Foothill Dental is fantastic! The office has a warm and caring environment and the dental care is terrific. Rafael went the extra mile to make things happen for us before we were part of the practice and did even more throughout the course of the treatment plan. Dr. Bailey and her team were talented, thoughtful and incredibly kind. It made all the difference.

This was the best dental experience I have ever had. I had a lot of unfinished work from highschool, because my parents never took me in to finish. The result of them not taking me in to finish the root canals, caps, etc. Was lots of cavities, three root canals (with two needing done more than once and one being done a total of three times over my life) and lots more. I come in and they made a complete game-plan for me and got to work. They are fast, efficient and friendly. I didnt realize how much my mouth was bothering me, but Im half way done and I dont even get headaches anymore throughout the week. My bite sits comfortably, and they always make sure to do everything right down to the T. I cant wait to finish the rest of my dental procedures here because I know theyll do them right and at a reasonable price. They try their best to fit things in to your budget and I cant thank them enough for the work they do.

Both Dr. Stohls are phenomenal dentists--which is why I am so disappointed that their office is not disclosing information about their approach to COVID safety--in a global pandemic it is absolutely beyond reasonable to expect that your health care providers (especially ones with their face and hands in your mouth) disclose information about the commitment to patient safety including vaccinations, masks for all staff and PPE. We are so disappointed to leave Foothill Dental, but with unvaccinated kids--its not safe to stay.

I had one of the funniest interactions with the clinic, where they have overcharged us for a bill, we called and asked for a refund. The amount is tiny around 32$. They had to ask the doctor to approve the refund, which as I have been told he denied the request and only offered in clinic credit for that amount.

So glad I came here! I have always had fear of dentists and they made me feel so comfortable! Dr. Bailey and her staff are just amazing. They got me in quickly, and explained everything so I wouldnt be nervous. They did not pressure me into any treatments that werent necessary. Will keep coming here!

I should have done this far sooner, and in different circumstances but I’ve just forgotten an appointment and feel truly terrible because Foothill Dental has the best staff and service I’ve ever received. They are so kind and understanding for insurance problems/questions, scheduling, and even a forgotten appt (even though they personally texted me yesterday to confirm). I am so thankful for all of their effort and have maintained great dental health thanks to them as well. Don’t make my mistake and go to your appointments people!(For the record I’m leaving this review after my own reflection, FD had no influence)

We love Foothill Dental! We’ve always received high level dental care from all the hygienists and dentists. Beyond that—they are the most friendly, caring, and fun office. The staff is amazing and works so hard to accommodate my 7 children I bring in. They are so understanding and work so well with all of us. I’m a patient as well and love going in. I can’t recommend them highly enough! They also are very organized and give very accurate quotes for dental work before it is done. They are the best!

I recently moved back to SLC and visited another dentist that was not good. I went to Foothill Dental and it was an great experience. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, they offer extras like paraffin hand treatments and warm neck wraps which make the visit so much better. They even took x-rays at no charge because the other dentist took some but not the ones they needed and knew that my insurance wasnt likely to pay for them. Very professional and I felt very taken care of!! Sam was awesome and made my teeth feel great after my cleaning. I highly recommend!! Ill be returning only to this office from now on!

I have been a patient at Foothill Dental for many years, I recently moved out of state and needed to have a couple crowns done, I decided its worth still going to Foothill Dental! I was able to get in and have 2 crowns done the same day! Dr. David Stohl and Renita took great care of me, I was even able to watch Netflix! I have never had a bad experience with a dentist, I have great teeth, but the awesome care I received at Foothill Dental needs to be acknowledged. My dental hygienist was so kind and knowledgeable and really took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I was happy. It’s so nice in this day and age not to feel like a number or dollar signs.

Dr. Matt and Rachel assisted me with aesthetic dental work, and I cannot tell you how great, patient, and kind they were. I just love this office! We have been patients for 5 years and are still coming back, even after moving 40 minutes away! Over the past few years, I have become a very anxious patient, and I have ALWAYS hated needles, so I was having serious anxiety about having an implant put in! Everything about Foothill Dental made me feel at ease! From setting up my appointment, to the easy to find location, to the office itself (which is gorgeous, spotless, and comfortable), the staff made me feel relaxed.When I was going to the treatment room, Rachel, my Dental Assistant was kind, interested in my concerns, and really made me feel ‘heard’. They got me in the very next day. Being able to watch Netflix while getting worked on is the biggest bonus. I hope to never look for a new dentist again and I don’t think I’ll have to.

I chose Foothill Dental when I moved to the area several years ago. I was looking for a dentist who kept up with the latest technology as it became available as well as an office that ran on time and had convenient hours. I have never been disappointed. I rely on the texts and emails they send. I appreciate that I dont think Ive ever waited more than ten minutes and it is usually more like two. I love the perks like the spa menu and their soothing office. Ive never had a billing issue and the doctor is great to explain to me the new things hes doing and what is better about specific treatments and products. Im extremely happy with them!

I think we can all agree most people don’t enjoy going to the dentist. My experience this morning, however, might challenge that notion. I called Foothill Dental after I broke a tooth and my own dentist couldn’t see me for a week, despite the emergency. Within an hour and a half I was in a chair being seen by a skilled and friendly hygienist and dentist. My entire experience, from the receptionist I spoke with to the lady that took my payment, was pleasant. Everyone was professional and kind, the office was clean and peaceful, the price seemed reasonable, and the service speedy and skillful. Foothill Dental, thank you, you had a new client.

My experience at Foothill Dental was superb! The waiting room was clean and pleasant and the chairs were so comfortable. The receptionists were so friendly and helpful as I was filling out paperwork.I was there for a simple cleaning and examination. They offer complimentary spa treatments with the cleaning which makes me so excited to go back in six months for my next cleaning, knowing thats a part of the deal. They also have a ton of flavors to choose from for the polishing (thats really important to me. My last dentist used exclusively cinnamon and I hated, hated, hated it).Tabitha conducted the cleaning and was very friendly and professional. Finding foothill dental made me actually start looking forward to my cleanings and check ups! Everyone is nice, knowledgeable, and they take the time to answer any questions you might have. I got very nervous for a filling and they were just really nice about helping me relax and get the procedure done. I’ve switched insurance a few times in the years I’ve been coming here and they’ve taken each kind! They are easy to talk to about insurance, charges, etc. Plus there is a spa menu (no charge) where you can get a warm neck wrap or paraffin wax hand dip while you’re teeth are getting cleaned! It’s far and away the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Special shout out to Patty at the front desk who is so welcoming and friendly!

I had a lot of anxiety about my dental appointment to get a crown and replace a filling. Dr. Matt and his staff were very understanding and did their best to calm me down and empathize with my fears. It ended up being a positive experience and hopefully I won’t be so anxious next time!

No one likes going to the dentist, thats just a fact. But Tabitha and the rest of the staff at Foothill Dental work hard to ensure that each patient has the best possible experience. Tabs is incredibly personable, patient, and friendly. Not only is she just a darling human, she is great at her job. It is thanks to Tabs that I finally quit smoking. She had to have a come to jesus with me about my gums and the effects of smoking cigarettes on oral health and she actually got through to me, so that is a miracle in and of itself!..And how could I forget about the free spa services they offer during cleanings like paraffin hand wax, or a hot eye compress. The office is gorgeous; bright, airy, and clean. Those amenities are great but truly, the reason to go is the incredible staff!

Foothill dental is by far the best dental office I have been too. I had to get my wisdom tooth pulled and they were great . Im going back in 2 weeks for more dental work and I know they will take great care of me. The doctor was amazing and so was his assistant.

However, there are rare and very special occasions when the experiences I have with certain people and businesses compels me to share.The experience I had during my visit to Foothill Dental definitely falls under the category of rare and very special.Brooke is one of the top 5 best dental hygienists I have ever had working on my teeth (she may even be THE best). Here are just a few reasons why:1. After asking me a question she politely takes out the instruments so I can answer without spitting all over myself (keeping my dignity intact).2. When she sees that the water she has been using to rinse my teeth is dripping down my cheek, she quickly wipes it away before it gets to my hairline.3. When she found out that I preferred tooth polish that had no flavor (which isnt one they offer), she scoured the office in search for some in preparation for my arrival and then set it aside, labeling it for my use only.4. *Most Importantly* She laughs at my jokes (this is not why my experience falls under the rare category).I have and will continue to refer anyone and everyone I know who is looking for a new dentist (and not because of their really great referral program).Go check them out!

I absolutely LOVE this office and the doctors and staff! Its so nice to go to the dentist and feel like you are their most important patient- thats exactly how I feel each time I go in for treatment. My cleanings are always very thorough and and the hygienists are so gentle. They took extra care while Im was going through chemotherapy treatments, to not cause bleeding and gave me tons of tips to help keep my teeth strong and healthy during treatment. Dr. Stohl even called my husband to check up on me after I started chemo. I was so touched. The spa treatments are just icing on the cake.

Would absolutely recommend this place, no one else compares! Absolutely amazing staff! Always are welcomed, and feel right at ease, even though youre at the dentist. Maybe the free spa services have a little to do with that. They give excellent service, just a top notch crew!

Foothill Dental is the only place I trust to go, I have been to other establishment around the Salt Lake Valley, but nothing compares to the care I receive at foothill dental. They are extremely professional and the staff go above and beyond to make sure their patient needs are well taken care of.

As a busy 23 year old going to the dentist is never something I particularly want to do; however, my experience with Foothill Dental was outstanding. I had to have a tooth removed 5 months ago and recently had my replacement tooth put in. In total, there were 4 total visits and throughout the process Dr. David Stohl and his dental assistants did everything they could to make the process go as smoothly as possible. They really take care of you and do everything in their ability to minimize pain, get you in and out as fast as possible, elaborately go over any questions you might have, and make your visit to the dentist as enjoyable as possible. Ive been to several dental clinics in the Salt Lake City area and in Park City - without a doubt Foothill Dental has been the best. Their building is clean, organized, and filled with friendly individuals. I highly recommend Foothill Dental to anybody in the area needing a dental visit!

Dont be fooled by all the free stuff and gadgets here. Although the office is new and nice and the staff is friendly and offer free spa treatments among many other freebies they try to get as much money out of you as they can in your dental work. My husband was told he had a cavity even though he did not feel any pain prior to his 6 month checkup. He was told that if he doesnt get it filled right away the next time they will for sure do a crown. It felt pushy and suspicious not to mention expensive even with insurance, so he went to another dentist and had him do a second exam and x-rays. He was told there is absolutely no sign of a cavity and definitely no need for a crown. We couldnt believe it! They try to hook you in with all of their fluff, but then youll be pushed into getting unnecessary dental work and wasting money.

I have been a patient of Dr. Matts for YEARS and he continues to be the most amazing dentist. He and his staff are friendly, personable, professional, and provide awesome care. Highly recommend!

This is the best dental practice in the Salt Lake Valley - or even more broadly across the Mountain West. They are knowledgeable, VERY up to date, top equipment, staff that is amazing, and a facility that gives you confidence and some ease. I am tough on evaluating quality of professional practices - but they have made me a fan.

I am not normally one to give reviews, however, I feel compelled to give one for Foothill Dentistry! They always remind me a week before, and then a day before my appointment. These reminders are nice even if you use a calendar! Sam, my dental hygienist, has always been there to help me understand what my steps were to improve my smile. She coached me to get an electric tooth brush and rinse my mouth with water after coffee! I can not say enough good about this dental office, and would highly recommend this to friends and strangers!!!! #FamilyDentistry

We love Foothill Dental! We have been seeing Tabitha and Dr. Matt for years and they are so good to us. They are very patient with my kids (ages 5 and 8) and make visits to the dentist fun for them. I really enjoy the spa services they offer (free of charge) during cleanings. It feels less like a chore and more like a treat. The dentist can be a scary place and we trust Tabitha and Drs. Matt and John completely.

Dr David and Tonya did a fantastic job! They explained everything involved with the procedure for my root canal, including all costs, no surprises. The entire staff is warm and welcoming.

This was my first visit at this dentist and I am very pleased. The dentist and hygienist really talked to me about concerns and encouraged me to ask questions. They never made me feel like any of my questions were silly. The spa treatment helped me relax during my visit (I get really tense during dentist treatment) and the hygienist was very gentle and kind. Tabitha you are awesome!

My hygienist Samanth was so nice and informative while she cleaned my teeth! She let me know what to keep doing, stop doing, and start doing in order to maintain healthy oral hygiene. I felt so cared for at this office and they really took the time to explain everything to me in detail so I knew what was going on. Dr. David and his assistant Renita were the best! Both made me feel so comfortable during my crown procedure. I definitely would recommend Foothill Dental to any, and everyone!
