Ive been a member here for several years. The doctors are awesome. Dr. Simone especially has demonstrated that he truly cares and values me personally and all his clients. He resolved an issue for me and he was genuinely concerned. Amber is also great! Your back will thank you!

The doctors at every clinic I have gone to are super helpful and make you feel comfortable. I’m grateful I found them! They are everywhere I need them to be☺️

If I could I’d give them no stars. I am 24 weeks pregnant and went in to get adjusted for back pain. I ended up hospitalized the same night. They caused more pain and injuries than I went in with. When I confronted them they showed no remorse whatsoever I not once got an apology and was told that my obgyn didn’t know what she was talking about and that I needed to come back after getting my catheter removed so he could try again. Do not go here especially if you are pregnant they are not probably trained and will show no remorse when they mess up.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!! I previously used to have their services until last year when i was out of state for work reasons. After which, without my knowledge, they kept taking money from my account without my knowledge until i recently noticed them on my bank statement. I tried to cancel their services through the phone and online, but got denied and was told that i needed to be in their offices to cancel, even if they had my account on display, and despite me telling then that i didnt had the means for transportation. Ive been receiving promotional emails from them, but they never bothered to send me an alert of my more than obvious absence, which ridiculous in this day and age. Long story short, this is borderline robery. THEY MILKED MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR OVER A YEAR, COSTING ME MORE THAN $700. If you need a chiropractor, this is literally the worst option. The other Joint facility in Taylorsville have told me that this one facility has been problematic for a long time.

Went to a couple different chiropractors finally found a fabulous one. If you just want to feel better Dr. Miller is your guy. My workouts are a million times better after only 2 weeks of seeing him. Only been going to him for about a month and I truly feel better in every way. Originally showed up with a bad shoulder, shoulder feels better but he has fixed things I didn’t even know needed to be fixed. He’s a beast. Highly recommend Dr. Miller to everyone.

The Joint Chiropractic is an incredible clinic! All of the doctors are great and very professional. After every adjustment I feel so much better! I have been in sports all of my life and the doctors at The Joint are always there to make sure I can continue performing my best while staying out of pain and focusing on WELLNESS! Love it here and highly recommend it. Everyone is under constant stress and adjustments are incredibly healthy for overall wellness.

The idea is good in theory but the wait even when you check in is ridiculous. I was having issues with my jaw and one of the chiropractors here dislocated it and I had to go to a orthodontist to get it put back in place. Some of the adjustments have been good

Im 43 and just barely went to a chiropractor for the first time to try and help relieve some general stiffness in my hips and lower back. Dr. Simone immediately saw/felt what was going on and after just two visits I was moving so much more freely! Their service is fantastic and the staff is terrific and accommodating. Im a busy professional and Im in and out in a flash. Worth every cent!

If you know you need a HVLA adjustment and dont want to pay a lot or use insurance, this is the place to go. Hence my two stars. If you are wanting a deeper insight into the root cause of your pain and how to avoid reoccurrence, this place is terrible. The conversation is essentially this: SI joint pain on the left side - meWell of course, the best option for you and me is to keep paying us a monthly fee, because you definitely have back issues and our adjustments are EXACTLY what you need, all the time - The Joint.

If I could give zero stars I would before I could even describe my symptoms this wacko grabbed my right leg and yanked it and then I told him I just had knee surgery year before and I have an aroma in my foot I came in because my hip is out of place but thanks for nothing now I’m worse and limping more

Ive had a sprained back, a random pop that causes a pulsing headache, messed up knees, no range or motion, and just awful pain. All of which they have fixed. I tell ALL my friends and family to go to this locate specifically cause I just love ALL the doctors and front people. I would be so lost and over charged with anyone else. I love my joint crew and they just keep getting better with each visit. Love yall! 💜

The joint is awesome. I can leave work for 20 min and get an adjustment. Then back to work and feeling way more productive.

I signed up for a membership based on expectations that were set by the chiropractor on how I would feel after the adjustment. When those expectations were not met, I requested a refund (not of the one-time visit fee, but the membership fee).I realize that feeling better can take time, but thats not the point. The point is that they set expectations that werent met.When I requested to cancel and get a refund, they called me, which was good. However, on the call, the chiropractor told me I was wrong and that they never said what they said. But he wasnt the one who performed the adjustment - he wasnt even there at the time. Very poor customer service.Regarding the adjustment itself, it was super rushed and after learning more about the issue, it was also misdiagnosed. They spent about 3 minutes assessing and 2 minutes adjusting, then they hit me with the membership sales pitch.In contrast, I went to a different chiropractor (not The Joint) the following week. Super positive experience. They spent plenty of time listening and understanding the issue. Then they spent about 10 minutes loosening the area before making an adjustment. Then they made the adjustment. The expectations they set regarding how I would feel afterwards were accurate. They also told me what I could do at home to speed the recovery. Night and day difference...

This was my first time at this location and it was amazing. The front desk girls were friendly and I was able to get right in. Doug adjusted me and did a phenomenal job. I will definitely be going to this location for the rest of my membership.

I am so happy I found The Joint in Sugarhouse! Not only are they affordable (with an amazing monthly option), they are open 7 days a week and have amazing doctors.Dr. Doug Farnsworth has become a favorite of mine. He has a gentle approach, but is persistent in getting the kinks out.

There is a reason why this location is always busy. They are the best of all the joint locations. From the front desk to the chiropractors, they are all awesome and I drive past several other locations just to come here every week.Recommend checking in on the app before you plan to come and get on the waiting list, they are always 1-2 hours of a wait, but it’s worth it!

I was so skeptical about coming to a chiro for my back. I always thought I just had sciatica & after 11 days of being in SO much pain & a thousand people telling me to come to the joint I finally committed. I came and met with Dr Farnsworth & I’ve been soo impressed with my results. The staff is SO kind & the doctors are funny & kind. I feel 1000% comfortable coming and getting adjusted and being under their care. Thank you for helping me be able to walk & stand straight again!!

I injured my back pretty badly and needed an adjustment. I called them and they had me wait at home during the wait time which was really helpful. They were pretty quick to get people in to be seen. and seemed to really be on top of all sanitation protocols for covid and all the receptionist are very kind and knowledgeable.

This is the perfect example of mini corporation that only cares about money and not the well-being of their customers. Horrible customer service and even worse ability to communicate with them. Just awful, I would recommend literally anywhere else. So disappointed.

I was super hesitant to go to a chain chiropractor office but I was pleasantly surprised. I felt welcomed and taken care of. All of the Drs here are amazing! There arent huge up front fees as you get started like most places and if you sign up for a plan it ends up coming out to about $17 per visit.

AMAZING. Ive had back and neck pain for over ten years and both Dr. Hall and Dr. Simone have helped me feel better in only three visits. I HIGHLY recommend visiting them!

I hurt my back while deadlifting in November, 2019 and was unable to deadlift/squat for months. Since February, 2020 I have been going to the Joint weekly. 6 months later, Im back to squatting and deadlifting. I think their prices are reasonable. With the reservation system through the app, I can be in and out of the office within 5 minutes.

I have been trying to cancel my monthlypayment for 4 months. I have called,emailed,filled out paperwork and they still are charging me. The process to cancel is intentionally hard. Avoid this at all costs.

Dr. Simone is the Best Dr. Ever! He make me feel like a new woman. He works on me from head to toe. Always ask how I am an understands what Im needing done. He works with the muscles along with the alignment. An always makes sure Im feeling Fabulous before I walk out the door.

This place gives you free services to give them 5 star reviews. Shady. The chiropractors I saw did a good job, but for sure a shady business model. You can get in and out very quickly if you check in with the app so thats good. There isnt any patient privacy or imaging available so it kind of just depends on what youre looking for in a chiropractor. If you need to just do quick adjustments, this place is lovely, but if you need something more in depth, go elsewhere.

I really appreciated my care with Dr Simone when I was passing through town and sprained my ankle. He gave me incredibly thorough and compassionate care. I wish he was in my town! I considered staying an extra day in Salt Lake just to get another adjustment.

Great prices and quick service! Nice people and it get the job done even though it doesn’t have all the elements of a regular chiropractic visit that would normally be more expensive. Many times I could not afford a $60 adjustment and so happy I could still come here and be worked on regularly still like when I was pregnant! The Joint has literally kept me on my feet for the past few months. I am an active and healthy 40 something mom. When lower back pain began inhibiting my daily workout regiment I started going to Dr. Simone at the Joint. With regularly prescribed chiropractic visits I was able to not only get back to my workouts pain free but get stronger and happier because the pain is no longer a factor. Im so excited to have the Joint as a part of my weekly regiment to stay pain free, strong and happy! Plus I love the online waiting sign up feature! I have only been coming to The Joint Chiropractic for a few months but I am already feeling the benefits of coming on a regular basis. I am getting the range of motion back in my neck. I like that I can check in on the app so when I show up I don’t have to wait very long. Dr Simone has taken really good care of me. I felt like their first priority was to sell me a monthly wellness plan subscription. My well-being was second priority. They did provide quick pain relief from a pinched nerve though. It was quick and convenient.

Cancelled my membership with them years ago and they refused to do a one time adjustment unless I reactivated my membership for much more than the cost of the single visit I wanted.I only need one adjustment not the $70 monthly plan. Absolutely ridiculous that they wouldnt see me when I was willing to pay the one time fee for the adjustment.

All of the 4 doctors are great. I like to rotate between them depending on my needs. I was in severe pain through the shoulder and arm. Now almost back to normal in 3 months with regular visits, exercise, stretching, acupuncture, icing. The joint has been an integral part of my recovery. If you understand how the subscription works it is very affordable. No nonsense just get in and get adjusted and get on with your life. So glad I found this place.

I injured my back 25 years ago and once a year I would do a normal activity, throw out my back, and barely be able to walk for a week. After a few months of regular treatment I was able to do things physically that I haven’t been able to do in years. Weekly chiropractic adjustments are the answer for me. The Joint has skilled professional staff, and is a great value financially.

Check in and waited forever. After they got me back it wasn’t any better then it was. This is like the fast food of chiropractic, don’t expect much. I will be going to a professional.

Wonderful place. I have a bad disk in my lower back that has troubled me for years. The only way I have been able to manage it is regular Chiropractic visits. I get a weekly visit for about $19 (dont remember exactly) and it keeps me walking straight and out of pain. Friendly staff, great service. Frankly couldnt live without them.

All 4 chiropractors at this location are excellent. Dr. Martin got rid of the pelvic pain I was experiencing during the last part of my pregnancy, and he got baby to move from breech position to the correct position. When my water broke and I never went into labor and was starting to get worried, I went to Dr. Peterson for an adjustment that evening and then went into labor in the middle of the night (a quick 5 hour labor!). Many people think that youre just going to get a standard one-size-fits-all adjustment here, but these chiropractors are knowledgeable and experienced and really know what theyre doing! Any time Ive gone to them with a specific issue, theyve known exactly what to do about it and they take the time to work on it. There have also been several times Ive walked in just a few minutes before closing time and I am still greeted with a smile and they still take their time with me. They are real professionals.I opted for the membership because of the incredible price (4 adjustments a month for $69 and only $10 for any additional adjustments that month). The 4 visits expire when the month is up, so you have to make sure you use them before then. But when my newborn was diagnosed with a heart defect and had to have surgery and would be in the hospital for a few weeks and I needed to stay with him, the owner James made sure I could still use the visits I was paying for, at a later time when my baby was back home and recovered. That meant a lot to me that I had one less thing to worry about.Im glad I found The Joint. They make it affordable to receive quality chiropractic care on a regular basis. Why cant all chiropractors do the same?

The doctor and his team at sugar house are top notch! Before I came to the joint chiropractic I tried quite a few chiropractors- all were either too expensive or did not do adjustments to my liking. I travel a lot so I always drop by Sugar House location. The entire staffs at sugar house are truly amazing, caring and friendly. I couldnt ask for more in a team. I came to the good doctor with migraines and a very sore back. Not only were my migraines absolutely gone after my first visit, but after subsequent visits, my back pain has been reduced to almost nothing. In addition to helping align my spine, relieving built up tension, the doctor also showed me stretches for my legs and back as well as exercises to correct my posture problems. In short, my experience has been marvelous. Prices are very fair and they are very flexible with scheduling appointments. I would highly recommend The Joint Chiropractic - Sugar House location!

My experience with Joint Chiropractic was not a good one, frightening really! I prepaid 7 total session but found after the third session I could no longer use the service since my feet went numb when I stood up and my back cramped to where it was uncomfortable to drive out of the parking lot. I thought it to be temporary but it lasted several days. I currently have 4 unused paid sessions and three gifted sessions when I signed up, Im a man who made the commitment when I signed on the bottom line but I WONT be returning to The Joint chiropractic for the remaining prepaid service. Be careful, this is your health they have in their hands.

Total scam. I’d forgotten to cancel a membership after being hurt at the clinic. Their offer was a few more complimentary visits and absolutely no refund, so I lost a decent amount of $$. My twin, his girlfriend, and one additional friend were all hurt by the overly exuberant practices. Pay for a real chiropractor if you’re trying it at all.

I found this place by accident and Im so glad I did. Ive been seeing Dr. Simone as prescribed and my back issues are so much better. Theyre fast and affordable. If youre looking for a good chiro this is the place.

In addition to the business model the owner is committed to serving both his patients and works tirelessly to help support the surrounding Sugar House Community! My first experience with The Joint was very positive. This was my first time ever seeing a chiropractor, and they were very understanding and very thorough. After filling out some paperwork and watching a short video, I saw Dr. Hale (I think thats how to spell it).He was very kind and friendly, and took everything into consideration. He was also very careful to explain everything he was looking for and going to do (all while making jokes), which put me right at ease. He was also careful to let me know when he was going to make an adjustment and gave me breathing time when I needed it, especially after my first neck adjustment. It was what worried me the most but afterward I told him it was way less terrible than I thought it would be! Afterward we talked about my course of treatment and he gave me a clear picture of what I could expect and what results we could both look for. Dr. Hale overall was very kind, thorough and helpful. The next day they called to follow up which was really nice.I also was very pleased to see a wide variety of people coming in and out. There were people of varying shapes and sizes which helped me feel less out-of-place as a plus-size person. They treat all kinds of people with respect and dignity.Overall, The Joint is a great place for affordable chiropractic treatment and I look forward to coming back.

Gentle and friendly service that is just what the doctor ordered!I live a very busy lifestyle and dont have a lot of time to sit in a Chiropractic office for an hour. I was pretty excited to hear about The Joint.I have a nerve condition in my upper neck from an old snowboarding accident. It causes my head, neck and upper back to be very painful.Upon my first visit, Dr. Smith took the time to really listen to my needs and worked hard to address my concerns in an efficient manner.After my first adjustment, I was feeling really good. Dr. Smith suggested a series of regular adjustments. Since going in for these adjustments, I have noticed that I have very few flair ups these days and just feel better all around.I recommend Dr. Smith to all my friends, family and coworkers. I really like how quickly the staff get me in and out. No appointment needed!

Dr Tony Simone is the guy to see if you are having any type of back pain. I would strongly recommend stopping by for a consultation. The Joint is wonderful. I had been dealing with 2 other chiropractors this year, and Tony is the only one ti start fixing the issue.

Had a great experience at the Joint. The staff was very friendly and I loved the cool atmosphere. I really like that fact that you dont have to make an appointment. I’ve been coming here for years. Great price to get adjusted weekly. The downfall is I feel like their turn over rate is high so the care is never the same and the receptionists upfront aren’t as attentive.

The joint is essentially a scam. They do not incorporate any physical therapy into their work and do not reset anything other than the spine unless asked. If your chiropractor does not take x-rays do scans or incorporate physical therapy they are not worth paying. For $60 you can see a real chiropractor and get much better results. Only go to the joint if you just like getting your back reset because it feels good. If you have medical issues integrated wellness is a much better and effective option.

Every joint location Ive been to hasnt been the best of best experience but this location is by far the worst! The receptionist always looks like she hates her life and the doctors herd you in and out in of your adjustment as fast as they can. The whole thing takes less than two or three minutes. I felt like to them I was not a human being with my own unique joint problems. I was just another standard adjustment, no matter what specific pain I tried to explain I had. Super uncomfortable.They also nickel and dime you to death, and when you sign up for their monthly plan they dont tell you all the fine print. It is absolutely my own fault for not reading all the tiny little clauses in their contract, but they should mention (while youre signing up) that you will have to pay for an entire month even AFTER you cancel or they will hunt you down and send you to collections. It is especially frustrating when I now live two hours away from any Joint location so Im paying $70 for adjustments I CANT EVEN USE (and they expire within the month, so I cant even come in to use them if I ever visit.)Overall, the point is that you are not a person to them. You are just another pocket to take money out of. Nothing, even up to your specific adjustment is personal at all.

I love The Joint in Sugar House! Its so affordable and with the simple month to month plan the adjustments are only $12.00 each, with no long term contracts. The staff and owner are so friendly, its easy to get in, the location is great. As a massage therapist of 21 years I do refer people for chiropractic care and Im particular on who I send them too. I feel great sending my clients to The Joint. Great care and none of the hassle.

I have been an individual who travels a lot, and I have always come back from each journey only to relax on Sugar House. This is really not because of there are no other places to go, but basically because of the high quality of the staff and how friendly the front office staff are. Their services are affordable, convenient, and I love their awesome and well mannered staff.

My husband and I used to come here for occasional pain management. The last time I was there the doctor tired very hard to get me to buy a subscription wellness plan. He was persistent even after I told him no. Today when my husband went, the doctor told him that unless he bought a subscription, he needed to find another doctor. We will absolutely not be going back.

Woke up with some neck and upper shoulder pain yesterday, and knew I would need an adjustment. Was able to go in as it is all on a walk-in basis. They had me watch a video on their nook tablet explaining chiropractic medicine by some Aussie or Kiwi guy. A bit of a bore for me, but an excellent idea as far as the general public goes. Gives you all the info you need to know and without reading, which most people would probably just kind of scan over. Got an assessment and an adjustment. The doctor (apologies, do not recall his name) and I did disagree on treatment overall. I am of the school of thought of, run me through the ringer and well see if it works. If not, Ill come back and well go from there, whereas he is of more conservative thought doing no rotational adjustments and putting people on a weekly plan. Excellent, safe and preventative approach, but not congruent with what I want and for that reason I will probably find someone else if I need an adjustment again. But overall, the customer service was fantastic and excellent communication of methods, plans, etc.

While driving through on 24 hour road trip, stopped in to get a tune up and maintenance care. The care and adjustment were exceptional!! I have been receiving chiropractic adjustments for 20 years and cannot count how many different chiropractors I have been adjusted by. Dr. Peterson had great hands and a phenomenal cervical adjustment. He even got my mid-back to move which is generally very tight and was even more so from sitting in the car.I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for affordable convenient care!

Great place. Friendly staff. It definitely helped. It did take longer for my visit than the many others coming and going but that was likely due to the paperwork, information I received at the visit and the membership I was talked into, but they did it with class.

My wife and I stop by regularly and every doctor they have is top notch so we are not worried about which of their great staff is/are going to be quickly sending us on our way. Today the owner James let us in RIGHT at closing time. Our bad we were last minute but very nice of the crew to let us in for instant relief of what was ailing us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS!!

I love the joint. They always take great care of me. I recommend The Joint to everyone I know. Never to long of a wait and usually in and out within 15minutes.

After a series of overpriced visits to my regular chiropractor I decided to try The Joint Sugar House clinic to see what they can offer for $19. Wow, what a great visit with Dr. Lindstrom. He has a lot of experience and great bedside manor. I felt very comfortable and after my initial visit decided to try the monthly membership plan where you get 4 adjustments for only $49. Going to a chiropractor is like going to a gym for your spine. I was able to get back to the things I enjoy and have referred many friends and family to the Joint. Very convenient as well since they are open 7 days a week and I can just walk in without an appointment. If your traveling you can also use it at any Joint location. Great concept! I am hooked

I arrived to The Joint tearfully distraught, and unable to move from my car due to intense lower back pain. Dr T. Simone ran outside and carried me from my car to his chiropractic table. Like a real life superhero! He continued to work with me over the week, and now over months. Ive never felt better! And my spine has never felt more aligned!

Looks like the same thing happened to us. We came in for my husband to get adjusted and were told that because he was a new client and we werent there 40 minutes prior to closing time that he couldnt be seen! Very frustrating, it would be worthwhile for them to put this on their website so people dont waste their time driving around!

I do not know what I would have done without The Joint! I was unemployed and I had neck and upper back problems. I really needed affordable chiropractic care and I found it at The Joint. The doctors are excellent and the staff is very friendly and professional. My condition has improved so much!!Now that I am working again, I love the convenience. They are open until 7 pm on weekdays and until 4 pm on Saturdays--perfect for busy people.
