I joined the Brookdale family in February. This is the ABSOLUTE BEST facility I’ve worked at. Honestly the staff and residents welcomed me with open arms. I enjoy pleasing my resident’s watching them smile. This facility allows the residents to be free, by providing a clean, safe, and fast responding environment. We are a TEAM. Everyday I walk into the doors I’m greeted with SMILES and LOVE. So grateful to be apart of this team, as I grow with my new Brookdale family. This is a very different assisted living, because our residents call Brookdale of Salisbury HOME.

Recently we had to put my grandmother at an assisted living facility and did not know what to do. We talked to Crystal Hutchison at Brookdale and she made the whole process so much easier for us. It was the best decision we have ever made. My grandmother was taken well care of, just like family. She loved the community and activities as well. Everyone there was splendid to work with. I will certainly consider them again if the need arises. Thank you for making things easier for our family!

Brookdale Senior Living is a great place for your loved ones. The staff is caring and very helpful. The food is great, and it is a very clean place. The environment is all around positive, and if you are looking into assisted livings/senior livings, this is the BEST place!!

We highly recommend Brookdale Salisbury. My Mom moved in just before Covid and we can’t say enough good things about the staff and the facility. The workers treat Mom like family and she has had great care. They have been very careful throughout the pandemic. Brookdale Salisbury has been an answer to prayer and a blessing for my family.

Brookedale Salisbury is a great place !! The environment is awesome !! The staff is so kind and welcoming and they make the building feel like home !! Everyone is so helpful for anything you may need !! Crystal the sales manager is very helpful with explaining any questions you may have about moving a loved one in. My family and i were stressed out about the idea of putting our loved one in a senior living home but the sales manager, crystal, was very helpful in the process and eased our minds. we fell in love with the place and the staff. no matter what you or you loved one needs, they’re always willing to help and go above and beyond.

I checked out several assisted living homes in Salisbury and liked Brookdale the best. Without telling them which I prefer, I asked several family members to tour Brookdale and one other. They all agreed Brookdale was their favorite. The interior was open and inviting. The dining room looked like it was in a 5 star hotel. The rooms or “apartments” were clean and the seasoned staff were out in the halls and they all had a smile and spoke to the residents like family.Crystal Hutchison, sales/marketing manager, listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my family’s questions. She was caring and patient and a wonderful representative for Brookdale.
