Dr. Hansen and the entire staff at Identity Oral Surgery were beyond wonderful. They were helpful, supportive, and extremely kind. My daughter was very nervous about the whole process before our first appointment and they left us both feeling completely comfortable and informed.They made sure we were informed throughout the very quick surgery, as well. My daughter recovered extremely quick. They even called to check in after the surgery. We were beyond impressed with the care they took and would recommend to anyone in need.

My husband has had a tremendous amount of work needed. Preston and his team have gone above and beyond to make him comfortable through the whole process. Preston was super available and responsive with any concerns my husband had. They communicated everything we should expect and made sure we understood. Preston had great follow up to ensure everything was going well. The staff in the office are extremely professional and very nice. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I went in nervous to have all four wisdom teeth removed, but everyone was kind, efficient, and thorough -- from explaining the process to performing the actual surgery. 2020 is as good a year as any to grow a fifth wisdom tooth, and if I do, Ill be coming right back :)

My experience is with Identity Oral Surgery and I will say that the Doctor is just great, I highly recommend him. Just know that the front office staff is difficult to work with, reaching someone you want to speak with can be tricky and updates on billing are hard to get.

My almost 16 yr old daughter had her 4 wisdom teeth removed. The office was clean and staff efficient. The procedure went very well and by the two week post op check up she was almost completely healed. They take every precaution in preparation ahead of time and treatment afterward. I would definitely recommend them for this procedure!

I had two of my wisdom teeth removed two weeks ago with local anesthesia. The experience was better than I could have expected. Although I was very nervous at first, everyone was so caring and kind which made me feel safe and took a little of the fear away from me.Doctor Hansen performed the surgery in a very gently and highly professional manner. Everything was fully explained to me, and great care was taken to make sure I was feeling comfortable through the entire procedure. Together with his surgical assistant Tami they did an excellent job. No pain, no massive pulling, everything went fast and very smoothly.After the surgery I had minor to no pain at all during the first couple days. I healed very fast and there were no complications. Specifically, Dr. Hansen talks you through surgical prep, no needle pain for sedation, great in office recovery, helpful informative instructions, and at home dental care package provided and a quick and uneventful 2-week recovery with no complications! Dr. Hansen and his team are great! They treat you like family and are very thorough with follow up and what not. They make sure that insurance is billed correctly and know what to do to make sure your insurance pays their fair share. I will be recommending Dr Hansen to anyone that asks.

Amazing stuff, amazing doctor. My son got all four of his wisdom teeth out and was scared to death. The staff was so sweet to him and understood how scared he was. They made him feel so completely comfortable and happy. Its great that they follow up with you after to make sure that everything went okay and to make sure that they did everything that they needed to do to make you happy.

Excellent! I had 2 and a half wisdom teeth removed ( two upper and the top portion of the bottom one). The whole thing was done in 45 minutes and I had significantly less bleeding than a few years ago when a different dentist took out just one of my wisdom teeth. Recovery was great. I waited till two weeks after my wisdom teeth removal to post this review so I could be sure recovery was fine. Also, I get woozy around needles and I appreciated how quick and calmly the staff distracted me while they put in my arm. The assistants were all wonderful as well and seemed to show genuine interest. Highly recommend. I was referred to them from my new dentist and am so glad.

This place is fantastic! Dr. Hansen is a great oral surgeon. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. The staff is awesome too very nice and helpful! They made the experience fun, which is crazy cause its the dentist. My brother came here to get his wisdom teeth removed a month after I got mine out and they did just as a fantastic job. He was worried about the anesthesia but Dr. Hansen explain everything about it to him and gave him other options he could do as well. You can really tell Dr. Hansen goes above and beyond for his patients. I definitely recommend coming here!

Everyone in the office is incredible.The waiting area is very comfy and everyone is welcoming. My daughter had her wisdom teeth out a few weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier with the treatment. Because I had mine out at a later age and not 16 like my daughter, it was hard to determine how she was heal and how it would go. I’m so grateful for a referral to Dr. Hansen. Everything was explained by Dr. Hansen and Tami, start to finish, to make sure my daughter felt more comfortable. I was able to stay with her right up to the medication being given to put her to sleep and kept up to speed on the progress. Surgery was quick but with the healing, I can see taking place, it was done very efficiently. Instructions for aftercare are included to take home, as well as cold packs and prescriptions for antibiotics. When I called with a question, it was answered quickly as well. Two-week follow-up appt was quick and still all the friendly faces. My daughter is a huge fan of Tami. Even in her heavily drugged state, she remembered Tami and didn’t remember she had a 13-year-old brother. So, obviously, everyone here leaves a lasting impression 😉With the service and care given here, I’m not as worried about when my son will need his wisdom teeth out, I know exactly where we will go!Thank you!

I am so happy I had my wisdom teeth removed here. Every single staff member was incredible and welcoming. The employees were very knowledgable. They were very transparent about your out of pocket cost and let you know all of your options. I was extremely nervous to have my wisdom teeth removed and they made me super comfortable with everything from a heated blanket to a painless IV insertion. I highly recommend these guys!

Dr Hansen and his adorable staff were so incredibly comforting and gentle with me. I never once felt like a normal patient. I felt as if they were excited I was there. They treated me as if I was their most important patient. I had a very serious procedure done and Dr. Hansen was available to help ease my fears after I had already gone home. My son has his wisdom tooth surgery and our experience has been excellent. Dr. Hansen and staff were great and very friendly. We did not have to wait long, were given clear instructions before and after surgery, and everything went quick and smoothly. Also, after couple of weeks, we had to come back for consultation on different concern. They scheduled us right away with very short notice and did not charge us for the visit. Great experience to get my wisdom teeth out. They were really friendly and knew what they were doing. I healed up very quickly too.

I have had constant sinus infections for a long time, ever since my former dentist put in implants. I kept telling the old dentist that there was a relationship between the implants and the infections, but he kept telling me I was wrong. I finally met up with Dr. Preston Hansen. He used his modern CT machine and could see I had 3 implants INSIDE my sinus cavity and one that was close to going in. No wonder I couldn’t get better and have been so sick! He took on the task last week of getting the implants out of my sinus cavity, and now I’m healing. There will be work to be done after I’m all healed, but just getting the implants out has made a difference in how I feel. Further, we discovered my front implants are on the outside of my gum! Further proof that my prior dentist was a “hack” and made many mistakes AND was hiding these things from me. People, don’t get implants put in by a dentist! And don’t mistake a nice, “smooth-talking”, charming dentist for a competent, honest one. Love Dr. Hansen! He took such great care with me and figured out how to make my denture work despite my front implants being in the way. And this wasn’t discovered till the surgery. He is amazing.

Dr. Hansen extracted two of my teeth: one the end of January, 2019 and the other one in mid February, 2019. He and his staff made sure that I was comfortable and they explained what was happening and what to expect during the procedures. I had an extraction a few months ago and I have healed perfectly with no complications. I was impressed with the office appearance, and consideration of all staff members. Dr. Hansen was very professional and didnt try to persuade me to accept any particular option but gave me all the info. I needed and allowed me to make own decision. This office was beautiful & our consultation was very pleasant. My boyfriends wisdom teeth surgery went very quick and smooth but things went downhill post op. We suspected around 4 days post op that he had a dry socket considering the hole in the side of his mouth along with a ton of concentrated pain on that side. This being his first surgery we were concerned & decided to call the office for further instruction. Not only did our calls get ignored BUT it sounded like they would answer the phone and then hang up to get the ringing to stop. We left a detailed message and no one got back, after days of trying to reach them- we got through and were treated like we were idiots- if a patient has concerns after a surgery like this - DO NOT MAKE THEM FEEL STUPID. The receptionist questioned everything we said & wasn’t very accommodating to fit him in. He was seen & taken care of but still felt talked down to by the time he left. We are not the professionals, they are! Answering patients questions kindly & acknowledging their concerns would be appreciated! I hope these things get fixed at this practice, won’t be sending people there unfortunately.

Dr. Hansen was very patient with me and my questions and spent a lot of time telling me exactly what my implant surgery would entail. After my first meeting with Dr. Hansen and his staff, I felt like I finally had hope. Before this I had resigned myself to having to live with the difficulties and embarrassment that come from having multiple missing teeth. However, I was apprehensive about having spinal lift surgery due to the fact that I have a pain disease, CRPS and Fibromyalgia. I have not had any surgeries or anything that would cause me additional pain since being afflicted years ago. He explained everything fully and answered all my questions. My son took me to the surgery and back home, Dr. Hansen explained all the aftercare to him. Everything went smoothly, the pain medication he prescribed was perfect, I didn’t have any problems. Now I just have to wait for my gums to heal and the bones to fuse together to get the implants. I am so grateful and thankful to Dr. Hansen and his amazing staff!!

I have had my full upper and lower implants for three years. I doubt anything could have helped my self-image and ability to try to have friends and go out than having upper and lower plates. I feel like its alright to smile; my face feels full and natural; I can go out to restaurants with people; and my new teeth triggered a cascade of self-improvement activities. Prior to this, my broken teeth left me close to housebound. Three years later, I am continually reaping the benefits of strong natural teeth. Seriously, the best investment I ever made.

Dr. Hansen is so awesome, he’s very kind and always makes sure you’re completely comfortable and aware of everything that’s going on. I’m very afraid of needles, and I was going to be sedated to have my wisdom teeth extracted because they were not erupted. So, I expressed to Dr.Hansen that I was afraid and nervous because of my fear, and of course being nervous for obvious reasons! However, he talked to me and made me feel comfortable, and I didn’t feel a single thing! He’s very gentle and caring, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone I know.

Great experience overall. Had all four wisdom teeth taken out and recovery was smooth and relatively quick. The teeth were impacted and the surgery was a bit complicated, but they were able to get them removed with minimal issues. The Platelet Rich Plasma they injected in to the sockets really boosted the healing process and prevented dry socket. I definitely recommend Dr. Hansen for wisdom tooth removal.

My experience with Dr Hansen was first rate. My dentist, Dr Hicks, has an office in the same building -and whos judgement I trust implicitly-recommended him. He was absolutely right to do so. I had my wisdom teeth removed at Identity oral surgery and as my first surgery I cant imagine it going any better! I had IV anesthetic, and I didnt even feel them put the IV in. There was no count back from x number, just casual conversation as they set up and I drifted away. I honestly dont remember much until I got home but they were quite friendly and it was a great experience in general! The office called me a few hours after my appointment to make sure I was doing alright, and the surgeon called later that day as well to answer any questions I had. I was very nervous going in but they has calmed any fears I could have had about oral surgery! :)

Dr. Hansen let me know exactly what the procedure would be and always asked after my comfort. He is very understanding of my being terrified of needles and never made me feel less because of it. His staff is friendly and professional and I recommend them highly.

Dr. Hansen is a great person and a terrific person. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and you can tell he really cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone - especially someone looking for dental implants.

I had my wisdom teeth out this morning, and the entire staff here has been wonderful. They make sure you understand your bill, explain the procedure to you, Dr. Hansen himself is very meticulous in making sure youre comfortable and does a fantastic job of it all. I received a follow up phone call (that I missed because I was napping lol) this afternoon to just make sure Im doing ok and to call Dr Hansen if I feel I needed him. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Really great staff and very patient. I had to get an impacted wisdom tooth out and I have never been put under. I was scared to do that and the doctor told me they could just numb me up and let me stay awake. Even though it was harder for them to work with me being awake, they did it with a smile and reassurance. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Hansen was very kind and helped me all through out my healing process. He really made sure that during post operation I was comfortable with my pain level. The rest of the staff was all extremely kind and made me feel welcome in their office as well.

I had my wisdom teeth removed here with no complications and even though it was a more complicated removal the surgery went great and I healed pretty quickly after, the staff is always very friendly and willing to help, I called them months later because I had some questions and they told me that I could come in right away to get checked up and I thought that was really cool.
