I have been so impressed with the Salt Lake office. The receptionist, Dr. Bekwelem and his MA Eliza are incredible! When I come in for my appointment, the staff makes me feel like Im the only patient. Always positive and you can tell that they love their job, not just there for a paycheck.

Dr. Klein is the most competent clinician Ive had the pleasure of working with. He is detailed, personable, studious and unafraid to address concerns outside his specialization.Ive found his MA Nicole diligent, following up promptly. I feel a tremendous debt of gratitude for their assistance.

I had a heart attack and was transferred from Mt Point Medicalcenter to Intermountain and Dr Cox took over as my doctor. From the first meeting he made me and my family comfortable and kept us informed every inch of the way through Aortic Valve replacement and recovery. He was encouraging and always there to answer questions. He explained exactly how the surgery would go and it turned out perfect and by the way, I had virtually no pain except when I coughed or sneezed. No pain medication after surgery. I have felt better now than I ever have at least in the past many years. He absolutely saved my life. I would definitely recommended Dr Cox and his amazing cohorts to anyone.

In this office, there were several of the surgeons that operated on me, all at the same time. A week after my twins were born, I had extremely life threatening complications, one of which was a 5 inch clot in my lower veena cava vein creeping upwards towards my heart. This team, and several others at salt lake regional hospital saved my life. Dr Jordy Cox was there when I woke up from my coma, and explained to me what was done. I stayed in the ICU for 16 days afterwards rebuilding my strength, in order to go home and care for my newborns. Dr Jordy Cox saved my life, and I cannot thank him enough!

Im absolutely astounded at the level of incompetent patient care and unprofessional employees here. My husband had a full stress test three months ago- the provider who read his results to him told him he was fine- just the same anomaly left from my husbands heart surgery. If hed bothered to look and compare the charts, he would have seen the anomaly was on THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE HEART. We didnt find out about the issue until two weeks ago when my husband went back for the results of his blood test. The employee then casually mentioned hed probably need an angiogram and promised to call us the next day after checking the charts from his heart surgery. Not a word for three days. We called the office repeatedly and never reached a live person. My husband actually drove down to the Salt Lake office with his phone still ringing and trying to reach someone and found three office girls lounging around and playing on their phones. He spoke in person with another assistant who promised to get the issue addressed and call us back. That was last Thursday. We finally spoke to the original tech today (Wednesday) who was apparently On vacation in Wendover, and told my husband shed schedule an angiogram for next week. Ive never seen such sloppy, lazy patient care. Im writing this review now, because if my husband does need heart surgery, I want them to actually be paying attention this time. If we werent trapped here by our insurance, we would be gone by now. Do not come here. Run. Run screaming and find someone else.

Forgot to call me and let me know there system is down and I could not be seen. Didnt. Offer to find another time just said I can sit there and wait all day and hope it comes back up or I could call back later and they might be able to get me in. What a joke.
