His practice is in a truck stop but will not take walk-ins the guys a real jerk says appointments only Ill never darken his door again.

Ive been getting my d.ot. here for geeze alot of years.. great guys friendly , knowledgeable, always willing to help anyway they can. Fast and professional but they are also quick witted and always have a good hilarious joke. They make the process light and stress free.

Dr Izzy is a MUST GOTO for your DOT. Hes very personable and well educated. A major conveinence being right upstairs at SAPP BROSHes not into multiple unecessary money laundering tests like CONCENTRA and all the other big box places but he is very thorough and is an excellent CHIROPRACTOR. Anyone who us in the know knows about him.... He performs thousands a year for over 10 years now. I wont go anywhere else.

Great guy. Appointments are preferred but took me as a walk in later that day. Very thorough and worked with the extra requirements of my trucking company. Dr. Izzy is very friendly and knowledgeable and Im not from the area but I was glad to find him for my DOT exam.

Always a pleasant experience here. The staff are very personable and friendly, as well as professional and courteous. This is my go-to for DOT Med Card renewals.

5 Stars just doesnt do this Doc justice! Funny, Personable, No-nonsense just gets you in and out with your card. $80 (2019) If youre OTR call for an appointment in advance, then just spend the night here. Locals DONT go to Concentra.. they still make drivers take expensive CPAP tests that ARENT REQUIRED BY THE STATE/DOT!! My company scheduled and paid for my Concentra visit.. no thanks.. I drove over to Dr.Izzy!

I went to Dr. Izzys Chiro Stop on 04-14-2010. I was very pleased with his professionalism.. He was very clean and friendly. There was not much waiting and he was there to help. Faxed my forms to my company and made sure i was happy!.
