Dr.Gregory did a eyebrow lift and told me to wait 6 weeks. It still hasn’t changed not one bit he has lost a very important delgado client. If you’re not experienced with the surgery being asked for you shouldn’t be doing the surgery. Legal action will be taking place. Don’t waste your money on this doctor.

Dr Dicks advantage over others is that hes able to listen to every patient carefully and in detail. His consultations are the most bang for your buck experience you will have. Surgery with Dr.Dick goes really smooth and transitions into an easy and fast recovery. I got an eyebrow lift, nothing changed, he said wait 6 weeks and maybe it’ll look different and it didn’t. So basically...I walked out looking exactly the same as I did when I walked in but now I have 2 massive scars on the side of my head. So now I look exactly the same but my money is gone and my head is permanently scarred.

I had three laser treatments on my face a year ago from Dr Olsen , to reduce wrinkles and dark spots. I am now beginning another round of treatments and already see another big improvement in lines and wrinkles. And Im 79, so this is really impressive!! Dr Olsen is not only highly competent, but also extremely nice and very candid (eg about things like pain, what results to expect -- or not -- and need to get follow-up treatments). I recommend her without hesitation.

This practice is terrific! We used them for our son, who required help for his face after a serious fall - that worked out flawlessly. They did great work and were great with our young boy. Since then we have also used them for several other procedures.We have always found the office to be cheery and the advice to be professional and well thought out. The office is easy to get to also. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were so grateful that Dr. Dick fit us in on an emergency basis after my daughter was injured at school. he fit us in within one hour and it was infinitely better than having to go to the ER since we knew she needed stitches. Since the cut was on her face it was a huge relief to know she was being treated by a plastic surgeon. Physician phobia is a real state of mind, and it is rare that a doctor - by his or her demeanor, can make you feel at ease and comfortable - especially on first meeting, yet Dr. Dick is such a physician. In fact, his entire staff is wonderful: his receptionist Shelly was professional and kind and welcoming! Two months ago, Dr. Dick performed an upper eye lift on me in his office. The results are amazing. No more loose skin! Eyes are opened and makeup looks great. This procedure made such a huge difference in the way I feel too. I LOVE IT! I got a rhinoplasty from Dr. Dick, and I couldnt be happier with the results as well as the process. I have never written a review before, but Dr. Dick and Dr. Olsen are soo special I felt compelled to comment.I initially came to Dr. Dick with stitches on my face and a broken nose due to an unfortunate accident in my home. He had to adjust my nose and remove the stitches above my eye. In order to minimize scarring, Dr. Dick explained to me all the things that I could do to ensure the best possible outcome. He was both kind and caring, as well as obviously experienced and talented. After all my swelling has disappeared, I will ask Dr. Dick to due surgery on my upper eyes.Dr. Olsen is currently performing laser surgery on my facial scars and I can already see positive results. She is equally kind, caring, experienced and talented. I will also be returning to Dr. Olsen for future beauty procedures.These two really are the PERFECT team. I would absolutely recommend them!

I was well informed of the best procedure for me and what to expect after the procedure. The entire staff is very professional, and extremely nice. The office and surgical rooms are attractive and most important, spotless.

My son was at the ER because he split his ear and needed stitches. The doctor suggested that we see a plastic surgeon. It was 5pm and my pediatrician was able to connect with Dr. Dick and he said to come right over. He graciously stayed late, was amazing in calming down my son and stitched up the cut in about 10 minutes. He then called later that night to help us mange the pain and make sure hes was doing ok. I would highly recommend him for any type of plastic surgery.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Dick. Due to a nasty laceration on my head, I was referred by the emergency room to a plastic surgeon who could not see me for two days (!) My regular physician then referred me to Dr. Dick, who asked the receptionist for the phone when I called in. After hearing my description of my injury, he had me come in in two hours. Everything about his clinic helped me remain calm and confident. He wasted no time getting to work, cleaning and suturing my wound. As a result, once I am fully healed, I do not expect to have any scarring. A little over a week after my follow up visit, I received a personal thank you letter from Dr. Dick. I had never received a thank you from a doctor before, and this was not a canned letter. He is very special that way. We are so grateful that he made himself available on such short notice and so clearly cared about taking care of my needs.

Dr. Dick is an incredible doctor! And I cant say enough about his sweet, compassionate, and accommodating staff. My 3 year old daughter split her lip open and needed stiches. His office squeezed her in within 2 hours and had her stitched up with a lollipop in hand within 10 minutes of our arrival. They took what could have been a horrific and traumatizing experience and turned it into a calm, pleasant experience (as much as can be expected with a 3 year old and a needle.) Dr. Dicks bedside manor was unbelievable! Even after having her faced sewn up my daughter now says she wants to be a doctor and help people like him :)

Dr Dick is highly skilled in cosmetic and reconstructive facial surgery. Their is no pain just discomfort for a few days until the swelling is gone. He did reconstruction on my face to correct a scar from a long cut down the center of my check from melanoma surgery due to a cancerous mole in my side burn above the ear. Tissue had to be removed for a clean margin. After the surgery I went to Dr. Dick to restore my face and today youd never know I had such a disfiguring scar. Thank you Dr Dick.

The office is very well run- I have been happy with the filler positioning from Dr. Dick as well as the skin tightening procedures which I am in the middle of right now. Dr. Olsen is administering fraxel.

I have been seeing Dr. Dick for years. Dr. Dick performed a full Abdominoplasty on me after my twins were born. He also performed rhinoplasty on me and has done botox on me over the years. Dr. Dick always does a phenomenal job. His staff is wonderful. I would highly recommend Dr. Dick to anyone.

I was originally referred to a different plastic surgery practice to have a very minor procedure on the inside of my hand to remove a cherry angioma (a small, surfaced bundle of blood vessels creating a bubble that looked like a blood blister). Long story short, they wouldnt see me because of my insurance coverage, and I was frustrated that I had driven all the way to the office on my one day off for ONLY the consult (an additional copay!), and then couldnt be seen anyway! I called Dr. Dicks office as I was angrily walking out to my car to get a consult scheduled ASAP and they were so helpful and kind. Their receptionist, Shelly, had me walk over (their office was the nextdoor building) right then, and they were able fit me in to be seen right then! At this point I was so grateful to have just my consult so quickly, but then Dr. Dick came in and offered to remove my tiny angioma right then as well! As a cherry on top (no pun intended!), the nurse who helped Dr. Dick with the procedure and with my suture removal the next week (I believe her name was Ellie??), was such a joy to talk to. She is very experienced with many years of healthcare under her belt and made my time in the office pleasant and fun with all her stories!While this probably isnt standard practice for most offices, and obviously couldnt be done for all procedures, the point is that their office is incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Dick is very calm and reassuring, and his work is immaculate and exceptionally detail-oriented. I had a refreshingly positive experience with their office when I was expecting the normal doctors office shenanigans with scheduling etc. I would highly recommend their office for any plastic surgery needs you might have. Theyre wonderful!!!

Dr. Dick and Dr. Olsen are two incredibly brilliant Drs., who make you feel like you are their only patient, when I had my surgery done he made me feel so comfortable and at ease, he is the only Dr. (surgeon) I know that gives you his phone number and tells you to call anytime 24hrs a day if I had any concerns or worries. I found that incrediable! Dr Olsen is the same way, she too is just a phone call away after a procedure, she is amazing at what she does with the laser.
