Dr. Lane was able to relieve the pain in my back and soon enough I was able to safely finish my renovation.I continue to see Downtown Chiropractic because of the professional and friendly service extended to both myself and my husband.As a member of the LGBT community...my husband and I feel incredibly welcome when we visit and beyond the medical, the doctor and staff never fail to ask questions such as; how is school, how is work... Did an excellent job getting me in the same day and was able to get follow up appointments quickly. Dr Lane and the staff have been great.

The chiropractic care was fine. Nice doctor and always felt better after. The issue I had was that they were listed on my insurance as a provider with copay, but claimed my insurance didn’t pay enough so they billed me extra on top of my copay. Had I known that they were going to charge me for extra services I would have not chosen them as that’s the whole point of having health insurance. Kind of a bummer. Make sure your insurance will fully cover or expect extra bills in the mail.

Dr. Lane is a fantastic Chiropractor. He has provided me excellent care, information and products for a healthy and natural recovery. I trust that he will offer me the best care every visit and is very personable and friendly. I also highly recommend their massage therapy, as this has been a true game changer for my back pain.

Dr. Lane is a true professional! I have come in with some pretty rough back issues and have always made big progress soon after. He is as knowledgeable and capable as they come, and can pinpoint problems and offer solutions very quickly. He is very honest and will give you a proper plan to help you improve and recover. He cares about helping people. The whole staff is very friendly, experienced, and accomodating. They provide en excellent atmosphere. I would recommend to anyone!

I developed progressive weakness in my arms and hands with tingling. Dr. Lane diagnosed a cervical spine misalignment. With once a week treatments my problem completely resolved in a month and has not recurred ( 8 months). The staff at Downtown Chiropractic were professional and very accommodating. I have been going to Dr. Lane for 8 years. He and his staff over the years have been wonderful. Dr. Lane truly cares about his patients.

I had some pretty intense back pain for a few months and was desperate. I tried PT, acupuncture and massage, and all provided only temporary relief. I started seeing Dr. Lane about a year ago- chiropractic does take time and I had to see him 3x a week at first but the treatments tapered off as the pain receded and after a couple months I was completely pain free! I now need an adjustment every few months or so (I do extreme sports so often tweak my back/hip, etc), and I always feel complete relief after the adjustment. Dr. Lane is also very nice and very honest. I would 100% recommend him to anyone in pain or just seeking regular maintenance.

I have chronic pain from a neuroimmune disease, and Dr. Lane’s adjustments in conjunction with my other doctors’ treatments have been completely life-changing for me. He really knows his stuff, and it shows in how he cares for his patients. I honestly can’t say enough great things about him and his staff.

The best chiropractor on the planet. I moved away from slc and cant find another chiropractor who comes close to Dr Lanes excellence. I always feel better and get long lasting results when I go there. He really knows regret he is doing.

I have been a patient of Dr Lane for many many years and he has always given wonderful care. I have an ongoing low back problem which he helps keep under control. He has always been able to treat other issues that have cropped up periodically (and painfully) in my neck and shoulders so I have been able to walk out of the office pain free after one visit! He has also referred me to other excellent doctors (e.g. podiatry) if I have had an issue that is not within his area of specialty. He cares and he is great!

Although it has been several years since I saw Dr Lane (I moved to another state), I remember his kind smile and laugh, and feeling like I was in good hands (no pun intended :) ).

I would highly recommend Dr. Crane. I came into his office after an auto accident with terrible neck, shoulder and back Pain. He took the time to listen to me and my concerns. Dr. Lanes medical assistants were wonderful. Dr. Lane was ok, but I was miraculously released from treatment when my PIP was exhausted. I went to a real chiropractor who took xrays and carefully examined me. What I saw on the xray was shocking! My injuries were much more in depth than I had realized. Its been several months and Im still being treated, Meanwhile, Barbara, the receptionist, is what makes this review 1 star. Barbara is condescending and rude. One time, their massage therapist no showed. They didnt bother to tell me she wouldnt be in that day. But when I was 5 minutes late to get a massage on a later date, Barbara sent someone else in my place, and when I arrived, she told me id have to wait until someone gets around to you. I have a small outstanding balance that Barbara demanded I pay for myself,, or get a lein. When the lein didnt come quickly enough, she threatened collections. My attorney contacted her to create the lein, but Barbara said too late. pay by 5pm today or its going to collections. And finally, when I asked for my medical records, she refused to turn them over until my balance was paid in full. This is so illegal!!!! So, Im looking into a malpractice suit against Dr. Lane. And Im reporting him to DOPL, and Im filing a complaint with HIPAA. My advice though? Stay the hell away. You can get better treatment virtually anywhere else.

I am new to the area, so when I hurt my back I couldnt just go to my old chiropractor. I picked this one out of the book and scheduled an appointment. After an assessment and not much else, was told to come back next week. I was in pain and needed something besides an assessment. $100 later and Im still looking for a chiropractor that will actually do something when I come into their office. I wish I could get my money back.

Dr. Lane ROCKS! I am lucky enough to possess a herniated disc that delivers on several levels of pain when I abuse it. He came in on a Saturday and rendered some great pain relief. I have seen him regularly in a maintenance mode for the last year. Friendly and professional staff.
