These people scammed me out of $300. They said my insurance company changed their policy and I needed to fit the bill for a rapid COVID test administered over 8 months ago. My insurance then would be sending me a check for $300 to reimburse me. I followed up a month after and they said they had not yet sent in the claim, the woman on the phone assured me should would send it in by the end of the day. This was 3 months ago and they refuse to answer the phone for me or my insurance company. Insurance has no record of them submitting a claim. Avoid this clinic at all costs!

Very unprofessional and rude. Customer service was horrible, they didn’t explain anything about the COVID test. I had an appointment for a rapid test and it took me an hour and a half to get the results. Left voicemails and never got back, finally I was able to talk to them and hang up on me. If you can choose another clinic please do!

Avoid Olympus Health. Do not pay for a Covid test upfront. Insurance is required to pay for Covid tests.My insurance company mistakenly sent my refund to Olympus and they claim they never received it. I now have proof with check numbers.This place is a total scam. Do your Covid testing somewhere else.

So quick! Had my swab test at 11:30am and got the result just before midnight. Even though I paid for rush fee but its worth paying than not having the result on your travel date. Very efficient and the staff did not leave until I got my email with the token number. Thank you very much!

I got my test a while back. I called before asking if I could get a pcr test with expedited results for traveling. I needed it within 3 days. So I didnt even need it that fast. They told me that I couldnt get my results expedited but that they would try their best. Long story short, it took 6 days. I got rejected when I got to my location because the test results hadnt arrived and I had to fly directly back. I called and complained and they said, Well why didnt you ask us to expedite the results? LOL. To add onto this, they said the test would be covered by insurance and be at no cost to me. I specially asked before hand if my insurance was one that covers it and they said yes. Months later they made me pay $400 for the PCR test that literally showed up 3 days late and supposedly was going to be covered. $400!! No one else charges that expensive. So ridiculous. Im attaching the picture of the paid invoice to this review so you know Im not lying. Anyway, go ANYWHERE else.

I brought my two daughters in for antibody testing. My one daughter had a meltdown about the fingerstick and everyone in the office was so lovely, patient (even when mom was joining in the meltdown a little), and they were very understanding. It made the experience less stressful for me and I didnt feel judged or that we were a burden. It was very appreciated. The staff are very friendly and professional, a wonderful mix.

My experience was very good. Everything went smoothly and staff was friendly and helpful. I wish you provided receipts for the cost. I’ve been there 3 times and they never provide me with a receipt so I can get reimbursed.

Decent but not great. No real explanation about the test. Just handed me a piece of paper that told me my results. Didn’t really even hang around long enough for me to ask a question when I asked they were already walking away and didn’t hear.Figured they would at least be a little bit of consultation.

I traveled to Salt Lake City from Canada this week and as required I needed a rapid covid test result for my return. This being my first visit to SLC I had no clue how this will work out and was pretty nervous. However the first call I made was to Olympus and Alexis was phenomenal from that first call to the appointment day. She was prompt in her responses, had very clear information and above all was friendly and great to talk to. Since this was a mobile appointment she ensured she was on time to collect the sample which was as early as 6:30AM! And I got the results within 24 hours! The experience with Olympus was seamless, humane and caring - all you need in the medical world and they are fortunate to have people like Alexis on the team!

Staff was friendly and the person performing my test seemed to do a good job to minimize discomfort. Expect to wait a while despite having an appointment time. I waited for half an hour after my appointment time (which I was on time to) before they tested me. I understand that as covid cases rise again, testing centers are busier, but they should adjust their appointment schedule accordingly. I also wish they would actually answer the phone when their instructions are to call in when you arrive for your appointment.

PCR testing experience was exceptional in preparation for my upcoming international travel. When another outfit in the Salt Lake City area advertised and promised that they could provide me with the test needed to enter Japan, I arranged for an appointment with that outfit. After relying on these promises, the other outfit could not perform. Fortunately, Olympus Health was there to save the day. The personnel were friendly, prepared, and professional. The individualized assistance and quick turnaround were lifesaving. Would definitely recommend.

I was able to call and spoke to a real person without any hold time. I was then able to quickly book an appointment for the same day. Sent my son and his results came back in 10 minutes.Then I took another child there a few hours later. Same great experience. However my daughter was feeling some anxiety about the nose swap. It took her about 25 minutes to allow the medical assistant to swab her. He was so patient. He kept reassuring her she was fine and was never short or impatient with her. It was a fabulous experience.

The people who work at this clinic are not doctors. They are not nurses. They probably have no medical certification(s) whatsoever. Olympus is nothing but a bunch of “woke” TikTok warrior scam artists trying to look like they’re doing something legitimate. Get real jobs!

Felt Unsafe at Olympus Health & Performance.I Had a rapid antigen test today following an exposure over the weekend. This is my 9th or 10th COVID test over the last 18 months and was by far the least professional. Beginning with poor organization at check-in done by a kid with a surgical mask falling off his nose using a tiny post-it pad to take down info. Then ending with a completely unmasked person bringing me my negative results. Im sure she thought since I was negative she didnt need to mask, but at a COVID Testing center she is likely exposed often and should be masking always. The only positive part of my experience was the woman who administered the swab test. I will not be returning should I need another test in the future.

Lauren and the staff are amazing! Its awesome to find a facility in Salt Lake that has the Myers Cocktail as well as high-level doses of NAD+. These have been instrumental in my Stem Cell procedures recovery. Thank you Olympus, see you next month!

Great experience. i was seeking a confirmation of positive antibody test performed at a different lab a few weeks ago. The process was efficient. Friendly staff and quick results. Well worth the $80. I still mask and maintain physical distancing though as instructed. But the end seems to be in sight now.

Charging $75.00 rapid Covid tests seems a little like price gouging and profiting off of a pandemic. Highly disappointing when there are government grants being provided to ensure that those who need to get tested can.

Everyone was so helpful! There were 5 of us trying to leave the country and they worked with us all day, literally to make sure everything was set. Rachel was especially kind. We got the test up the nose and she helped you not think of the uncomfortable feeling. So great!

I had to go in twice and do two tests because I had the date wrong on when I was supposed to go do the tests and they were amazing TWICE! And the results come back quick!! I recommend them 100%. The only downfall is thats just a tad tricky to find them. But i will still go again! Great place! 😊

Easy, quick, friendly when your there but getting a formal test result takes a few days which the website does not say. So if you need that quickly, dont come here. Also the document doesnt have DOB so if you need it for travel or sports, again not the best option. Its a shame because the testing part was great.. hopefully they can fix these issues.

When you get there you cant call the place to let them know youre here. I walked up and then sent me back to the car. Reasonable. There should be a process to let the employees know that we are there so we do not have to get out of the car and walk up to the front. Other than that, they were great. Got my results really quick, people who helped were also very kind. Wore proper gear to test. Surprised it wasnt as painful as people say it is.

We needed to get my younger daughter tested because she was symptomatic. She was extremely nervous and anxious about it but the technician was so patient and kind and made her feel better. She also gave us good advice and worked with our insurance for payment. Highly recommend!

I came for a rapid antigen COVID test. I was able to get an appointment for the same day - even on a Sunday. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I was on my way with my results in about 10 minutes from when I was swabbed. I was able to stay in my car the whole time. Highly recommend Olympus Health & Performance. I’d like to explore the other services they offer after such a nice experience.

My daughter got tested today and we were very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of Olympus. It was easy to make the appointment online, got a couple of reminders with links to fill out all the paperwork needed. Showed up at our assigned time and they came out to the car, the nurse was very nice and sympathetic to my daughter who was nervous to get tested with a swab, but he did a great job and we got the results right away. Definitely worth the drive and the payment, would recommend for sure

We had to get PCR Tests for travel and the rush result option with Olympus gave me peace of mind that we would have our results in time for our flight. They were so courteous and kind when I asked a bunch of questions (I was anxious about the tests, the timing, and getting it all right for the travel requirements). They went the extra mile when I had a concern about the collection time not being printed on the medical lab results, giving us a letter to confirm the time we had our samples collected. Highly recommend for anyone traveling during the pandemic and in need of swift, easy test results.

They were great to work with, employees were polite and concise. My only suggestion and why I docked a star was because they never tell you to stay in your car for testing, so I went in with a mask and she rushed me back to my car. I get it, but that must be happening a lot because they dont give instructions about what to do when you get there.I checked it is on their website, one sentence out of like 3 wordy paragraphs but in their email for confirmation it just says to bring ID, Payment and a mask, I would have loved that to include to call this number when you arrive.. Etc.But great place for quick rapid antigen results and had good openings for testing, when right now it can be hard to find timely test openings.

Very professional. Great staff. Great communication prior to appointment. Appointment was very timely and efficient. Now Im just hoping they get the results I need to me on time! One thing that could be better that stops me from giving five stars is if they could provide tracking services that would let me know what stage the testing was in and what time I could expect results. BUT - even though the test was taken on a Saturday, and their lab is closed on Sunday, they still managed to get my results to me within 24 hours. And to that, I say, Bravo Olympus and THANK YOU!!

The company does not provide adequate personal protective equipment or specimen collection training for staff. During our covid tests, the worker wore a face shield and fabric mask to collect specimens that were supposed to be nasopharyngeal. They were not.Definitely more training on specimen collection but more importantly, protect your staff! Do better, Olympus.

I went in the morning on a weekday, and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. It was amazing. The staff was professional and the Nasal swab wasn’t absolutely horrific like it is in some places. That’s about the best you can hope for from a corona testing facility. I’d say I’d go back again but I really hope I don’t have to. Especially since I tested positive. 😂

I appreciated the possibility to do my PCR test for my upcoming flight earlier than planned when I showed up 45 mins before my appointment time. Results of the urgent test arrived within the same day. Also price for the urgent test was competitive. Would definitely use them again.

I used Olympus for a rapid COVID test. It was quick and easy. I was able to schedule the test online, and sign all of the disclosures online beforehand. For that, I would typically give five stars. The reason for 3 stars is twofold. First, there were two employees who walked in together without wearing masks. I watched them continue to interact as they set up signs and they only put masks on when coming out to give the test (you can watch them through the glass window). I expected more safety protocols from a place giving COVID tests. Second, they used my email and put me on their mailing list. I had the option to unsubscribe but I dont like that they used my email for something other than the intended purpose.

Fast, and I dont give very minutes details on the website and can be confusing if youre not technology-savvy did you make the process go out to meet her with emails instead of having people skinny QR codes other than that it went too fast and smoothly

Took my 5-year-old son for a rapid covid test. The staff was friendly and professional, I appreciated their smiles! The guy who did my son’s test was so great with him. My son was a little nervous and the test was uncomfortable, but the technician was so patient, kind and positive and helped my son feel comfortable with having the test completed. He even brought little candies out for my son and my other two kids in the car. They did everything while we stayed in our car, and results were quick - 10 minutes.

Loved my experience here! The facility was very nice. It was very clean with modern decor. I had Botox done by Stephanie Bruce and she was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable, and was excellent at communicating all of my options and what would be happening. I thought she was extremely professional and she did a fantastic job. I love my results! I will definitely be coming back here to Stephanie.

I am so thankful that we have caring medical help so available to us. These people are the most dedicated individuals on earth. At the same time, I feel so bad that this level of attention is not available to thousands of people in the USA.I find it hard to believe that the United States of America, as a result of our outgoing administration, had dropped to such a low level of caring and sensitivity, not just for we Americans, but for the world. A very sad time for all.

One of the biggest scams I’ve ever experienced. After going in for a confirmed “free” covid test, they proceeded to charge me $80 for the test and $300 for who knows what. I have insurance and they confirmed to me prior my insurance would pay for everything. Complete liars and a total scam.

Impressive testing site; very professional with scheduling and keeping the precise time frame. Car-side nasal swab test was quick and efficient. I would rate this testing site highly but just wish we could get more information about the results with possible tracking.

This was my first time at Olympus Health and Performance. I found the place clean and professional. They staff are well trained and take all the necessary precautions to keep us safe. After checking in I waited for maybe 10 before my name was called. I was being tested for Covid 19 antibodies. The finger stick was painless and the results took only about 10-15 minutes. Overall I was impressed with the way they are running things. They are very busy but even so we were in and out in a short time.

The team here is so professional and organized. I highly recommend them! I was able to get tested quickly and the follow up was excellent.

The appointment itself was great. I was in and out and got what I wanted done, done. But when you are paying up front and then needing to be reimbursed for your visit from your health insurance, and are told, “your receipt is all you need for your insurance” is very inaccurate. They haven’t answered my phone calls, for all the info I need. I got one email back, after asking for a tax ID number, but still waiting for the other information. It should all be included in the paperwork they send you home with. Especially when you specifically ask them the process on what to do after the test. It would save them a lot of hassle. I’m sure I’m not the only one who has needed to do this. It just makes me feel like, they have my money, so they don’t care anymore.

I’m not happy with our experience. We needed covid test for travel. I knew they could expedite it, I know things work differently for testing infants. I called ahead and made sure they test infants. I arrived at my appointment and they said they wouldn’t test our baby. Since everything is time sensitive I wasn’t able to find a place that would test my baby by the time my flight came. I missed my flight and my trip because they falsely told me I could get my wife, myself and my baby tested there. We got our results back but it didn’t do us any good. Would not recommend

My appointment was right on time and got my result as promised. However I did not receive my pdf format via email as promised, which for some travels in mandatory.

After receiving skin care at a local spa chain, I decided to give Olympus Health & Performance a try for the same service. What a pleasant surprise. They worked with my schedule to ensure timeliness and convenience. Theyre rates were better. And the nurse was friendly and skilled. I will definitely be returning.

Web site says PCR test results in 24-48 hours, and you can “rush” your results for an additional $50, but only if test is performed before 11am and results come back by midnight the next day (weekdays). So what are you saving? Twelve hours to get results back for an extra 50 bucks?! Wonder if it is possible to get results back in 24 hours.Test administrator was cool and friendly.

I loved that I was able to get an appointment quickly. I dont know how they do it, but they ran completely on time. Its so much nicer to find out right away the results of the Covid test. This made it so I was able to arrange with work right away instead of waiting 2 or so days to get results. Very friendly and easy

Testing was nice and easy. only giving two stars because I came to these guys to be tested before taking flights to permanently relocate to Montreal. but I cant leave on the flights Ive already booked because they dont work Sundays so they cant get test results to me before my Monday night flights. currently on hold with Delta to try and reschedule my flights without losing the $400+ I spent on the original flights.

Very reasonable & helpful people! We needed a covid test done 72 hours before a New Zealand flight. They were able to get it done in the right time frame even though there was a holiday and a Sunday where all labs are closed during the 72hr window. My insurance was billed for my antigen test and I am waiting on the check from BCBS to be issued. Olympus is emailing me THREE TIMES A DAY for the bill! It is insane! Whoever handles their billing should be fired for this.I will never do anything through this company again.

Do not use Olympus Health & Performance. I got a covid anti-body test there and about 3 months later they emailed me a legal notice about my payment obligations for testing. I called them the same day, paid them, and they emailed me a receipt. Since then Ive received several bills claiming that I have not paid them and if I had any questions to call them. Ive called several times but theyve never gotten back to me. Dont waste your time unless like you like receiving bills you dont owe from companies who wont return your calls.

I’ve had 2 of my children rapid tested on different occasions and at different locations, and the experience was great! Results within 10 minutes, both kids said the nasal swab isn’t painful (although annoying and uncomfortable, neither of them minded - ages 9 and 14) and the staff was friendly and cordial. NO time stamp is given on the result report, only a date! All airports and countries require a time stamp for when the sample was taken in order for them to calculate if it was taken within the required time frame (normally 72 hours) - this is NOT possible with only a date. How can a large company doing COVID tests miss this. Unbelievable.

Great customer service. Very profession and knowledgeable. I gave it four stars because I ended being there for an hour and a half. They all went on lunch break and left me sitting out in the car. That wasn’t ideal other than that they were great.

I arrived early to my appt and waited at the front door. One of the female employees came out and asked what I was being seen for. I told her and she said it would be $75 and they dont bill insurance. She asked if I had completed the consent form and intake form and I said no. I told her I would do that in my car She asked for my ID and credit card and I went to my car. I decided I wanted to charge my FSA card instead and immediately went back to the clinic door. I was told that they already had charged my card but would refund the money and charge my new card. I went back to my car and the lady came out with my FSA and ID card. My debit card was not returned. I had completed my test and left not realizing my debit card was not returned. I called the next day to ask about my card. The lady in the office said they didnt have it but she would call me in 30 minutes after she spoke to the employees who worked the previous day. She did not call me back. I definitely will not be going back and do not recommend this clinic.

I needed a COVID-19 PCR test due to a business trip to AMS. I experinced Olympus as a professional organization. thx for the rapid response from the testresults.

They were in what looked to be an ordinary office in Provo. I was met by a very nice receptionist who took my money (Which I researched afterwards to find out that most charge anywhere from $25 to $45 for the same test that I was charged $80 for.) I was also helped by a very nice phlebotomist (not a nurse as the site mentions) who did a simple finger poke on me and then did a very simple antibody test on a strip that reminded me of a pregnancy test. I just dont see $80 for a finger poke and strip testing for anti-bodies. I will say that the people that helped me were very nice but, like I said, very overpriced. It was my fault for not researching further being using this service because I could have gotten the same thing done for half the price elsewhere.

We found Olympus Health and Performance after googling where to go for a Covid Antibody test. After calling several places that could not get me in on the same day and also said we would have to wait 3-5 days for results we Olympus. They could take us the same day and we could get results in 10 minutes. Nice, kind employees. Got what I needed, no questions asked. Thank you for making things so easy during such a difficult time.
