My priority when going to the dentist is to get a thorough cleaning and there is no other place that Ive been to that is anywhere near as good. I just went in for a cleaning this morning and they literally spent 50 minutes doing exactly that! I currently have braces so it wasnt as easy of a job as it normally is, but they are invaluable, especially my dental hygienist Natalie!

I have been going to the Creek Dental for awhile and now they have a new dentist Rebekah. I had a horrible experience with her and I will never go back until they get a new dentist. She changed my dental plan after I prepaid when I got there for my original treatment plan. I was supposed to get 5 filings I got the and she said NO now you need 6 crowns instead!!!! She scrapped off a filling I had on 1 of my teeth already, then she left the tooth exposed and then I go in a week later to have it pulled and she tries to talk me out of pulling that tooth and now she says I need a root canal and Crown done on that tooth instead to try to get more money of course. Then I told her no I just want to have that tooth pulled its not worth doing all that work to my very back tooth thats in pain now because of her leaving it exposed. Then she request a new x-ray even though she got an X-ray done the week before the last time I was there. Then Im sitting in the chair and she says oh I dont have the experience to pull that tooth you need to go to an oral surgeon instead!!! I asked for my refund since I overpaid by about $55 and they told me that would take over a week or theyd have to wait until the insurances process before they can do that for me. I explained I just started a new job and only have this day off to get this handled ! Since I had to go to a new facility I needed My Refund Now. Which they did not do so I would not recommend this Dentist to anybody!

Best experience here. I had a broken tooth in April. Went here and the experience was not great even dental tech told the dentist she didn’t think compression was correct. He said no it’s perfect. 4 weeks later they installed the crown. I told him then it didn’t fit. He said give it a few weeks. It never fit. Right after Christmas it broke in half. They were awesome about fixing it and making sure it was right this time. No charge to me. The crown now fits great

This dental office has been unparalleled in delivering excellent customer satisfaction as well as genuine compassion & care. Every single individual I ran across at not just one but three locations all In all served me with the highest level of genuiness, thoroughness, & care. I wish I could rate higher than 5 because I’ve never been so satisfied and I have never even left a customer review with any establishment. I was truly blown away. I know at all cost I will strive to stay with this company.

Looks like new owner. Been coming here since I was a kid. Def. miss the Disney factor but it looks nice. The dental assistant cleaned my teeth nicely, she did forget to put floride that I paid for but it was just a communication thing. We’ll see how the new staff is and look but overall, good!

Took my oldest daughter (5) here for a check up. She has major anxiety but the staff were amazing and so patient with her. Natalie immediately greeted us upon entrance and made my daughter feel so welcomed and comfortable before her appt. The hygienist was amazing as well and was talking my daughter through every part of her cleaning so she knew what to expect.

The dentist, Ashley Deering, destroyed two teeth by removing healthy bone and replacing it with large quantity of filling. She got offended when I confronted her. She was talking to her assistant that shes on commission. How would I submit the X-rays to the proper authorities so she never hurts anyone else again?

I went here several years ago for some work. I have never been scared of going to the dentist until this experience. And I’m still not afraid of the drills or shots, I’m extremely nervous of aggressive and lazy billing practices that has cost me a lot of money over the last few years and almost lost me my car. Here’s what happened:Despite being told a price for the work and paying that up front, I was caught off guard months later with a notice I was close to being sent to collections. After calling and being told the issue was being worked on, I was still receiving letters indicating my lack of payment. (Again, I paid up front). This office is HIGHLY aggressive with collections of debt. Normally that seems just fair. They don’t run a charity after all. I just wish they were as aggressive at billing correctly because my insurance informed me repeatedly they had not sent the correct forms from beginning so they could not send over payment. While i would be told on the phone collections were being put on hold, it seemed on my end there was no communication between that individual and the department in charge of delinquent accounts. In the end the problem seemed to be lack of effort on their end in billing my insurance for the remaining amount, but I was the one left holding the bill at the end (my insurance paid NOTHING for this bill and still never got the proper paperwork from them).This month I have finally paid off the remaining amount from added fees, late charges and lawyers fees (yes, I was sued because collections quickly lead to a court date and I had someone calling looking to take my car as a result).Additionally, I am still paying other dentists to fix their crummy work. I have had dentists comment it looked like someone was doing more work than needed. Luckily, I’ve come to find other offices don’t use such scary but sloppy tactics with billing. So far I haven’t run into one that has given me an upfront cost that was off by nearly 1000 dollars.This was a very scary experience and if I can help you have a better time seeking dental services, then maybe it was worth writing this review.

This team was a blessing! We had been searching frantically for a dental office that would take care of our Mom. She needed specialized care and gentleness with other health issues. Our initial phone call was incredibly helpful as Beth went above and beyond finding us an emergency Saturday appointment. When we arrived the whole team, front desk and dentist (Dr. Hulse), were attentive and thoughtful. They explained every step of what was needed, how they would proceed for best outcomes, and made certain our Mom felt understood. Not all dentist offices take so much time and care. This office was an exception! I would highly recommend them!

Creek dental did great with my dental work and very friendly as well. Id give 5 stars except they were unwilling to give alternative to ib ptofen (even non narcotic solution) after pulling out 2 teeth. So if you dont like pain a little bit you might want to find another practice honestly. Other than that they are awesome.

I have been going to the south Salt Lake location for years, because it’s convenient. There’s high turn over and the managers are inexperienced and never present. The atmosphere is for children with the movies playing, the odd colors of each room, etc.My last visit was literally my last visit there. When I went to have my biannual cleaning, the dentist noticed some wear on my teeth that would need some restoration, x-rays were taken and I made an appointment for that. When I was there for the restoration appointment , they lost the x-rays, and the dentist of that day said that she didn’t know why the other dentist recommended what he did. So, she recommended a night guard to prevent me from grinding my teeth. The assistant was so awkward, clumsy and confused. She was roughing all the instruments and placing ten mouth guards with no gloves. She was unsure if there was another size of mouth guard so she asked the office manager that was in there to get me to pay for the guard. Why would a dental assistant ask an office manager if there was another size of mouth guard?? They went to get the practice administrator and asked if he knew about the mouth molds and if she needed to make molds for both upper and lower jaw!! No one knew what was going on and the dentist was busy and the girl that was going to assist the dentist with the restoration left so it was just the uneducated and confused dental assistant. I was so frustrated with the situation I just asked for a refund and abort the situation all together. The dental assistant (big blond with glasses) was an idiot. She told me to go to the front and get my refund. The practice administer, Nicholas, didn’t apologize for the confusion of anything or how the x-rays were lost, etc. I would not recommend this place and I am not going to return.

Recently I went to The Center of Dental Professionals clinic for teeth cleaning. I was met by a friendly dentist assistant who got all of my info. She was super nice and friendly. A female hygienist who did the cleaning was also nice and attentive. On top of that, their finance guy gave me a print out with prices for my teeth treatment based on my insurance. Overall, I had an excellent experience and look forward to returning back.

Staff were all dope and environment was comfortable. I appreciate the vibe and how they helped my kid feel at ease.

The downtown location on 530 E 500 S. I called two weeks ago to make my appointment , they were going to call me back to confirm after checking my insurance which they never did. I called back again to confirm and they said their systems were down. When I walked in to the front desk I waited a long while before being greeted as several workers walked in and passed me by. I was not greeted by the unprofessional front desk worker who was speaking rudely on the phone to another customer, and told her there I was checking in for my 10:30 appointment. She handed me my paper work rudely and annoyingly. I filled it out and turned it in, waiting for another 30 min. She was playing on her cell phone. The staff was unprofessional, the building was unmarked and was dirty and I didn’t feel safe to let them work in my mouth on my teeth. I asked for my paper work back and walked out. Their name should be “the center unprofessional dental practice” . Gross. Don’t waste your time.

My experience with The Center of Dental Professionals has been the absolute greatest! Really great job very friendly staff and the best doctors. Dr Tapp and his assistant David are a joy to be with their work has surpassed my expectations and I can’t thank them enough for their work. I definitely recommend this dental office to everyone and the services here are the best from what I’ve seen as a college student money can be tight and here their services help you out with everything truly the greatest.

The dental hygienists are always positive and friendly. But, I am not impressed with the actual dentists. I take very good care of my teeth and always have great check ups. I went in for a cleaning a few weeks ago and they told me I needed 4 fillings for 4 cavities- I was shocked! Dr. G did the fillings, and although she was very nice, she did a terrible job. She left a ton of flash behind that made my teeth super gritty and left a gap between 2 of my teeth. I asked her to fix it and she acted like I was imagining the grittiness and told me that my teeth would shift over time to fill the gap. I ended up going to another dentist for a second opinion and he was appalled at the work that had been done. He redid one of the fillings, fixed the gap, removed the excess flash, and polished my teeth so that they feel normal again! Ive had other issues with center of dental professionals and Ill never return to them, again!

The first time I visited this office it was fine. But my second visit 6 months later (just a few weeks ago) was awful. Most painful, uncomfortable cleaning Ive ever had, followed by the dentist telling me I have two cavities in the same area of my mouth. I take good care of my teeth. Brush, floss, rinse everyday. So I was surprised when she told me that. I felt like they were pressuring me slightly to get fillings that same day, but Im glad I said no. I went to another dental office for a second opinion, and that dentist walked me through my x-rays to show me exactly what a cavity would look like and that I didnt have any.Im not saying that every dentist in this office is like that, or even that my dentist intentionally misled me. But proceed with caution here.

FIND ANOTHER DENTIST! if i could give zero stars i would. They seem very inexperienced. i had my boyfriend come in for a wisdom tooth removal and they didn’t call to tell us about the co-pay information until 40 mins prior to the appointment. Besides, they told us the wrong amount over the phone... When we arrived it was in fact significantly higher. They forgot to give me the three antibiotics they prescribed him & the head bandage to ease the pain. they gave him way too much anesthesia. hes 6’2” and only 140lbs so he was unconscious the whole way home i had to practically carry him into the house. (id think he would at least be awake.) and when i called them about the antibiotics they didnt even have them ready when i was at the clinic and my boyfriend was already experiencing so much pain. very disappointed with their service.. I did however, speak with a woman named Emma (the star goes to her) who helped me urgently with getting my boyfriends prescriptions to my nearest pharmacy and she was very attentive. Regardless, I should not have had to go through that much trouble. With the amount we had paid I expected for them to make sure we were 100% taken care of before we left. Therefore I will be looking for a new dentist.

I have had a wonderful experience with this office. We love going there! They have a very cozy waiting room with toys for the kids and comfy couch for the adults. I am never waiting very long and they are very fast once you are in the chair. We had the chance to work with an amazing assistant named Jake who was so attentive to my little 3 year old and made him feel comfortable! I hope that we get to work with him again. Thank you for always bending over backwards to help us be seen in times of emergency too!

I have to say despite my trepidation Dental Professionals truly live up to their name. Dr. Garg was nothing but professional, courteous, and seem to truly care. thank you dental professionals no more pain and I had a pleasant experience. I used to do my fillings and cleaning here. Daniella is really nice and patient. My 2 star is for her. However, I scheduled a wisdom teeth extraction two months ago. Today, when I arrived here, the front office told me the Doctor is not here today! I prepared for this surgery two days before and finally stepped into there. They just waste my time. My appointment is at 11:00am. The office is open at 7:00am. Why didn’t you call me this morning to cancel it?

For many years I brought all of my kids to this place. It seemed fine. Last year we decided to take our kids somewhere else as some of the staff is rude and we had one confusing follow up instruction/ appointment advice I didn’t care for. But what really gets me is that a few weeks ago someone from their buisness office called to say I had to pay 3 missed appointment fees for my kids. Well we never scheduled appointments for our kids considering they now go somewhere else. Also they said I confirmed the appointments which I did not! Also I’ve always had text reminders but this time didn’t get them for three different appointments... now I have to pay HUNDREDS of dollars because “they can’t do anything about it” DO NOT use this business. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Everyone was very kind, friendly, and helpful, and the prices at this dentist office is more affordable than most. However, they work a bit slow. I went in for a cleaning that normally takes an hour total, but this took 2 hours total. I waited 30 minutes in the lobby when I first arrived and another 30 minutes after my cleaning.

Wow they are great! My friend at work referred them to me and he was right. They make you feel valued, welcome, and comfortable. I needed some work and due to a cancellation I was able to get a full cleaning and cavities filled in the same day. My schedule is demanding and I really appreciated them working with me and valuing my time too. Everyone from the reception to assistants were awesome. The hygienist Natalie was so thorough, Dr. Garg really cared, and the assistant was personable and helped keep me calm. Thank you!!! This is my new dental team.

The staff is phenomenal here.. From the moment I walked in I was treated like GOLD. Unlike most patients, I do not have all of my teeth due to my past addictions. Because of this, every Dentist office that I have been to in the past several years has treated me poorly because of my lack of teeth. It is very embarrassing not to mention shameful. I had an angel who blessed me with Joy, the Hygienist that cleaned my teeth, she was amazing! She treated me like a person, not an addict. That is huge at the Dentist for me, especially since it is very difficult to go in to any Dentist office with half your teeth missing in the first place. I was treated with such kindness and caring by all the staff. Dr. Cannon was great as was Brenda, their treatment coordinator. I felt like family when I left. I actually teared up too because for once in many years of seeing various Dentists, I finally felt comfortable. I was accepted for me and not judged. You cant go wrong here. The staff works overtime to help you in any way that they can! A 5 -star rating is an understatement, it should be a 10+ :) Thank you for making me feel good about myself. I have loved my experience here at The Center of Professionals. Dr. Albertelli is very good with kids and family members. My personal favorites are Nick and Chelsea. These are very patient and really good with kids and also are great at making you feel comfortable and safe. Great with kids, especially my special needs son. They spent several visits just being nice, showing him the tools, no trauma, no trouble. They then slowly started getting xrays and doing cleanings. At our most recent visits, he got the full treatment, cleaning, floss, fluoride, the works. He now regularly has no cavities, and gives me no problems about going to the dentist. I highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Most of all Danielle who cleaned my teeth was very polite, friendly, helpful and most of all welcoming. I hate the dentist and this time around I actually enjoyed it because how comfortable I felt with Danielle. Overall my experience here was really great and friendly.

My daughter Amanda is currently being seen at The Center Of Dental Professionals, by their orthodontist, Dr. Albertelli and dental assistants Nick and Chelsea. They have done an amazing job at keeping Amanda and myself informed of what they are doing and why. We have experienced nothing but kindness and support as began this journey. I would recommend this place to anyone considering getting braces for themselves or their children.

I honestly love this dentistry a lot, they relieved my anxiety so much when I had to get my braces put on a couple months ago. One of the best dentists there (in my opinion), was Chelsea, and its not just because we have the same name. All the dentists here are super friendly and I rate this location 5/5 stars.

I came into the office for a cleaning and exam. It had been a long while since my last cleaning, and I was expecting an arduous experience. My cleaning was performed by Danielle and it was a great experience. She was friendly, professional, faster than I aniticipated, and the cleaning did not hurt as much as previous cleanings I had experienced. Dr. Cannon was knowledgeable and friendly during the exam. They both gave me great advise and made my visit go better than expected. Strongly recommend.

I will never come back to this dentist. The people were very unfriendly and the Dentist was curt to say the least. My tooth became infected and the dentist suggested I come back in immediately only to have them tell me there was nothing they could do about it. In addition its been nearly two years and Im still dealing with bills because they constitute as specialists. Meaning many insurances dont cover them. Something their billing specialist failed to tell me during my consultation. At one point I was fined a 3 dollar late fee for my payment due to a billing error. They had forgotten to put into their files that my account was on automatic payment. So when I didnt answer their calls or letters they fined me. They then proceeded to fine me 70 dollars for a 3 dollar late fee! Do not use these dentists! They will bleed you dry and treat you like you are the one to blame.

Marwah always greets us with a smile and is extremely proficient, friendly and knowledgeable, she is usually the one we get, but weve also worked with others the level of professionalism here is unsurpassed. And then the doctors are all the best we have ever had! they explain technical terms etc in such a way that I understand perfectly not only how things are being done but why they are being done that way. And Deseree at the front always checks us in quickly and also is very understanding when we need to reschedule appointments.And at the end i would say thank you for the best service.

And then theres Dr Albertelli- he is the best we have ever had! I want to thank the Dentist Assistant, Rafael, for being such a nice guy with my son. It is a challenge to get my sons teeth cleaned, but rafael rocks. He is so patient with kids and has a good attitude toward people. I really recomment this place for its good service. Specially if Rafael is working with kids

I’ve been to multiple dentistries that made me have to months out to take care of my problematic teeth as well infection. I met with dr benson and he got me everything I needed to take care of my infection as well to help me stay comfortable until my surgery date. Which they got me scheduled as soon as they possibly could. I couldn’t be more grateful for a better staff who really cares for their patients. I will for sure be bringing my children here in the future.

Every time after their financial personal would tell us how much we needed to pay out of pocket we would pay it but then get a bill for an unexpected amount. Not only that but every time I try calling to either make payments Id have them talk to my insurance I end up on hold for over 15 minutes and then someone answers and hangs up, the worst part is it happened over 5 times! And not to mention that receptions are super rude! The dentist and assistants are extremely nice and friendly and that was the only reason I kept going for two years.

My experience has been great. Dr.Lobrot is excellent with me. Taking time to clearly explain and walk me through the process. Danielle has been cheerful and professional she really seemed like she knew what she was doing.

Dr.Cannon and Sara did great work on me. I really enjoy coming to this clinic. I will totally recommend this place. They are great with their patients!

If y’all want a better smile with a straight teeth you have the dental office they are the best, they will get you a cleaning teeth really good, and fast. You will get better braces with a nice smile and Danielle is reall fast at cleaning the teeth and she’s really good at it. Trust me the dental office is the best with getting you a better teeth, cleaned, straight, and a nice smile @better braces better smile

Everything was great. Danielle did a great job at cleaning and was way friendly. Dr. Ho was also great. Both did an amazing job and look forward to seeing them again. 👍

Judi was wonderful. Shes a beautiful person inside and out with a wonderful personality. She provided me with great advice about my dental hygiene and life in general. Thank you Center for Dental Professionals for your great service and wonderful staff.

I had Danielle as a hygienist and she was very thorough. Teeth have never felt so clean. Nick was super nice. The front desk ladies were very efficient, kind, and timely.

Danielle was very nice to me, she explained every detail to me and each time I come she lets me know my status and how I need to fix the issues that could show. Awesome in general.Thanks Danielle
