STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIS, we had a horrible experience. My husband got a rout canal poorly done by dr Clinton, which caused a serious infection and had to had surgery. We asked for the money back and he just gave the rout canal money back and made my husband sign a paper where he says he is not longer responsible for that tooth at all, my husband didn’t even get the crown money back or help from the dentist to pay his surgery. We could have sued him for mal practice , we just asked him to take care of his mistake but he didn’t , and my husband didn’t even know when he signed that paper what was he doing, English is his second language , this doctor is greedy and not honest

Parley’s Creek Dental has staff that are gentle, timely, and they also have a very high-tech practice. Even after I had moved out of the area, I find it worth it to drive back here for appointments. They are the best!

Parleys Creek Dental was impressive the moment I walked in. From the sleek interior design and clean space, to the professional staff! Like many, I have avoided the dentist office for a number of reasons. My previous dentist left me intimidated and very discouraged. This staff made me feel comfortable and they treated me with great care and patience. I explained my dental history and the hygienist and Dr. Sorensen gave me a clear plan to restore my smile and dental health. One of my main concerns was the hidden costs that come with dental work and I can tell the staff wants the best, most healthy option for you however if you cant afford the work, they dont push you. I appreciate the financial breakdown and showing me what it will costs ahead of time before all work takes place at the next appointment. This allows for me to plan my finances accordingly. I am very satisfied with my results after just one visit. I am excited to start my dental journey with Parleys Creek Dental!

The dental service is stellar, however, going to this place feel like leasing a Ferrari or some high end luxury car that I cannot afford and have no excuse trying to pay for. The people are friendly, so friendly it seems they never had anything but smiles on their faces their whole lives. When I can afford to have dental checkups, I won’t go here. It isn’t because they don’t do a great job, they absolutely do, but I’d prefer it if my dentist felt a lot less like going to a high end car dealership.

I have been to many different dental offices and this by far has been the best one yet! all the staff are very personable and welcoming. Ive seen Dr Sorensen many times and each time I come away impressed with his office. He is very professional and efficient. His staff is friendly and gets me through quickly. I would highly recommend anyone to go see Dr Sorensen for their dental needs.

The staff is prepared and always ready to assist with anything I need. Susie is awesome! The environment feels right, everything looks cleaned and well maintained. Dr. Sorensen is very professional and shows with every interaction that he genuinely cares about the well being of his patients. He also offers payment options that are very affordable, for me this is huge and helps tremendously... if you dont have the whole amount out front, Dr. Sorensen and team kindly works with his patients to make it affordable for you to take care of your teeth.

I’m giving Parley’s Creek Dental 5 Stars because we have a terrible dental plan and Parley’s Creek Dental takes our plan and very few offices take our plan The office is beautiful, clean and the staff is so friendly. They make sure to check your dental plan prior to starting any procedure so that you are aware of any out of pocket cost ahead of time. The office is clean and inviting. The location is little tough to find but for me and my family it is a perfect fit!

Dr. Smith (Parleys Creek Dental) installed a crown for me about 18 months ago and it has been perfect. It felt like a perfect fit on the day he did the work and still feels excellent. He explained the procedure in precise terms and got to work. I highly recommend him.

Let me give you some reference as to why I gave this office FIVE STARS!Im coming from Orem... an hour drive away.But why?! This place does it right. Organized. Trusting. Quick and easy. In-house payment options as well as they offer a membership that gives you 20% off of your dental needs?!? Seriously?!? This place is great.From the decor, the staff, the process, and doctor, everything is right.I felt comfortable and I completely trusted the whole process. I also appreciate the options the Doctor gave me... and he left it all up to me to decide which option worked best for me. ZERO PRESSURE.From the time I walked in, the front desk immediately greeted me. After filling out the paperwork, I was immediately taken in to take x-rays. Susy, the assistant was funny, friendly, and attended to all of my needs while I was in the chair. Jamie was super friendly and helped me with the payment options as well as gave me in-house financing and a membership that covers two cleanings, x-rays... as well as 20% off of my root canal. HOW AWESOME IS THAT?!?I went to a few other places, but can honestly say I have found a home for my dental needs for myself and my kiddos. Thanks to everyone there. They do it right!

Today I had my first and definitely not last experience with Parleys Creek Dentals wonderful and inviting staff, that truly made it one of a kind in so many different ways. From the ease of calling to make an appointment, to the great location with easy access. Then to be welcomed by their Office Manager: Pulcia, who made me feel comfortable and at ease as you wait. For the short time I waited in their respectively clean and comfy waiting room, I was happily greeted by one of the Hygienist: Brook. As I sat down for the routine cleaning, Brook showed a very kind and knowledgeable way of doing her job as well as making sure my needs were being met . As Brook finished up, she asked if I had any concerns before letting me know that the dentist was soon to arrive. I was then greeted by the Dentist: Dr. Smith. As Dr. Smith came into the room, I was met with a hand shake, and the genuine concern of making sure I was taken care of. As Dr. Smith asked about my teeth or if I had any concerns, he then displayed the same to let me know about his concerns and the resolution to handle any problems I felt needed to be addressed. As we wrapped up and headed to the front, I scheduled my following appointment to which I was pleased to be able to find a time that worked around my schedule. Overall this was a really great experience as I look forward for future visits. -Donovan Rogers.

In the past, I greatly appreciated the kind and compassionate care provided by Dr. Dan, his lovely wife Ellen, and the outstanding technicians at Parleys Creek Dental. My last visit, however, left me somewhat disillusioned and frustrated...I have not been back to any dentist since.

Parleys Creek Dental is amazing, the environment, staff and Dr. Sorensen. With the pandemic they have taken all the necessary precautions to keep all of their patients safe. The staff is so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. They are professional and Dr. Sorensen walks you through the entire produces and is constantly checking that you are doing okay while he is working on you. He always make sure you are satisfied and content with the dental work that is done on every visit. He has gone above and beyond not only for myself but for my entire family.
