diagnosing/understanding your illnesses) and, its like starting all over again with a new doctor everytime they decide to put you with another doctor because the doctors disappear. The dental department is very good, the pharmacists are all very nice and try to get the meds to you quickly, and considering the meds are free they are worth the wait. I am tired of the Medical system in Utah. Good Luck wherever you go, I try to be patient with this clinic because they are at least trying to help the people that act with consideration to them and to the staff.

First let me say, I have never been one to trust doctors. Throughout my life, I have been treated badly by nearly every one I have seen. That being said, I went into this clinic about 5 years ago and I have never left. I have found the most caring, considerate, knowledgeable, real doctors you could imagine. There have been some hiccups along the way, some rocks in their path, but this clinic has only come back stronger and better each time. I have brought every family member and friend who needs a good clinic with me and we all feel like family.Thank you SCHC for being the light we needed in the medical community in Salt Lake.

They were all very friendly and professional, but a little understaffed. Ive been twice, both visits should have taken just a few minutes and ended up lasting more than an hour.I posted this recently with three stars, they called me and addressed my concern, i an very impressed!

What a joke. This place is awful. Waited three hours to be told that I needed mental health testing to confirm I really do have ADD even though Ive been using meds for that off and on for 9 years.No-one here ever answers the phone so it takes days to even get an appointment scheduled.I found the provider Kristi to be rude and not caring or personable in the least.Will NEVER go back!

Worst place ever dont waste your time with Sacred Circle. I watched one of the receptionist go get pills right out of their pharmacy and take them and as for me. I Released my info 3 times to them and each time they said they needed something else, even though I specifically asked what they needed. Finally got an appointment after a month and after 3 more appointments and 2 pee tests $400.00 and Im out of medication that I have been on 5 years which I told them I was going to be. They said I was a great candidate and after 2 more appointments, even though I was in extreme pain and suffering not to mention the severe withdrawal symptoms I am having in front of them. That they would start my medication but they needed another release of info from one of the same places I already gave to them. They are horrible

Because you are unwilling to work with your patients that had given you plenty of notice of a family emergency and trying to give you time to coordinate, I missed the viewing of my grandfather that had passed... I never had any problems until their pain management team up and left. Now it is a joke!! If you have pain management needs I would look elsewhere!

Was passed to a new Dr. Without consent or even a heads up because I was not happy with my care. This Dr. told me that I should stop taking my adderall because it may have caused my weight loss. First of all the weight loss was within the last year and I have been taking adderall for over 10 years. Probably NOT the problem. Second, before I was diagnosed adhd I was misdiagnosed bipolar and medicated for that and was not even functional at all let alone a productive member of society. The medication for adhd is the single reason I have been able to work for 6 years now. Good lord!!! Is there a good Dr. out there at all? Dr. Pehrson started something great but once he left it turned into the usual rush and double schedule clinic. I am done.

They are very sincere and really like to help their patients rather than get em all addicted to pain medications. They listen and very caring.

Ive worked here a little over a year and the facility over all is amazing, great staff, and great patients!

The nurse practitioners and Dr. Belnap are great, knowledgeable, friendly and treat you like your part of their family!! Ive seen them all! Kristi Lawrence, my nurse practitioner and her assistant Katie are such a great team, I LOVE them both! One day when I was there to see Kristi, her assistant Katie knew I was terrified of dentists and I needed one badly!! Katie went and got Nick, who runs the dental clinic, to come and talk to me! He talked to me for 10 minutes and told me to come and meet the dentist, which was my wish! I went and met Dr. Woodmansee! And between the 2 of them made me feel comfortable enough to make an appointment! Dr. Woodmansee and Nick and the dental assistants, Claudia and Maria are ALL so great, LOVE them also! Got all my teeth fixed and got partials, so happy!! And Dr. Woodmansee made sure I would get the partials when they were perfect, not until!!! Dr. Hadley, the other dentist is wonderful also! Only saw him once and that was yesterday, but he is so kind and gentle, hes great!! ALL the staff and the pharmacy are wonderful also!! So friendly and really good at what they do!!! I walk in and they all say HI Alison!!! You feel like a friend and not a patient!!! Its actually like going to visit friends instead of going to a clinic!!! Ive been going there for almost 4 years and I LOVE it!!!💘💘💘💘 HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sacred Circle!!!😁😁
