Don’t ever use this company if you need service for your loved ones. They were good in the beginning but have gotten worse through the past 5 years they’ve been with my dad. They lie all the time and never are true to what they say. They’ve accused him of being no compliment and racial slurs but none of this is true. So if you need home care for your loved ones, go to someone else please.

I given several options for to be fringerprinted. I chose this place because it was easy to call and very straight forward with setting up an appointment. Great location. Process was done smoothly. The staff was the best part of the experience. I am going to recommend this place to everyone who needs fingerprinting done. Thank you Thomas Security Services.

Got me in and out quickly and cost less then where I was originally going to go. The lady working there came of with a bit of an attitude but that could just be from years of working in security. Will use them again if need be.

I haven’t even left this place yet and I am disgusted with the lack of customer service. I waited 5 minutes before any one even came out here and even when she did. She had a bad attitude and lack of caring. I told her my appointment was scheduled at 2:00, and she took back someone who came in AFTER me. To continue, (this is my first time needing finger prints done, by the way) I explained to her what services I was requesting, and instead of explaining to me what she needed, she yelled at me, instead of listening..There is horrible customer service here, and if I am ever to need any services done in the future, it will NOT be with them. They truly should be ashamed of theirselves.

The woman that works here is incredibly rude. Unless you want to be accosted then I’d recommend another place. Really awkward and uncalled for.

Besides the rude older lady that receive your paperwork the other staff is pleasant and quick

I have finger printed 3 of my employees here; services are efficient but, the attitude of the front lady is horrible. She was not a pleasant person, and there is no explanation for folks who are there for the first time.

I was referred here for fingerprinting services by family. I called to see if this Saturday had any available appointment times and was told there werent any. When I asked which Saturday would be open, I was told there are none unless it was worth their time. Just a heads up that despite advertising weekend hours, individual appointments arent available.

Small little family run business, did my hql live scan finger printing and was in and out very quickly.
